Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Hello Fellow car guys. German Imports Auto hands down is the best shop for many upgrades and maintenance for any vehicle in the Los Angeles Radius. The guy who runs the show is Will. Will is the best and most fair person in the world when it comes to car upgrades, installation prices and many more. I've built my Camaro SS to a full street cup/ track car with Will and I only trust Will to prepare my car before I Race. When it comes to racing it is very important to have a proper inspection beforehand and Will does a great job. He understands and prepares my car with his best services. He has installed many suspension parts, engine parts, and has done many fluid flushes on my car to a professional level. I trust my car to sit in his shop just as much as I trust my car to be at home. Will is an honest person and will never lie. He will take the next step and make sure your car will work properly. I brought my Porsche 911 here because I was having major issues with the engine oil leaking. Will, the owner told me that it was a common problem with Porsche vehicles. He quoted me a price that was way cheaper than going to the dealer. I went to the dealer prior to finding out about German Imports and they quoted me the parts and labor would cost over $1500. Will gave me a more reasonable price and I saved so much more money coming here. I left the car for a week to get it fixed while I was out of town and Will called me within 3 days and told me it was done already. Surprisingly, I haven't had any other issues and it was definitely worth my money to getting it fixed here. I will definitely be coming back to get my car fixed again if any other issues arise. 100% recommend this place!!! They do an amazing job at a reasonable price. Will is a knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy person. I changed my suspension springs with Will, which he immediately found out oil leak from the gasket caused by improper dealership maintenance. He help me all the way till my car has been towed to the dealership. He also followed up with me, making sure the dealership take the full responsibility for repairing my vehicle. Drove my daughter to school from San Francisco with my 2000 Mercedes E320 and the air condition broke down. Under LA heat, I found German Import Auto through Yelp and expected to pay big money for not been local. Boys I was wrong. Will is very down to earth and trustworthy. I tried this shop and it's a total FAIL, bad customer service, Will is not a kind and gently person as everyone says here... they were charging me the same rate as the dealership, also it took them a whole week to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the car, finally I told him I was going to buy the new part by myself (since they were overcharging $300 for the part) and he got mad... Will is super helpful! I brought my car in to have the brakes changed; rotors and pads replaced, and fluids flushed. I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was ready the same afternoon. Will showed me how dirty my brake fluids were, they were so bad he had to flush the lines twice, but only charged me for one. He also gave me a great price on the rest of the installation. I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else for future work. Will and his team are nice, very funny, and do great work, very quickly. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Will and spoke briefly over the phone 6/25/2018, regard my ML350 Will listened and said bring it in, he took the car informed it would be a while. Friday 6/29/18 my car was done, I picked it up Monday 7/2/18, Will informed of everything that was wrong, will even kept the old parts. I bought a used Mazda 3 from a dealer and it needed a lot of work to get it up and running. The owner, Will, was so patient and honest describing the diagnosis after he had his guys check every nook and cranny and they were able to service it the same day. They also vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior and did a complimentary tire rotation and oil change. I lease my Audi and prepaid for an expensive service contract. Unfortunately, that expensive contract does not cover brakes. When my rear brakes wore out at 20,000 miles the Audi dealer quoted me over $1,000!!! So I called around and found Will at German Auto Imports. Decided to take to yelp for a shop that specialized working on BMWs. Bavaria was one of three shops I considered and glad I ended up at their garage! It's on Rosemead blvd so it's not the easiest lot to get into during rush hour. I called around 3pm and spoke to Don who said come on by. Don was able to take a look at my car and diagnose the problems within 15 minutes. I was not charged a diagnostic fee. I needed to get my valve cover and gasket replaced and an intake system cleaning. The price quoted was well below the price I had in my head so I left the car there on Thursday 430pm. And they said it will be ready by next day 3pm. Don and the whole team were extremely professional and made me feel like I was getting taken care of! I received a call around 12 and they told me they needed to also replace a cracked hose and that I would only charged for the part and no additional labor. I am extremely happy with Bavaria Auto Group and will definitely use them next time I need a service!
