We went on his haunted pub crawl. It starts at noon River at 1030pm. They allow you into the haunted 2nd floor, though I've heard different stories at this point why it's haunted. Regardless it is. This was our second vacation in Savannah and the first time we were vacationing in Savannah we visited Bonaventure Cemetery on our own and were intrigued by the beauty and history and wished we had booked a tour. This time when we were planning our trip I made sure to book a tour and Don was highly recommended in the Savannah fb group that I participate in. Don is very knowledgeable in everything to do with the cemetery, he knows history well and was able to share stories of the people buried there and background stories to go with them. So there are actually two separate locations of Moon River Kayak. One that hosts tours and another…read morethat just does kayak rentals. We decided to do this pretty last minute and went with just the basic rentals located at a marina off Tybee Island. It was great to kayak around the river and channels on what turned out to be a great day. The staff at the marina was very helpful giving us some tips on where to go and the kayaks were in good shape. They offer two-hour and four-hour rentals of single and tandem kayaks at a very reasonable rate. They also provided everything you need as far as kayak, paddle, and life vest. It turned out to be a great experience and we got to do something a little different while on vacation.
