Construction was on time, quick, and exceptionally proficient! These guys had it down to a well-choreographed ballet! Blue Hawaiian pool installed 2021, by 2023 the pump and motor had to be replaced, then 2024 the jet nozzles leaked, pool will NOT hold water, called peachtree for assistance , claimed the secondary company was at fault, they need $350 to come out and the warranty is up, thats when they return your call 5 days later, I would give 0, typical american garbage with NO service after sale, good advice, DO NOT let them put a pool in your home, pay the extra, you will regret this company.. wife has used this family owned business for last 15 years or so. Bought a new pump/filter system in '13,and now needs a new motor. She had to leave her debit card # in order to be scheduled. Tech came out,she took him to the back yard garage /work shop and pointed to system in corner with 10' ceiling. he said he would not work on in in a "pump house because his back hurt,and left. Two weeks later she checks her account and finds Peach tree Pools had debited $25 FOR NOTHING. Per long time customer Alice Randall: Peach tree pools say they value customers that's a joke! We have been lied to for 2 weeks and get the run around! We need estimates on our pool, No one will call us back. For 27 years we have beedealing with this company never had problems. Went down there yes upset cause no one will call you back or call the insurance company back! Like I said this has been going on for 2 weeks! A business needs to stand by there word but that's not happening. We have talked to 2 different people and now they are saying this isn't the way it is handled. Saying these people didn't say what they told us so basically they are saying we are lying! We give them names of people we talk to and they say that is not true! We take people for there word. If you can't take a business for there word what good are they? Yes I'm really upset because they are basically calling my husband and I liers. We didn't pull these names out of a hat. Peachtree Pools installed our above ground pool in a day. There was some issues with the liner but they brought in a new liner the next day. Every time we go to get a water analysis someone explains EXACTLY what we need to do to do keep our water nice and clean. It's a quick process that takes maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. Dillan went above and beyond to get not only our warranty handled for us, he also had our NEW STEPS in our hands with in 3 days! Bought a 1yr old house with a pool installed by this place 8 months prior to our moving in. PAL pool lights did not work (have 3 LED bulbs in pool). Charged us $115 to come out and look at it.....replaced the GFCI breaker and everything good until heavy rain about a month ago. Now lights don't work again. Called them as this should not be happening on a year old pool and we had already paid them to fix it once which we shouldn't have had to. Basically told too bad. Did some trouble shooting working with PAL. There is power to the PCR-4 box, GFCI breaker tests fine but still no lights. PAL says the board on the PCR-4 is likely shorted out due to water most likely getting in the system at the junction box. Now I don't see a junction box anywhere so if there is one, it must be buried. So now I am digging up my back yard trying to find where the 3 separate wires coming from each LED, meet up and are spliced to the one wire (junction box) going to the PCR-4. This is likely where water is getting in the system. We already have travertine tiles lifting up from the edge of the pool. The workmanship is horrible and this place truly sucks. They don't stand behind their product and have very poor craftsmanship. Please shop around so you don't get screwed by them. 30 July 2020: After finding out that my PAL PCR-4 control board was shorted out ($500), I went to digging up my yard to find the J Box where the 3 cords from the lights get spliced to 1 that goes to the PCR-4. Finally found it. Not above pool level. Filled with water. Wire connections were done with electricians tape. Unbelievable. Better business bureau here I come. read more

The communication is terrible. Haven't had my pool installed but about 10 months and had issues with system. Pipes started leaking and losing pressure called someone to come out they told me to turn everything off. I turned everything off so they can come out to look at it. They come by then 10 days later I still haven't heard anything I called them and they said it was fixed. I get a call a month later saying I owe them money. That it wasn't covered under warranty and it was my fault because I turned it off. A pool being less then a year old shouldn't have a leaking pipe or system failure and be homeowners fault. read more

I called these people out to look at my pool heater. They charged me $175 to diagnose the problem told me I needed a flow switch. Came back three weeks later with the flow switch and charge me another $295. Turns out I didn't need a flow switch. They refused to refund my money. And did not fix my heater. Love Peachtree. I have always had someone that knew exactly what we needed. I had a major metal issue that was staining my pool liner 2 years ago. They worked with me and went above and beyond. Last year, we needed to replace ourliner and the owner came out to measure and was so knowledgeable and told us how to save money and care for pool and new liner. We also just recently had a tree fall across pool and they came and did a through inspection and answered all the questions! Awesome customer service and knowledge is superior! read more

Read the fine print. Kent speaks in a very condescending tone when he's disagreed with. He tells you how he's been in the pool business for 30 years as if I'm not a degreed Mechanical Engineer that doesn't understand geometry. I have dealt with the general public all my life, there is a right way & a wrong way to talk to paying customers. A pool was installed at my house prior to me purchasing that ended up rusting out less than 10 years. No warranty. I had Peachtree replace it. My pool is at the base of a decline, so a French Drain was installed to remove all water from the base of the prior pool. Well the crew decided to pull it out of the ground stating it wasn't needed. Also, it was understood that when replacing the pool with the exact same size pool, the dimensions may be a lil off so the new pool may be at least 6 inches from the original location, but the crew will ensure it fits as close to the deck as possible. The crew altered my deck by removing the border boards from my deck, they tight fit the new pool to my deck, trimming part of my steps & left the supports exposed around my pool. Not to mention that the removed boards no longer fit. Common sense would have been just to fit the pool as close to the original deck as possible...... NOT MODIFY THE DECK JUST TO MAKE YOUR POOL FIT. Shifting the pool 2-3 inches in 1 direction would have prevented this terrible review. The crew also left excessive trim behind. Thanks for the added $2000-$3000 bill on top of the pool install. To add insult to injury, he offered me a freaking gift card to a freaking restaurant. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.... He was very condescending & his exact words were "don't take this as me scolding you" but you should really compare estimates to see exactly what is being offered. They charge you for a water test now, which if I trusted the results or the person doing the test was properly trained, then I might not mind. They often have teenage kids running the store and usually don't get the water test results on the first try. This visit took 3 tries to get the results which makes you wonder if the results are correct or if they just want you to buy, buy, buy whatever the paper prints out. They started selling outdoor furniture this year which looks real nice, just not affordable for my budget. Not many pool stores in this area which is why I still use this one. read more

This yelp review as long overdue... They were OK at first, especially when we were buying a $1000+ pool rover. But when it quit working after the first day and a half, the owner wanted me to send it back to the company when we had just purchased it from them two days prior (but he had a completely different attitude when we were buying!). After a few words were exchanged, we did leave with a new rover, which is still a huge piece of junk. When we were getting quotes from a few companies to convert to saltwater and they did not get the job, although they were servicing our pool at the time....all of a sudden there were 9+ holes in the liner after they had serviced the pool for the last time. How is that possible? An upset company that did not get the job? We should have filed a lawsuit but who has time for nonsense? Needless to say, we now use Pete Alewine Pools, they did an exceptional job replacing the liner and converting to saltwater. If you need a professional, I highly recommend you go somewhere else, not Peachtree! read more

I was told that the circulation pump would be around $185 and I was charged $266 for the one they installed. I have checked and there are a huge number of suppliers that sell the same pump for less than $190 on the internet all day long. Their service fee is $115 for each trip they have to make (they had to make two trips because they had to order the pump) which covers 15 minutes of time and then it is $15 additional for each 15 minutes they are there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pool looks exactly the same after it was "cleaned". When we approached them for answers, we were told it takes a couple days to clear. REALLY? The leaves, grass & straw take 3 days to clear the bottom of the pool? Furthermore we were spoken to with contempt and they were extremely uncooperative, especially after providing pictures of the "cleaned pool".
