Their team completed the renovation in one day. Recently, the floor pan began to fail. It started to flex and creak as we moved within the shower. I contacted Re-Bath of Green Bay and they sent out a representative to evaluate the issue. I received a call from Kelsey at the Green Bay office and she said she would contact Corporate to see what if anything could be done. Imagine my surprise when Kelsey reported Corporate agreed to replace the entire shower. Since the wall panels rested on the floor pan, they had to be removed also. Kelsey said she ordered the material and would schedule the installation when it arrived. She coordinated the project from start to finish. In football parlance, Kelsey took the ball and ran with it. The project was just completed, once again in one day, and our home was left as clean as when they arrived. This could have been a frustrating experience. Instead, Re-Bath of Green Bay and Re-Bath Corporate stood behind their product. Integrity is a term that comes to mind when I think of how they responded. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. If you are considering a bathroom upgrade, I recommend you look to Re-Bath of Green Bay.

Buyer beware. We hired them to install cabinets in our kitchen.  First off they say they do designs. That should have been our first sign. We had to come up with our own design. Their salesman used our same layout that we had. Which we said we didn't want. Then when the cabinets were delivered. They came with nicks and scratches everywhere. They installed them that way as well. We took photos and marked every area with blue tape. Owner Dan came out told us basically that no cabinet is perfect. He put caulking in between all the spaces that were uneven. And told us that the nicks and scratches were our fault....why would we damage our own cabinets. They also suggested screwing more screws into the side of our cabinets to close the gap. We had to call the manufacturer, they came out and fixed all the issues. The manufacturer told us that would have been the worst thing to do to the cabinets. It's sad when people run companies and no nothing about good workmanship. While owner Dan was at our house. He was verbal rude to my wife's when she told him we were unhappy with the work. We have over 35 pictures of there poor workmanship and not to mention the owner having no business skills. Go somewhere else. Save your money and the headache of working with this company. You'll thank me.
