At the time, I needed the childcare. It. Is. Excellent. Not only that, but the facility itself is wonderful. Great equipment for when you don't want to do a class. AMAZING locker room and showers. You are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, razors, flat irons, curling irons, robes, towels, etc. The classes are top notch with tough yet encouraging instructors. Can't say enough about the variety and personality of the instructors. They. Are. The. Best. Each of them brings their own flair to their classes. My only nitpick would be that the cycle classes are now Les Mills RPM. I miss cycle instructors, like the beloved Susan, doing themed cycle classes like Valentine's Day or what not. :) The RPM method seems to reign in the instructors' creativity and haven't done cycling much since. I waned in attendance and ended my membership and later when I felt I needed group exercise again, joined LA Fitness. LAF is good, but really missed the camaraderie of WPF. It costs a touch more, but the amenities are much better. Also, at LAF the instructors weren't as safety conscious or motivating (one instructor would contradict every other fitness instructor I've ever, ever had). I'm now back at WPF. It really is a family. Since my first joining and rejoining the management had changed, but both were excellent.

SPIN is the only real core cardio that all ages can do and they cancel it. Poor quality "healthy food" cheese wiz on stale chips. 5 day old broiled chicken on premade salad from days before. Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.

Much of the equipment is really old and when needed repairs are noted, they seem to take far too long to get fixed. They show no customer loyalty, even to customers who have been long-standing members.

I was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome a few years ago, and I couldn't trust my body to do basis tasks. There were so many things I would avoid doing, because my body seemed so fragile. I literally lived in fear. When I started at Body By Design, I was scared that I might injure myself but the trainers made me feel at ease by ensuring me that these exercises were the best way to prevent injury. Not only do I not experience TOS symptoms anymore, I am able to use my body like I used to! These trainers have given me my life back and I am very grateful. Wilson gave me a tour, and a free pass for 2 days. I expressed my concerns to him about the bad reviews online, and he gave me the space I needed to take my time and make my decision. I checked out several different places. I am SO happy I decided to join. This is really one of the best gyms I've been to. I use the free weights section and the machines. They are always in perfect working order, and there is a big selection of machines and weights to choose from. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. There are always trainers on the floor who are willing to answer questions if you have any. This is a great gym in East Cobb! I was considering joining LA Fitness down the street, but their machines are broken and rusted, and it's obvious nobody there cares about keeping it updated. My other options were Anytime Fitness, and Workout Anytime, but they're so small, they don't have nearly the variety of free weights and machines that you will find at Just Fitness 4U. I would recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a clean, well-maintained, good gym. Don't hesitate.

When i went, I asked to walk around to check the place out and how much the cost was. They told me that they can't tell me the cost until the manager talks to me and then they asked me to sign a piece of paper with my full name, phone number Home Street address my weight, my height what I'm looking to do at the gym and why before they would even allow a walk around. I ended up leaving out of frustration and I just wanted to walk around the gym. What I want out of this review? How about an actual conversation and walk around without a stonewall. I'd be happy to talk to whomever owns it.
