These were small repairs and could've been done and completed quickly, but the biggest disappointment is that all the planning had been done and assurances were given, but they did not keep their word.

He was conservative in estimating the body work and still gave me a break on other install parts. With one employee walking around the garage with a lit cigarette I felt so uncomfortable as if there isn't enough gas and oil to light the whole place up. They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.

My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . They will remain nameless. It is not my nature to slam a business. Personally, it shook my confidence and trust, though. Fast forward. Had to buy four new tires after the discovery of the "false care" from them. My son recommended Tom's Tire Pros, so I bought them there. I had to charge them so had all of the road hazard insurance added. Then, I called and had the wheels aligned there and decided to go there for my oil change. The alignment and the oil change cost less than I had paid at other places in the past. The topper came this week, though. I had been hearing a loud squeak in the springs or frame or whatever??? I took it up to them to ask if someone could drive it around slowly and listen to it to see if it could be fixed or what it would cost. One of the shop guys did just that and came in and was telling the service writer what he did. I walked up and asked him to tell me. He said it was the stabilizer that was squeaking and something about struts?? I'm a girly girl so understood some of it, but bottom line, I could replace something or other, but it would be fine without it. He greased the squeaking really well, with it on the lift rack and it was gone. There would still be a popping in the something?? I never heard that to begin with, and haven't still.? So, I asked the mechanic if he would replace the part and he said no. I said okay, I'm not. The replaced thing was $600. I went to pay, and they both said " No Charge "!! I tried to tell them thank you but could hardly get the words out with out crying I told them how much it means to me to be able to trust a business like theirs again!!!
