I took the van to dealership and asked to look at that, they said and I quote "the hood was dropped and it broke the sensor" and it would cost $246 to replace it. Daniel the mgr is claiming that my van is a 2017 (with only 70k miles) and it was going to fail at some point so they are refusing to repair or pay to fix it. I asked the dealership tech if these fail often and he said only if you slam the hood. If you need safelite go to SLC these guys suck.

They wanted $129.99 for the 9x30 window, outer seal was $11.99 per foot, inner seal $9.99 per foot with a minimum 8 feet each must be purchased. So I was looking at $380.83 without shipping and taxes. I was still far away from home so I decided to give Glass Doctor of Utah County a shot. They were able to fix everything for $239.40 before taxes saving me at least $140. They were super professional and friendly and the person that did my window had over 30 years of experience.
