But...is a few dollars worth the marked decrease in service? No. I needed new tires for the car my wife drives. I called Gerald's on a Friday and spoke to a sales rep and we decided on a set of Michelin tires. He said they would be in sometime Monday and I could come in and have them installed. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, they'd take care of me. I got the call and headed to the shop. 45 minutes later I was headed home, with the tires installed, paid for, and everything taken care of. I always get the road hazard coverage and they never question anything. Three times in the past, I have had a damaged tire covered under the road hazard and they have fixed it once and replaced it twice, no questions asked and for no charge. If you want great, friendly service at a fair price and don't want to have any regrets about your tire-buying decision, go to Gerald's. You will not be sorry you did. read more

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a recurring issue with my vehicle. Last July, I had two tires replaced at your store and purchased the road hazard warranty. Since then, I have already returned twice for the same issue. Earlier today, I brought my car in for a third time. After leaving it for a few hours, I received a call stating that the work was complete. However, upon picking up the car, I discovered that the air pressure issue has not been fixed and remains exactly as it was when I dropped it off. This is very disappointing given the number of times I have returned to have this addressed under my warranty. At this point, I feel this may be my last visit to your store. read more

The clerks are always so attentive at the front desk, and they make sure you know what their time availability is, as well as how long it might take. In this case, I needed a quick tire repair, and while I stopped by earlier in the day, they were so busy, they suggested I stop back later. That turned out to be the best, at first I thought it would take an hour, but they were done inside of 40 minutes and I was well on my way back to work. i had a slow leak in one of my tires. I actually had removed the wheel from the car and replaced it with the spare. I took the wheel with leaking tire to gerald's thinking I would have to drop it off and come back the next day. The front desk staff told me they could do it immediately the tire was patched and then put on my car. I may have been in Gerald's for 20 minutes for the entire job to be completed. The staff was courteous professional and very efficient. I was impressed in fact, was no charge for the patch a great value I'll be back to Gerald's when my car needs service again.
