Solid repairs, honest service. Would recommend. I brought my car in for a bumper repair, but by the end I had a new battery too. The bumper repair was excellent. Gerber fixed it up like new, gave my car a wash, and wiped down the interior. However, when I picked it up, my engine turned over more reluctantly than before. The manager came and jumped me off, and I went home. My car was dead the next morning. The manager drove all the way to my house and jumped it off again, and he came with me to the auto parts store where he replaced my battery with a new one himself. Just want to give the manager at Gerber a big THANK YOU. I'd definitely recommend Gerber to anyone. They will make things right to the best of their ability. read more

DO NOT USE GERBER COLLISION IN NORMAN Estimated to fix car in two weeks, took a month. They fixed the visible damage, but insisted they had to replace my sensors in the back of my car even though they worked when the car went into the shop. I got my car back on Halloween after a month of them having it. None of the sensors in my car work at all including the front camera which they did no work on the front end of my car. My car is also throwing a BCI warning that it was in a collision which it was not and that was not showing up when my car went into the shop. We called immediately that night noticing there were issues. They called back the next day and said to bring it in on the 2nd. Ok. We brought it in and they tried to argue with us that "that's now how your car left the shop" when it completely was, the only place it was driven was home and back to the collision center. They are saying they will correct it, no time frame and not knowing how long it would take. To add icing on the cake, when my car was in the shop they lost my emblem and said if they find it they would put it back on. Ridiculous! Insurance was contacted along with sending pictures of the shotty work and they are saying they will handle it, if not there will be a lawsuit considering they said they had to replace items that were in working order when it entered the shop and now they claim that they didn't mess up our car!!!! To add estimated damage in beginning was 3400, when all was said and done they got my insurance for 6700. And for what?!?!?! read more

My insurance company set it up for my car to be repaired here. I took it and they had it for 25 days. I picked it up and on my way home I noticed it was pulling to the left pretty bad. An alignment is something they charges $70 for already. I called them an they said that the alignment place said it was good. I told them it is not it is pulling, they said they would call the alignment place and get back with me but they have never called me again. Then I also noticed the plastic undercarriage cover was cracked (probably from my wreck) and they didn't repair or replace it so it's just flapping in the wind when I'm on the highway. If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Brought my car in to repair my bumper after hitting a rogue wet yard waste bag off a landscape truck. Crap paint job started peeling right away. Bumper would never secure to the front end. Rattled so much I had to replace my headlights half a dozen times. Ended up with zip ties holding it on. After not returning calls, my insurance company finally got them to fix the bumper again. Started coming away from the side panels the next day after I picked it up. I called and took it in for the 3rd time and they blamed me for scraping the underneath side on a parking block. Maybe I could clear a parking block if they could attach a bumper! DO NOT USE. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They did not communicate with me about the process of repairing my vehicle, whatsoever. They did not give me an estimate as to when my car would be done. Dropped my vehicle off on 02/27 before business hours , as that is when the shop said my replacement bumper would be in. I called that same day to ask if my bumper had came in, because the estimator, Meagan, assured me if the bumper wasn't going to come in that day, I could pick my vehicle back up and then drop it off when the bumper came in. They said your bumper will be here at 5pm, so I asked them if I could pick my vehicle back up since it wouldn't be worked on that day. They said YES. No problem. I sent my friend to pickup my vehicle and they told him no, the bumper was already taken off. I later found that was a lie and my car was sitting in the same spot I left it. When I asked when my car would be ready, they said the middle of the day of 02/28 , or the afternoon AT THE LATEST. I called them on 02/28 in the morning to see if they could tell me when my vehicle would be ready. They said oh it will be ready this afternoon. I called them right before they closed, and they said oh no it'll be tomorrow morning. So, 03/01 I call them that morning and the shop person says hmm the notes say your car won't be ready until tomorrow afternoon. What??? The front desk lady, Monica or whatever, proceeds to get an attitude and say "well I don't know I've talked about thousands of vehicles today". Ok cool, but it's your job to be able to answer the questions I have about my vehicle. So the afternoon of 03/01 I went to the shop in person to confront them and my car was ready within 30 minutes of just showing up. I don't care that it took that long to complete, but I care about the lack of communication on their part which makes it very hard for someone to plan around. It sounds like the people that actually work on your car and the estimators don't communicate. That or the estimator doesn't know how to do their job. Oh and to top all of that off, the paint job they did is SCRATCHED and they gave me someone else's bill, so if you're reading this Stephen, sorry about your Buick. TL;DR They won't tell you when your car will be ready, and act like you're inconveniencing them just by asking when it will be. read more

I went through Collision Works to get some rear end damaged fixed after a hit n run (they caught her!). They were great with the estimate and schedule me for an appointment to drop off the same day I said I was ready to fix it. You can opt in for text updates, and they send one each step of the way. For ex, we are currently disassembling your vehicle and your vehicle is in line for paint etc. They handled all communication with the rental company and finished my car in less than a week. I came here to receive an estimate, the young lady on the phone was nice and got me scheduled. I arrived about 2 minutes early for my appt and got checked in, she said okay so I had a seat. Not once did I see her tell anyone or call anyone to let them know I was there.. I just assumed she put it in the computer or something that I was there for my appointment. 10 minutes passed and after watching multiple workers sit around and chat with each other about their weekend plans, I walked up to the counter and asked if she knew how much longer it might be. (Sidenote: There was not a single other customer in the store and no one seemed to be doing any other estimates/business at that time) Anyways, she said she would check, she looked as though she sent a text message.. she did not call anyone or walk to any of their desks but about 30 seconds later the gentleman who was chatting with another girl about their weekend plans stood up and said "I'm so sorry, I didn't realize you were here already." I was shocked because I was the only person in there and it's not a large waiting area, and my toddler was being very active so I was shocked he didn't hear us. He was nice and everything but I was surprised by the service, the young girl at the counter played on her phone the entire time, I could see she was on Pinterest. I will not be coming here for my car repairs. I later went to another shop to have a separate estimate and I mentioned my service from here and he said he's heard multiple people state that the service here is sub par. read more

If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. It took them 3 weeks from when I called them to repair my bumper and headlight, what they called cosmetic damage. They made me wait 4 days just to come in for a 10 minute estimate and then they wouldn't let me drop my vehicle off until the next day, 5 days wasted. Then they lost my appointment and almost wouldn't see us until I showed them the phone call for the appt on my phone. It took them 2.5 weeks to do the work. They wouldn't give me a time estimate at all until my vehicle was in paint, more than a week after work started. They never called me to give me an update even though their website said they would keep me informed and they never told me about their app so I could check myself. Every time I called for an update they would only give me vague answers and sometimes would take a while to call me back even for that. I go pick it up and there are still scratches on the hood from the accident. I speak to the manager about it and he's like we'll fix it and get your rental car back and we just have to send it back through your insurance. No apologies, they've had my vehicle 2.5 weeks and didn't notice a scratch on my hood. He looked at the pictures and said the scratch was in the pictures, he's not sure how they missed it and they can't tell me how long it'll take because there's a holiday this week. Worst customer service ever. They want to know there's a problem and then offer nothing even when they acknowledge they dropped the ball. Not to mention there's a layer of dust all over my van even though it's been in the "cleaning" stage the last 2 days and is supposed to be detailed before I pick it up. Their incompetence made a stressful car accident 10 times worse. I'll fix the scratches they didn't care to fix elsewhere, they're not getting any more of my money. read more

It took them 7 weeks to get my car done, they put 810 miles on my car while I was driving a rental. The car had a full tank when I took it in and was on empty when I got it back. They would never give us straight answers on where our car was other than it was at Moore's Collision Works. We never gave them any authority or permission to drive our car anywhere and especially not 810 miles. Our rear passenger side tail light does not work, the car was not cleaned up much, there is a scratch on my passenger rear door, my headliner is filthy and it was clean when it went in, the windows have a film on them that wasnt cleaned off and I used to detail cars for a living and this was the worst job I have ever seen. I had to pay 500 deductible and 255 dollars extra for a rental. We had a new windshield put in at the dealership and had the drivers side tail light piece replaced. They charged for both of them again. They constantly would get testy with us for asking where our car was and the status. We kept getting lies told to us and then find out the car was driven 810 miles. Guess they didn't think we would check the odometer. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I dont even know where to start with this as there was so much wrong with this experience. We chose them because they were a Geico "express service" center. NOPE! Almost 2 months later and I am finally picking my car up today. I understand that estimates are not set in stone, but we have been told at least a half dozen times that it would be ready a certain date, only to have it moved out again. For example, we were told Thursday it would be ready, or Friday morning at the very latest. Friday afternoon, NOTHING. No call, no anything. We called Monday to be told they had no idea what was going on but they would call us back in 30 minutes max. We never got a call back. Had to call them Today (Tuesday) and finally the car is ready. I did not even get into the issue of them "losing the car" for 3 days after we dropped it off. The "Liason" assigned to our case would not return calls. I read in another review "we pride ourselves on our customer service" . Well, you shouldn't because from bottom to top, this is the worst experience I have ever had in a situation like this. Not only do I not recommend this place, but I am contacting Geico to let them know that their "express center" is absolutely horrible and if this is who they recommend, it may be time to find a different insurance company as well.
