I showed up early, before they were actually open, and Amy and Steve welcomed me in, then before I knew it, Steve was already looking into the sun roof leak issue on my Nissan Altima. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and addressed the issue and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining the issue moving forward. I asked for his assistance to either buy me a case which doesn't cost that much or replace the FOB....... Once I start researching and case cause electronic broad didn't that was a small thing for him to certify his custom, but he didn't care he wouldn't concern. Ask the clerk Natalie could I talk to the tech and she replied "customers can't talk to the techs." Then I asked to speak to manager. Leo (the manager) called me back a few minutes later and stated him and the tech would walk me out to explain what was going on in the morning. I went back the next morning my vehicle is already put back together and in line to be washed. I told Leo that I was was suppose to physically see what the issue was. He said your right, but they put it back together this morning. The so called master mechanic came out out and tried to explain what the issue was with installing the headlights and he was clueless. At this point, I was ready to leave with my vehicle. I did a walk around of the vehicle and the left headlight looks like it was kicked across the concrete face down. Leo said he knows it wasn't like that when I brought it there the previous morning. He would replace the headlight and make it right. I told him I would be back in a hour to pick up my vehicle. Came back and he said it was no charge for the labor for the work done. That does not replace the headlight. But at this point, I am ready to go. I start my car and check all of the lights: -my running lights do not work. -my fog lights do not work -and my left headlight is damaged After waiting hours for the techs to fix the issues and going back and forth with Leo, nothing is corrected.
