Gerber would not provide repair service if potential customer bought the repair part elsewhere.

Jessica waited 6 days to respond. AFTER The referenced conversation with Brendan. Have to question why Jessica waited that long. The conversation with Brendan remains without results to date. No one bothered to substantiate the alleged damage was insurance company, and the insurance company apparently failed to do what's due diligence to substantiate as well. read more

called Gerber to have a windshield replaced and calibrate. The girl on the phone quoted me a price of over $1050.00 for the replacement. That's over twice as much as any of the other company that I contacted. Terrible price gouging. just got a automated response from Jessica (?). Terrible response, I will be sending a letter to the corporate office. I'm not letting this drop. read more

I was involved in a minor accident, took my 2020 vehicle to Gerber on Pine Ridge and was so bowled over by their efficient work from the initial phone call to picking my car up a day early. Everyone in the office was so nice and Nick the appraiser was very informative, professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends. read more

This review is for Gerber headquarters in Canada. I asked them to perform an online estimate for a minor repair. I took pictures for the whole car and closeups of the needed damage. It was fast, but incomplete and a lowball quote. I used this estimate (my mistake) for getting paid, person to person, without insurance company involvement. When I went to my local repair facility for them to do their first available estimate 4 weeks later, they said it was wrong and added $700 to a $1700 bill. That makes me stuck for the added $700. Don't get fooled by this very poor service. read more

I was sideswiped and they were thorough and fixed the damage shortly after the estimate. Professional, clean and fair price.

When a Snowbird reversed into me at a drive thru ... I wasn't sure how or where my repair experience would happen. My repair start to finish was completed ahead of schedule, our enterprise rental car experience was better than expected, and even when I noticed some of my lettering on the back gate had fallen off while they detailed it - they quickly ordered another one and popped it back on the following week. The staff is professional and pleasant. I would recommend to everyone. read more

We had a very disappointing experience at Gerber on Pine Ridge. Repairs were more expensive than estimated. Repairs took multiple trips and multiple months. The repairs were not performed to specifications and reflected shoddy workmanship. Several items that were not broken when the car was delivered for repair were broken WHILE the car was being repaired. While awaiting the last repair, they started and moved my car into a parking space and then left he engine and AC running for hours, burning through a tank of gas. They really need to clean up their act or business will move elsewhere. read more

I had a fender replaced and some touch up paint completed in only six days. Everyone was very kind and I was updated on the progress of my vehicle daily. They gave me a reasonable completion date and they finished before that. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle and they offered to drop it off for me. The job was done perfectly, quickly, detailed and delivered. I highly recommend this body shop for any collision repair and especially if you have Allstate because they are part of the SafeHands program. They do excellent work . read more

WORST auto shop EVER!!!!! I give this place ZERO stars. I was in a car accident at the end of December 2021 and Gerber had possession of my car for a month to "fix" the damage from the accident. I went to pick my car up in February and Gerber supposedly ran all diagnostics to ensure my car was 100% fixed and safe to drive. Not even 10 minutes into driving, my car started to rattle and shake and struggled to accelerate, my touchscreen was malfunctioning AND I was super low on gas... I immediately called Gerber and spoke to Cara who had been dealing with my car from the start and told her my car is not working properly and I needed to bring it back now. On my way to drop the car off I desperately needed gas since the tank was so low and as I enter the gas station my car just shuts off and starts to smell like smoke. I was stuck at the entrance of the gas station, luckily it was there and not in the middle of the road where I would of been had I not stopped to attempt to get gas. I waited for a tow truck and once my car arrived back at Gerber, they had no clue what was wrong with my car and at this point it was not turning on at all. Another month goes by and Gerber states I need a new high fuel pump??? Oh and my key fob was corroded "don't know how that happened"??? AND my fender had scratches on it... I was advised by Cara to tow it to the Jeep dealership to receive the part I needed and have it installed there. And that's where the techs there ran their own diagnostics and concluded that my car had been tampered with. Gerber had put diesel in my tank which my car does not take, my spark plugs were filled with it and my engine was fried, my brand new battery that was placed at Gerber was fried AND on top of all that they didn't even put enough coolant which made matters worse. Mind you my car is only 3 years old and now I need all these huge repairs on my car that I purchased brand new from the dealership. But of course when both my car insurance and the Naples Jeep dealership contacted Gerber Collision to take ownership of their error, CARA who personally worked on my case took no accountability to what they had done to my car much less offer to pay for the cost to repair what they ruined. Thousands of dollars and months later, I have yet to hear from anyone from Gerber Collision. PLEASE DO US ALL A FAVOR AND CLOSE THIS HORRIBLE, SCAMMING, TRASH PLACE DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL. I can't express enough how happy I am with Gerber front start to finish. We had just received our car from our car shipper as we moved from CA to Florida. Unfortunately it was hit by a low hanging tree and damaged the windshield, roof and took off parts of our SUV rack. We heard great things about Gerber and they addressed our concerns immediately. We got our car back sooner than promised and looking better than new. They also rubbed out some other areas no charged. I couldn't believe it!
