I went to the bar and ordered a vodka and club. I watched him pour the club in first to the top and then sprinkled a few drops of vodka over it. I questioned and told him I saw what he did, and he took the drink back and wouldn't serve me the rest of the night. Other people were charged $21 per drink when in fact, the drink was $10. Another's husband went back to the bar 3 times because no liquor was in the drink. My brother was charged 3 different prices for the same brand of beer. Very, very unprofessional, and no customer service skills. When the bartender was questioned by other guests as to why he wouldn't serve me, he told them that I was rude and he could give me a breathalyzer. How embarrassing for me at my 50th when that would've been my second drink.

Maybe not all guests tipped but that should not concern me since I, the person renting, was tipping. A deposit is for damages, not for lack of tipping. It's because we are Hispanic. We used to B_entertained to supply the rentals for our wedding reception at Egerton Park. As we prepared for the event, they made mistakes. For example, they sent us quotes that were triple the price of what they should have been, and which we would've had to pay if we hadn't contested them. In every zoom meeting, Mike kept his camera off, which felt creepy and unprofessional. The company was also unclear about their cancellation and 72 hour policies. However, we took this in stride, and we were ready to let them work things out. We thought we were having a communicative experience with their customer service, and were hopeful that it would go well. At the reception, the generator shorted out one hour before the end of the event. We had paid for the larger generator, but it still gave out. Fortunately for us, our family and friends pulled together and used phone lights to keep the dancefloor lit. We brought our own speaker that was battery powered, and without it, the music would have stopped too. I'm very grateful we didn't also hire a DJ through this company, as their equipment would have stopped working when the generator did. What was most disappointing to me was my experience when I called Mike to discuss this with him. I expressed my frustrations in the hopes that he could explain what happened. But Mike was combative, aggressive, and told me that it was our fault. When I made that phone call, I was prepared to write a review about how, even though the generator stopped working, they worked with us to find a solution. But Mike hung up on me before I had even finished talking. I hope the recording of the call will be made available to me. If he had dealt with me on the phone call kindly, then I would be writing a very different review. But I am immensely disappointed with the service, this reaction, and the way that he treats you once he has your money. I do not recommend this company.

We took on B_Entertained for our wedding day event, and they kept the music going and people…read moredancing all night long! The DJ was at the perfect level of excitement for the group, we had a combination of fun dances and popular songs. The music quality was perfect, and they even brought lighting to make the dance mood under the tent even more fantastic! The sound system for the ceremony (we had our own violinist) was just what we needed, and mics didn't have any quality issues. Highly recommend their services!

Perhaps it does the job of preventing birds from nesting there, but must it be so deafeningly loud? It is free for individuals to use, so it is nice to visit. Just bring ear plugs to dampen the awful noise.
