Getting an appt. took some time but they did a good job. It took a day so received a rental car. I would recommend.

Working with Hunter led me to a vehicle I could afford and fit my specs completely, and I felt great about my trade-in value too.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how comfortable the whole process felt. I didn't feel haggled, pushed into anything, or taken advantage of (which is something I've definitely worried about with car buying in the past). Instead, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. By the time we finalized everything, I actually felt confident and good about my decision which says a lot. If you're looking for someone who's honest, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend asking for Nick B.

Dear Walser Team, I…read moream writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience purchasing a 2023 Wagoneer from your dealership. Upon leaving with the vehicle, I noticed that the TPMs light was on. When I brought this to the attention of the salesperson, I was assured that it was no big deal and that I could simply bring the vehicle back to have it fixed. Following this advice, I returned to the dealership for the first time despite living an hour away. I was told the issue had been resolved. However, after returning home, the TPMs light came back on a few months later. Due to my difficulties in making the trip back sooner, I delayed returning, only to be told upon arrival that the repair would cost me $800. I then sought assistance from the manager, Bryce, hoping for some understanding and resolution. Unfortunately, Bryce did nothing to help and told me that I needed to look into the issue myself. This lack of support and unwillingness to stand behind the vehicles you sell is extremely disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy a car from the Walser group. Their customer service is inadequate, and they do not honor their commitments.

There is a reason used car salesmen have their reputation…read more The salesman I bought from, Mahdi, included as part of our contract that I would receive a year of Bluelink, a service that includes remote car starting functions, crash detection, etc. While it is already disgusting that Hyundai requires a subscription to turn on hardware inside the car that I bought, Morrie's then did not deliver on this. Bluelink indicated we had no subscription. We called Morrie's and got Mahdi's contact information. He informed us we did have it, despite what bluelink told us. We went back and forth until eventually I was able to get a three-way phone call between myself, Mahdi, and Bluelink. At this point, it had been over a month of fighting. Then, Bluelink informed Morrie's through Mahdi that they had no authority to sell us that package. Mahdi was not listening and was away from the phone, so we had to reestablish contact so he could be told. At that point, he hung up on us both without a word. I followed up. Mahdi told me he would work to resolve the issue and that he would call me by the end of the day with an update. The end of the day came and went with no communication from Morrie's. I had to contact Mahdi again, who told me there was "nothing he could do". I asked him to clarify whether he meant that Morrie's would not honor the contract they made with me. He then said he needed to look into it some more. At this point, I told him I either wanted the subscription or to be reimbursed for the cost of it. He said he needed time to look into it and gave me a time by which he would contact me. Once again, he ghosted me. So I contacted him again, and he did not respond. A day later I followed up again and he gave me another vague promise that he was looking into it. Five days later, he had not responded to me, so I informed him that if we did not receive either our subscription or our money, I would begin arbitration against Morrie's, something I'd never threatened before, but at this point I'd spent several hours of my life trying to not be robbed. This still did not get Mahdi's attention. So I called the sales manager. He was in a meeting, so I left a message, which he did not return. The next day, I called again. Another meeting, another message. The third day, I called again - this time from a new phone - and suddenly my phone rang with a call from Mahdi, who promised me he would have the situation resolved within two business days. Three business days later, he had not done so. So once again I called the sales manager. As I tried to do so, Mahdi called me again and told me he'd be sending a check for the cost of the bluelink subscription. Finally, resolution! So I get the check in the mail, cash it, and go to pay for my bluelink subscription. So here's the thing - a bluelink subscription on the tier including the features I was promised costs THREE TIMES what they paid out. This was over two months after I bought the car. Now, to be clear and honest - bluelink is part of Hyundai but is not part of Morrie's. My concerns mentioned above are with Morrie's, and specifically with Mahdi. However, there are also problems with bluelink. These are not part of the scoring for this review, but they are a caveat for would-be purchasers. Bluelink told me that I was entitled to a three-month subscription by virtue of buying the car and said they'd activated it when I activated my account. However, they had it starting over a month and half before I ever even considered buying a Hyundai. They assured me that my account was created on a certain date, but based on my trial's expiration date, that date still would've been impossible. Bluelink obfuscates cancellation of trials, lies about dates, and hides their true pricing. In short, I encourage the reader to not buy a Hyundai. If you do buy a Hyundai, don't buy one that uses bluelink. If you buy one that uses bluelink, don't buy from Morrie's. And if for some reason you buy from Morrie's - don't buy from Mahdi!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!…read more Tried to purchase a Yukon through Lupient. There was no on lot stock of what we were looking to get (or at other dealers we'd visited), so we decided to order the exact configuration we wanted. The sales rep was great through this whole process, so I hope he finds another dealership to work with that has ethics in the selling process. In making the order (over the phone) with the sales rep and the sales manager on shift at the time, I explained that we had a GM friends/family discount. They told me that would be handled and applied at the time of finalizing the purchase after the vehicle was built and on the lot. After providing a $2K (non-refundable) deposit and waiting 3 months for the car to be built and shipped and when going to finalize the purchase things started to get shady. The financing options and quote sheets were clearly at incredible high interest rates. I shared I'd get outside financing, then the sales manager said they could shop rates too. Feels like a classic move to try and get an ignorant buyer to use their juiced-up rates and get the dealer paid more. Asked for the purchase agreement with the line items of everything and the window sticker. Got the window sticker, but for a different Yukon and said they didn't have anything for purchase breakdown other than what they'd shared (I know there is more they can provide) so made me feel as though things were being attempted to be hidden from us. After working through that, the sale manager on shift at the time (Chris) said "we don't honor the GM family/friends discount on the Yukon" and after supposedly working with the General Manager, came back with a discount of the MSRP, but also decreased the trade offer on our car we were trading and the deal was contingent on given the trade to them for a very low price (clearly just giving me a "discount" by making it up on the trade). The whole process was very shady and smelled of all the bad car sales stereotypes out there. Felt like they realized they now had a car on lot with a unique configuration they thought they could sell to someone else for more than the deal they agreed to with me. Seems like they used us. Not a very ethical move on their part. They did, at the very least, refund the $2K deposit. I would NOT shop here. There are much better options available close by. I would highly recommend Luther Brookdale. We ended up getting the same configuration there and they honored our GM friends/family discount (and also listed it $6k+ lower than Lupient listed the one we'd ordered). They were super professional and ethical through the whole process.
