We took our 2020 truck in to be repaired after having someone run into the side of the front. It was clear it had front end damage from the collision but only minor body work (the other car was totaled). They said they were qualified to make such repairs. They came back with initial estimates (to be paid by insurance company) so we authorized the job to be done. Within a couple of weeks they called and said the job was complete and truck was ready to go. We came by to pick it up and noticed that the driver side wheel was pushed in under wheel well and passenger side front tire was extending out of the other side wheel well. Kenny told us that some other company they had repair it was responsible, but I let him know that Gerber was the one I brought it to and needed them to take care of it. So the truck was left at Just Tires to determine damage. Not sure why they would be qualified but their call. A week or so later they called to let us know everything was fixed and the truck was ready to go. We came to pick It up and noticed the tires were still a little different even though somewhat improved. We drove the truck home and the steering was totally messed up, hard to turn, locked up when turning and what I consider to be in a dangerous condition. Kenny did not even do any quality control to determine if it was really fixed or not. We brought the truck back and told them we needed it to be back in a condition that was close to original and we would not accept it in current condition. Kenny again blamed in on another company (Fifth Gear Automotive) but as before I let him know that was irrelevant to me because they are who is responsible and the ones that are receiving the insurance checks. So I left it again. A couple of weeks later and with communication stopping from Kenny I called back and asked if the steering had been fixed. He said it was and was ready to be picked up. We came to pick it up and the steering is still sticking and dangerous to drive. I guess they don't take responsibility for that and I assume Fifth Gear Automative wasn't the right company to send it to. Out of frustration and realizing Kenny doesn't really care about the quality of their work or giving us something in dangerous driving condition we took it and drove it home. It is still sticking and swerving on the road. We took it to another shop to see if they could do another alignment and they let us know in the condition it was in they couldn't even align it. Now we decided to do everything on our own and will find a qualified repair shop to handle it. Problem they gave us twice a car that was clearly not fixed, was in dangerous driving condition. Kenny has a horrible attitude now that he has his easy money and really could care less and told me I needed to take it somewhere else and talk with my insurance company. We for sure would never recommend this repair shop as we live in Flower Mound and thought we would give them a shot but will definitely pass it on to everyone we know. read more

I have been on the waiting list to get two cars repaired from hail damage since August. I called a few times to check on timing, today they told me they overwrote the 2023 list and aren't able to repair our cars at all and they were extremely rude. I even offered to wait a few more months. The guy remembered talking to me and I have emails from them, but that made no difference. They have lost a customer for sure. read more

I cleaned up the small amount of tape residue on your roof and took care of the smudges on your clear bra while you were verbally abusive towards me. I took more from you than most would have without reacting. Your vehicle had hundreds of dents on it when it arrived. It looked like a golf ball. For you to say that it looks worse now than when you dropped it off is asinine. I'm not sure if you were just having a bad day or had something on your mind, but being verbally abusive towards people who are trying to address your concerns is not the way to go. read more

We lived in Highland Village for about 10 years but moved to Wisconsin about 5 years ago shortly after getting a repair at Pro Care on a door of my F 150. This past winter, I noticed some rust forming on the very bottom of the door and I contacted Kenny at Pro Care. He remembered me because he helped us with other body repair on a couple of other cars as well. Pro Care has a limited lifetime warranty and Kevin, owner of Pro Care, called and said that of course they would pay for the repair at a body shop in Wisconsin where I had already received an estimate. He paid the estimated amount and I was able to get an appointment set up for repair. Took my truck in for a review on some rust spots and it was obvious they did not want the work. They were not helpful at all and inferred that fixing the truck would be a waste of time. Did not recommend any alternatives like start here and do this section later. Wow, I brought my car here to be repaired Wednesday of last week and was told 2 days for the repair. I called Saturday it was not even started. Called July 5th and was told insurance approved so would be ready by end of day the 6th early the 7th. Called on the 7th and now they are saying the step guard is needing to be installed so would be by end of the day. Now I sit here writing this review after being told its still not been installed and would be ready by end of the day. Yea right Ill believe it when they call and tell me its ready. 500 bucks worth of damage should not take over a week to repair. My dogs have a vet appointment tomorrow and from the look of it ill have to re-schedule. If i had known it would have taken a week and a half plus to repair such minor damage here I would have brought my car elsewhere for repairs. I have worked with this shop for the last 10 years or so and have had several of my vehicles repaired there. I am a State Farm insurance agent in Flower Mound and have had many customers use this shop for repairs to their vehicles. I have always found Kenny Bartholomew and Kevin Pyle- the owner, to be extremely responsive and if there has ever been an issue, they go out of there way to make it right. When someone is involved in an accident it is usually a stressful situation and emotions can run high when you are without your vehicle, especially if you don't have adequate coverage on your insurance policy. It is not the shops responsibility if you don't carry rental car coverage etc.. These are good people and I highly recommend using them if you need an auto collision shop. read more

I won't go into painful detail for fear of a flashback induced panic attack but I couldn't be more displeased with their level of professionalism and customer service. Taking my Jeep to them ended up costing me over a grand extra, 2 months of my life, and I now have a missing key fob that will cost another 300 dollars to replace. I've take two cars there. I was very happy with the work done on the first so when my second car was in a wreck I took it to pro care. They are quick and friendly. When I picked it up I mentioned I wasn't real sure if the paint job matched the rest of the car but I was going out of town and needed it. Everyday I saw the front bumper and was not happy. Finally after three weeks I called them and told them I wasn't happy. They told me to bring it back and in two days they had it fixed at no charge. That is great customer service. Pro Care would tell me my car was being finished on a certain date, and then each time I called to see when I could come by and get it, they would tell me that it wouldn't be ready for a few more days. This happened several times, and they only told me that it wasn't ready when I called on the supposed "finish date". My car was there for over three weeks. read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. Only bring your car here if you like having to bring it back 4 times to get it properly repaired. The first time I picked my car up, not 1 part of the hood, bumper, or fender was aligned properly, they cracked my hood and just painted over it, they missed a dent, they didn't even touch the grill that had little tiny indentions from the lady backing into it and Kenny argued with me over and over again that it was rock chips (but they weren't), and the rim that was supposed to be re-painted black had bubbles throughout the entire rim. Kenny told me multiple times that "no car is perfect". The second time I picked it up, as if it could get any worse, the bumper and plastic fender would pop in and out when I drove it because they didn't replace the brackets, they had overspray on my windshield, the fog lights were just dangling inside of my bumper because they didn't put everything back to where it was supposed to be, and they never re-painted inside the hood where they grinded it down to repair the damage. Kenny told me again that, "no car is perfect". The third time I picked it up, everything looked good...finally! The bumper was repaired & aligned properly, so it didn't move when you touched it, BUT there was a chip in my paint by the bumper, most likely from a tool used. When I pointed it out to Kenny, he argued with me again that it was a rock chip. I pulled out my phone and showed him the day I dropped the car off and there was NO chip in my paint. He continued to argue with me. THEY HAD MY CAR and unless their employees are driving customers vehicles then it wasn't a rock chip. He agreed to repair it. I finally picked up for the 4th time with 0 complaints, except that my fog light STILL does not work, but I would rather pay someone else to replace or repair it then ever deal with this repair shop again. read more

Sir, I didn't become agitated until you told me what a good job you did. I did not agree and pointed out the fact that I didn't think you finished the job. You called me insane. When a customer is unhappy with the service provided it seems your customer service skills are to explain how long you have been doing the service. I stand by my position that your service was less that acceptable, even if the truck had 2000 hail dents in it, it was your job to fix it. You charged my insurance company to do so and I let them know that I was not very happy with the service. I will tell any one I know that needs auto body work to avoid your shop at all costs. And if it was such a small amount of why did it take so long to clean it off? When I told you I was unhappy with the service you became very defensive. The customer is never right in your opinion. I have taken my car here twice and both times I have been taken advantage of. They will NOT stand behind their lifetime guarantee. Today, I learned that they actually did not fix my bumper appropriately the first time I took it in. This is what I thought when I took it back to be looked at. Instead, they informed me that in fact was MY fault--not their work. When in real life you cannot just replace part of the bumper that attaches it to the car but you will need to replace the whole thing since, it is one piece! ALSO, if they work with the insurance company they will take their word over yours and fix your car they way the insurance says without speaking to you. I NEVER saw an insurance person NEVER spoke to one after the claim was filed it was not my insurance. They completely took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about the way conniving people work! read more

Pro Care Collision has repaired several of my family's cars over the years! During every experience, they have gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and our pricing requirements. Last week when I needed their assistance, they even were able to squeeze me in to get my car repaired while I was out of town unexpectedly, allowing me the least amount of inconvenience. The car looked like it just came off the showroom floor when it was finished, and a very difficult metallic silver paint to match! I had gotten an estimate from another shop just to make sure everyone was in line, and the other shop added some things that weren't necessary. Pro Care has alway give us estimates, and then once the work is done, only what actually needed to be repaired was charged. The insurance companies pretty much dictate and approve the charges, but it's the extra customer service and quality that puts Pro Care over the top! Thanks! read more
