They help me weekly when I bring in my water for testing and offer great advice when I have a problem with the salt water system. Consider buying a Covana Gazebo electric cover with three shades for privacy and to keep your hot tub clean! They are so convenient and keep my hot tub clean inside even during pollen season! I love my Hot Springs hot tub! Nice resting chair makes it easy to get in and out of hot tub. Perfect size! Love the lounger and the multiple sitting chairs! If you are going to buy a hot tub don't go to a pool store where you have to wait in line for weekly service and talk to people that don't have any knowledge about hot tub chemicals. When my wife, son and I made an appointment with her to visit the showroom, we were unable to get there until closing time. Mary told us that would be no problem at all and stayed after the store closed to guide us through our decision process. Mary did not try to hurry us up and in fact proceeded to take us on a tour of the entire showroom, so we would fully understand all of the products that were available. I recently visited the beautiful Augusta store. I was really impressed with all the models of hot tubs and swim spas. I went in to look at the r200 and ended up purchasing the next level up - the x-200. I had back surgery last year and wanted to find a way to swim all year round. Mary Parish was my sales person. She was awesome - professional and patient. She did a great job with educating and not pushing any particular product. She allowed me to make my purchase decision based on facts. Spent a lot of time making sure we got what we wanted, and then introduced us to some Big Green Egg accessories I didn't know about. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's been about a year since the fellows came out with the Sauna and completely installed it. They did a wonderful installation job, and the sauna has been functioning perfectly ever since.
