Nuron took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, and never push for unnecessary repairs or upsell services like some shops do. In fact, he did the exact opposite- after diagnosing my car and doing some research, he found that the failing parts should be covered under BMW warranty. He even went above and beyond of taking my car to the dealership service center, explaining the issue to them, and ensuring it would get covered under warranty. All thanks to his effort and honesty, I ended up getting my entire turbocharger replaced along with the adjacent components under warranty--something I never would have gotten if I had gone directly to the dealership. Additionally, there was a separate issue with my engine mounts that they did for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for. Now my car drives like new! It's hard to find a mechanic who not only knows their stuff but also operates with true integrity. He worked on my 88' M5 and with eagle eyes, spotted a few hoses that were a bit dry and replaced them as a preventive maintenance measure. Had an ebrake issue...resolved. Car2. x5. With a slew of potentially notoriously expensive issues, I was relieved that the "shut down" was only the battery. Got it tuned up and ready for sale! Car3. 93' 850. Another known $ pit, what I thought was a head gasket...wasn't. Still pending but don't anticipate having to sell one of my kidneys to pay the bill. Took my BMW into the dealer for some regular maintenance and they came back with a costly list of fixes for me marked as critical. But 90% of the dealer fees were for their time. Bertone Motor was recommended to me by Hi M Auto Body & Paint. There are so many great things I can say about my experience. 1. Nouran knows his SH*T! He also explains everything in detail so that I understood exactly what to expect. I never told him gave him a back ground of my car but he figured exactly what the issues were and came back with the diagnosis along with what caused it. One of cylinders and two of my fuel injectors need to be replaced. 2. Nouran promised and delivered. He told me he would have my car driving like it's brand new and that I got when I got my car back. 3. He called me to come pick up my car but as I was returning my rental he told me the test drive wasn't up to par with his standards and the engine light popped up again and because of the last minute issue he paid for my rental car for the extended two days he needed my car. Overall, my experience at Bertone with Nouran was truly amazing. It's been two months since I've had my car fixed and it has been running so beautifully. I drove to the bay area and to San Diego for the holidays and I was never worried about my car.
