I had minor body damage on my car and took it to Gerber. They can either give an estimate virtually via video call or come to the body shop. I did the latter. It was pretty quick and they were able to hold the car u til it was ready. It's an older car so they had to order some parts. The estimate was about two weeks but everything worked out and it was done already in a week. They did a great job, even though it was difficult to match the color you can't even tell there was any parts of the car that had to be replaced. They also sent text updates twice a week so you k ow what was going on. The estimate was pretty close they did inform me that it got a little more expensive than the quote and explained exactly why. Gerber Collision & Glass Thought y'all might want to be aware of something. If you've never used Gerber Glass and Collision, you might want to be aware of this. My wife was sideswiped n October. They replaced the bumper for us late last year. In April, the bumper started popping off. I notified them and they decided to warranty their work. They even gave me a rental. They called about 2 weeks later and said it was ready. I drove an hour and it turns out it was a different silver 4Runner that was ready. Mistakes happen. I go home and they call a week later and said it's really ready. I'll pick it up and the bumper still doesn't look quite right. It is popping off again along with the piece that goes over the tire. Jonathan, Accusing us of taking your Prius on a joyride across state lines is an absurd and libelous statement for which you can be held accountable for if you do not recant that statement. I do have date and time stamped photos from when your vehicle arrived on March 22nd, 2017 in an undriveable and non-street legal condition as a result of the collision it was involved in and will be happy to share them with you. The mileage on your car at the time was 29,779 and you had a blue pair of sunglasses and a black pair of sunglasses sitting in the cupholder area. The vehicle had several receipts in it and several random bottles of moisturizers in it as well. I have date and time stamped photos of all of that. When State Farm inspected your vehicle on March 27th, 2017 the mileage on your car was 29,779. State Farm also inspected the vehicle on 3-31-17 and 4-19-17. The mileage of your vehicle was 29,779 on every inspection date and I do have that in writing with State Farm's letterhead. The only place we drove your vehicle was to the car wash and to the alignment shop which was a necessary part of the repair. If you feel the repair took too long or that you did not get the updates you thought were necessary I will accept that. Your vehicle was in for service for roughly 2 months and roughly 2 weeks of that was waiting for insurance approval throughout various stages of the repair. It should be noted that at the time your vehicle was here a massive hail storm had just rolled through the area causing ALL shops in the area to be backed up for months. Response times from insurance companies and shops in the area increased dramatically as a result of the high volume of repairs in the area. Major beef with Gerber Collision in Denton. We just went to pick up my son's car. I paid and left. He drove it out of the parking lot and it only went 5mph. He almost got t-boned and went across into the automotive parking lot. My husband immediately called Gerber, Lindsey seemed concerned and said someone would walk across the street and check on him. When we got there, no one was around. After we picked up my son and dealt with getting the car parked, we went back to Gerber. They had locked up and gone home! One guy was walking to his car. My husband and son went to talk to him. Instead of being one ounce concerned, he was rude and cut my son off several times. If you want good customer service, this is not where you want to go! Let's just hope they do what is right and fix his car. If not, I guess we will be in court. read more

The team at Pro Care were "service" minded. This sounds like a standard practice given the industry but that is not always the case. They were thorough and detailed when making hail damage repairs to my car. Working with my insurance company and communicating with me throughout the process. Even after I picked up my car the service continued. I noticed my back blinker not working and called them and they said to just come by at my convenience and they would take care of it and guess what they did.
