The pork was fork tender even at that thickness so I did not need a knife. I would say it was THE BEST restaurant sliced pork I have ever had. I asked about a spicy sauce and was told they have something called Big Poppas that stays in the back and she brought me some. It was a really good spicy sauce but not so overwhelming that you couldn't taste the meat. The fries were just fries but they were hit and crispy. I had baked beans. They had really good flavor and chunks of pork mixed in for an added bonus. This was also fresh and hot. My wife had the brisket plate and said the same about her food. She took home more brisket than she ate. It was huge.

They had four BBQ sauce choices available, but none really stood out to me. If I went back, I'd probably bring my own favorite BBQ sauce. We also got a salad that I would have thought was just on the menu as a nod to Make America Healthy Again, but dang was it pretty, hearty, and delicious.
