First, they do take emergencies and promptly provide same-day-service, which I was extremely grateful for that. I called to make the appointment before office hours and the lady who took the call was very pleasant and let me know I would get a phone call from an office representative as soon as they were available. I got the call one and a half hour later and they gave me an appointment right away. The office personnel greeted me with a smile and with a friendly personality, especially Katherine, who saw in a distress mood, yet, she managed to put a smile on my face. Then Yamilette, she was with me through the whole process. We conversed, we laughed, while she was explaining every step or procedure she would do. She was the dentist assistant and she is a beautiful soul. And last, the dentist, Dr. Pham... AMAZING! He explained every little thing about the procedure he was going to perform plus answer any questions I had. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and left me feeling like loyal patients are being nickel-and-dimed without any regard for the years of business we've brought to the practice. After more than 15 years with this office--and having referred many friends and family--I've decided to move on to another dentist.
