I've had it a year now & have had ZERO problems with it mechanically. It had 170,000 miles BUT mechanically runs like a brand new car & looks brand new inside & out. They communicate effectively & consistently before & after purchase. They're a very trustworthy & honest dealership & will work with your specific situation, especially if your credit is less than ideal. When I test drove it, they were very upfront about the issues it had; The only problem being the AC didnt work, which they promised they would fix free of charge. They agreed to either fix it for free, or knock off one car payment, which they did. They told me the transmission had a small leak. About 3 weeks after purchase, it went out completely. This was a huge bummer, but the guys at Nerko helped me every step of the way. It's nearly impossible to predict when a transmission will go out, so I can't say whether they knew it was gonna go out or not. But just like the AC, they promised to put another one in it for FREE, if I could get it to them. While the car was down, they even postponed my payments until it was running again. My credit was HORRIBLE, so they let me pay $3600 down plus 10 more payments of $265/month. The bank we tried to use denied my financing app a few weeks after I'd bought the car. (No fault of Nerko) But again, they worked with me & allowed me to make payments directly to them, which was very commendable. Overall, they are an amazing dealership and sell very high quality cars. They are open & honest about everything & will work with you regardless of your situation. I highly recommend you check them out.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!
