The office is rather new, just a couple of years old, and always tidy. Their waiting room is somewhat small, but there's a TV, a Keurig, and bottled water. Oh, and a fish tank. Their dental suites appear state-of-the-art, but what do I know. X-rays are taken in the rooms, and displayed on their widescreen monitors. The doctors do an excellent job of explaining any issues you may have, and how they can be treated. There are no pressure-tactic sales, either. I've been a patient here for over 2 years and it's always a pleasure. Well, not a "pleasure" per se, I mean it is a dental clinic -- but it's a pleasure in as much as a dental visit can be a pleasure. Plan your appointments in advance because they're a busy office and it can potentially take some time to get an appointment.

My dental hygienist was Crystal, and she was absolutely the most kind and very gentle. I loved how she explained everything to me in an easy way to understand. She was always checking on me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. The dentist (forgot his name) was very nice and thoroughly checked all my concerns. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have finally meet the worst receptionist in my life. I usually walk in and they are nice and say hi then give me a clip board after I say my name and appointment time. This time i walk in and I say my name and time, and the lady just kept on her computer and didn't even look at me and told me like a child to go sit down someone will be with you. The staff is amazing from the check-in and check out to the technicians and the dentist that I've seen. It's obvious that they focus on customer service because they are so polite and accommodating. I felt like they were honest and they weren't focused on upselling me with a sales pitch of unnecessary add ons after cleaning my teeth, which unfortunately has been my experience with other dentist in the area. Our insurance denied the claim because the Aspen Dental location off 1604 and Culebra reported that they pulled the tooth in 2019!!!. They LIED!!!! And I had to pay out of pocket to have the tooth removed! What else did they charge to my insurance that they didn't do? I called them to try to get it straightened out but oh they can't do anything without my husbands old phone number that ties the account together. What a bunch of malarkey. They are thieves and liars! Not to mention their office staff was rude to us when we went in 2019 which is why we never returned.
