Updated Review (05/07/2025) After advocating for myself regarding the issue with my driver's side truck window, I'm happy to share that the matter has been fully resolved. Since my initial review, I was contacted by Mr. Nick, the manager at Gerber Collision, who handled my concerns with care and professionalism. Thanks to his attention and support, my window has now been properly repaired and functions normally--rolling up and down smoothly while the door is closed. Most importantly, the issue was fixed at no additional cost to me. Because of this positive resolution, I can now confidently give a 5-star review. If there is one huge inconvenience, it's dealing with the original issue of the collision that brought you to this point to begin with. Then you add on the complications with getting the vehicle repaired to your satisfaction, not to the liking of the insurance companies. These Bodyshops are paid by the insurance companies And unfortunately and regardless of using logic to make your point, they will not color outside the line's because the insurance companies turn them into mindless propagandists for their purposes. Simply sad the right thing being done has gone by the wayside to save a couple dollars. Absolutely pathetic! read more

When we had the estimate for an insurance claim we also had an estimate for extra work we would pay for. When I dropped the car off, I told the young lady checking it in about the two estimates, I was assured both sets of work would be done. We went to pick up the car on a Saturday morning, the person who happened to do both estimates was there. He took the money for the deductible, called for the car to come around and went and sat down. I asked about the other work and he said he didn't know anything about it, he did both estimates! He didn't even go outside to go over what was was done. I have no idea if the car was repaired with new or used parts. The insurance work was ok, I guess that the other estimate for over a $1,000.00 wasn't lucrative enough for them to do. I know now nea reliable shop to do the other work on my car. I was not 100% happy with Gerber. read more
