I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Georgia Elite Auto Sales. On October 27, 2025, I purchased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse from their dealership for $1,300. Within less than an hour of taking possession, the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed back to their facility. Since then, I have received no updates regarding the status of the vehicle, nor any communication about a refund. My calls have gone unanswered, and when I visited the dealership in person to request a full refund, I was told the car was "being repaired." However, no one has explained what repairs are being made, when they will be completed, or why I am not entitled to a refund for a car that failed almost immediately after purchase. I believe this conduct is deceptive and unacceptable. I paid for a functioning vehicle and have received neither a working car nor any transparency or accountability from Georgia Elite Auto Sales. I am requesting a full refund and urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this business. read more

Do not buy a car from here! They are crooks and liars. I purchased a cheap car under 3 months same as cash. From day one after signing the contract the payment amount was wrong. I constantly asked for them to change it from what was agreed on, they didn't. Now that I am $759 away from paying the car completely off, they repoed it after a FEW DAYS after the payment. I can understand being a week late, two weeks late, or a month ... but come on a few days! It's clear they wanted the car back to resale it to make double profits. Check engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership and they refused to fix it. Not to mention I went to retrieve a tag for the car and then being told I couldn't get a tag due to car needs emissions test done and with the check engine light being on the car will not pass emissions test. Their other issues that I'm experiencing and I was told they were going to bring the car back to be serviced however it's been over 3 weeks and they're not responding back to me but texts me about they need my insurance information and they sent a text about my payment was due. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a car from Zach in October of 2022. Made it very that we were buying this car for our daughter and 2 baby grandchildren. Zach assured us that this car had been through over 20 different inspections and that this was a good, safe car. After giving him 7,000 cash, no financing, a month after the car was bought, we were told by our mechanic that this was a death trap. One of the WORST places to get a car. When I first got my car it wasn't even clean. It looked like they had just gotten it from a junk yard. The plastic cover on on the side of the driver seat was broken. One day my car wouldn't turn on after pumping gas and I went as far as buying a $110 battery, new terminals, and fuses just to find out that they had shut it off. The mechanic charged me $120 just top take the gps and switch off my car that this 'dealership' had installed. I've called this place so many times because I have a free week of payment credit for referring someone and Tim till this day has not returned my calls (two weeks now) or given me my credit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE at all. ................. Update: 10/31/19: Tim still hasn't called me back and has told the finance company that my car is under that the free payment was already credited when it clearly was NOT. He told me to let him know when I wanted to use and not once did I tell him to. These people just like to take peoples money. read more

AVOID THIS SHADY PLACE!! I purchased a VW Jetta from here last week and was told their mechanic thoroughly inspected it and all it needed was an O2 sensor. When I took it to my mechanic a few days later for an oil change and O2 sensor, I found out it's not the O2 sensor, but the turbocharger needs complete replacement AND the engine isn't the original engine and is a junkyard engine. The amount I paid for the car (outright, I did not finance) plus the cost of repairs is more than the car is even worth!! So now I have a car I can't even drive! They can't even verify the number of miles on that junkyard engine, so who knows if what they disclosed is actually even correct. When I called to discuss these issues with them, Tim was rude and said "there's nothing to discuss, you bought the car as-is", even though I bought it based on the information they gave me (which obviously was a crock of garbage and some clear omissions). Tim hung up on me twice then sent me an email with a poorly disguised threat. Also, check the reviews everywhere else - the good Google reviews are likely bribed with gift card incentives like previous reviewers have said, because their reviews elsewhere reflect what shady crooks these people are. NOT recommended: Purchased a 2009 gmc Acadia (Vin ID: 1gker23d09j184101), approx. April of 2017 from Georgia Elite Auto Sales, 11852 Lewis Braselton Blvd., Braselton, Ga., Tim K. This was before relocation of the business to 4766 Atlanta Hwy., Flowery Branch, Ga. As I best recall having approx. 168,200 miles and unable to be driven. The gmc was TOWED from Georgia Elite Auto Sales in Braselton, Ga. to gmc dealer in Buford, Ga., as Tim K. had admittedly done something to the car to keep it from running. Mistakenly I purchased an automobile I was unable to test drive. The gmc acadia was driven very little by me after purchase. The check engine light would come on. Some of the problems I understand that are wrong with the gmc Acadia follows: 1. Timing chain issues (may need an engine rebuild or remaned engine). 2. Axles are failed. 3. Power steering pump failed. 4. Torque converter in the transmission failed. This car hasn't been driven probably in over a year. It is estimated repairs will cost $10,000 - $12,900. This company is ran by very very untrustworthy lying people. I was told one price when I looked at the car, but the scam artist man, Jacob did not type up what Tim, the lying salesman told my husband and I that the price and length of finance would be. Instead of the amount financed being $8000 financed for 2 1/2 years, $400 a month as Tim told us it would be, Jacob put on out purchase agreement the amount financed would be $11,199.00, for 3 1/2 years with a payment of $400. Oh, and the $300 they tell you is your tax, tag ,title charge it end up on the purchase agreement as a dealer charge. The car AFTER the test drive started having major issues but Tim nor Jacob didn't give a rip. Also when I brought the car back after 12 days due to the lies on the contract, lack of communication from the salesmen they REFUSE to give your $1500 down payment back!! Instead they raise their, Tim , voice and tell you that they can't give your money back that it is already been spent!! If no stars was an option, it would be applicable on this review. First off, the vehicle selection is what one would reasonably expect from a very shady buy here pay here lot. The vehicles are mostly auction vehicles with high mileage and many have rust on the frame, so if one is looking for a vehicle here it truly is a "best of a bad situation" scenario. Once you select a vehicle you then will more than likely notice the many problems the vehicle has, from the Check Engine Lights, which lead you to problems like misfiring, and various other problems with these lousy vehicles this car lot with lack of ethics is selling to people. The staff that run the car lot are dishonest and quite frankly the salesman is a creep. The unfair business practices of this "business" would lead a prudent person to advise others to avoid. There are many other options in the state that far surpass the level of service and care provided at Georgia "Elite" Auto Sales. Finally this business provides $10 gas cards to customers for the exchange of a good review on their Google Profile, hence the large number of good reviews, please don't be fooled by these imbecilic people running this business. read more
