This was our second time using this location and the first time was great, no complaints. However, we just picked up our vehicle and while the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the repair seems to be fine so far, we were disappointed to find that this time they did not clean the inside of the vehicle after finishing their work. Many glass shards both large and small and even large scraps of rubber stripping were left inside the vehicle. When we called to ask about the situation we were told to stop by any time and they would vacuum out the car for us - no apology or explanation or anything. Just seems hard to imagine that a glass repair shop would leave such a dangerous mess in any vehicle, but particularly in a large SUV with multiple car seats present clearly indicating that there will be children in the vehicle. read more

I went to this location in January to have our windshield fixed. I had called and had wanted to go to the 38th st location but they had a pipe burst and they were closed during repairs. I went to this location instead. Took them longer than estimated which isn't a big deal. I went home and didn't drive the van for two days, got in it that following making and it has rained all night and water was coming the lock the top of the windshield. Dripping water! I went in that day after school drop offs. They fixed the windshield but didn't have a solution to the water damage or moisture. Took it home, the next morning, I get in the van and water is dripping inside! It was in fact not fixed. I called and they said they'd have to have me wait a few days to remove the glue. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. They said they'd take $50 off. I asked about the 38th st location and they let me go there. Went there and got a repair no problem and it's been fine. I called this location to ask about the damage. They sent out little container that should help absorb moisture. I've had that in there for weeks. They said they'd send someone out to clean that headboard. I called back and said I don't want anyone from there based on this current situation. They said to call and get detailing quotes. I've never had any vehicle detailed. I called and got verbal quotes and I let Auto Glass Now. They said they needed the quotes emailed so they could forward to the manager. So I emailed basically this review with the detail quotes. I got a call today from a different manager saying they'll have to have someone come out and see the damage (which is fine and I get but they've already seen it since they "fixed" it). I feel like it's been one hoop after another and it's still not finished. I'll update if this issue ever is resolved. I have never left a negative review. Positive: during my total of 5.5 hours waiting to have the window fixed I had my 2 and 4 year old. Their front office staff person was so kind with them and even played with them. Five stars for her. When you get a chip in your windshield it's never a great day...somehow Perfection Auto Glass made it a better day. Tim my intake person was phenomenal. He helped set me up and ensured it was going to be a smooth process. Upon arrival, this location is getting a facelift so it was a bit chaotic. There is an area to wait for your vehicle to be completed is comfortable, which touts the length of time you may be there. My vehicle required recalibration so it was a long process. Luckily my husband could pick me up so I didn't have to wait 5-6 hours required. I would have liked better communication about the progress of my vehicle. I felt like I was in the dark on when it would be finished. Pizza places have trackers on when your pizza will arrive, I had expected to know estimations about where my car was with completion but when I called, the person who answered said "I only know when the car is finished". This isn't helpful when you are trying to time rush hour traffic and your car pick up! I knew they closed at 5 so they would at least be done by then. The quality of work is great so far. One star removed because of lack of communication in the process. read more

I was able to set up an appointment to replace my windshield in just two days. Technician was on time, actually a little early. He completed the install and everything looked good. I washed the truck about three days later and noticed, what appeared to be one large scratch and a small one. I called the home office and sent photos that day. The owner or manager called me the next day and made arrangements to send out another technician two days later. It turned out that both marks were a primer type material, very hard to remove. I had a foot long crack in my giant motorhome windshield. I called Perfection and was lucky enough to reach Teresa, who guided me through the process of working the payment through my insurance. She was outstanding in getting this taken care of and keeping me informed. I had a busy travel schedule so they quickly aquired the right glass and installed it in the promised timeframe. My only complaint was the installers could have cleaned up the tape marks from the seal. This was a $3300 job. Had several chips and a mean crack in the windshield and decided to bite the bullet and finally get it replaced. Originally I called another establishment and was told they farmed all windshield replacement to perfection. I called and the phone was immediately answered and the young lady I worked with was pleasant and did her job great. She told me they had my windshield and could be out after noon. They called me around 1ish saying they could come out and do the replacement. They were extremely prompt and professional. There were three of them and they were able to get the windshield replaced in ~45 minutes. Perfection gave me an estimate right away almost $200 lower than what the previous place was trying to make me pay. They were also able to schedule me in first thing the next morning. However, because I was referred to Perfection (located in Fishers) by an auto shop in broadripple, I confused the locations and missed my appointment. The CSR, "Cort", was courteous, knowledgeable, and exact in working my claim through the insurance process; then, scheduling my service and ensuring all parts were in-hand and correct. The tech, "Chuck", was helpful in answering questions and providing me the opportunity to see the window frame's structure (I asked to do so), prior to installing the new glass, gasket, and trim (my vehicle requires new top metal trim). I just had the work done this morning, but from all external viewing, it is an excellent job: all looks to be installed as at the factory, and no clean-up needed on my part. My mechanic shop recommended these folks and they did a stellar job. The receptionist, Tami, I believe gave me a quote on the phone and worked me into their schedule on short notice. The seal on the front windshield was leaking and with torrential rains expected she understood and worked me in. When I arrived I was greeted by Tony the shop owner and stayed and talked with him while they fixed my vehicle. The entire process took 40 minutes and they did an amazing job and the price was extremely fair. I did notice that maybe 90% of their business was insurance, auto body, and dealerships. That being said they did a great job and treated me very professional. I've never received such horrible service in my life. I hate to give them a single star because they don't deserve it. It was impossible to make an appointment for on site or mobile service. I was on the phone with them constantly without a resolution. They only install or do repairs at the shop first thing morning (wouldn't specify a time). Their install window for at home service is between 8am and 5pm (seriously)!! I specified no later than 2 pm and they agreed. However it was nothing but a disaster. The installer called at 15 min til 2 saying he was on his way. By then it was too late I was already heading to work. A windshield repair takes at least 30 minutes. In addition I kept getting transferred to the bloomington office whenever I called the local (317) 776-4740 number. Good luck trying to get your windshield repaired because dealing with perfection auto glass is nothing but imperfection. read more
