My little ninja warrior making it through these hanging baskets.

My 6-year-old has a lot of energy. He has always, his whole life, had a LOT of energy. And cue, Get Air. Before he started preschool, my husband would take him here every single Wednesday morning. It was something fun to do, and he has yet to get bored of it! Our favorite parts are the big foam pit that he can either do a running leap or swing into, and the obstacle course area. He likes to pretend he's a ninja warrior. It's always clean, staff are friendly, cost is reasonable, and the space is massive, so I've never felt like I was bumping into people. Parents are free to roam and get right up on the trampolines to monitor their kids too. Definitely a fun time!

Disgusting! Unsafe! Two people overseeing the entire place. So many broken parts including a safety net. Duck tape everywhere and it looks like they don't even vaccuum the floor or clean the bathrooms I doubt they sanitize anything.

A big bounce area with separate squares to have your own space.

This is a great place to get the kids some exercise!! We paid for two hours for 4 kids, one left early but the other three bounced almost the whole time. I got an hour for myself too, Bc I couldn't watch any longer without trying it all out! I really like the set up on this place, it's got sections so it's not a million kids in the same area. There wasn't too many kids there either, a lot but not crazy. The only thing I take a star off for is price. I didn't have the sticky socks- so try to bring some grip slipper socks with you- it'll save you $3.50. So for just me- I had to pay $18. There should be a deal for the parents. I mean- how many of us can really jump around for more than 20 minutes or so? Other than that- all the teenage workers were super sweet and helpful. The place was clean, they have lockers you can rent for $2, there's Gatorade and a vending machine. We had a great time!

Took my two nieces ages 4 and 5, and my nephew age 2 on a Friday evening. My parents came just to watch and not bounce. The waiver process was easy on the computers provided at check in. Price wise I thought was a little high as with younger kids they are supposed to be limited on where they can go. The kids had a blast and since it was not busy at the time they let the girls go into the larger trampoline area so me and my sister in law could jump with them. It was quite the workout and fun. Nice indoor activity to do with the kids during our cold weather months.

Fun for the kids, but very dirty. Only one person watching the entire building so a lot of the rules not being followed.

Ask the Community - Get Air Buffalo

I'm wondering if you have any idea when the Get Air in Buffalo will be opening back up? I saw some other locations in different cities open again, is there any plans for the Buffalo one?

Hello, I have not heard an official opening date, but know we are anxious to open as soon as given the go-ahead from local officials. We miss our jumpers!

How much is it for each person?

Hi Yousif, the prices are BIG AIR One Hour – $15.99…

Is this place good for a 4 and 2 yr. old?

Yes. There's a special area for the young kids as well.

The only activities we waited a long time for were laser tag and zipline. The activities are all really fun. It is geared for probably age 6+, not much to do for those younger than that. There were a lot of teens enjoying the activities too, and they were mostly careful and cautious around the smaller kids. The employees were mostly teenagers, and most were pleasant. The guy working the rock climbing wall was super nice. I know there are some complaints on here about the teenagers' attitudes, but I'm sure it's an exhausting place to work. All day they have to deal with parents arguing with them about whether their kids meet the height requirements, complaining about wait times, etc. They seemed to be doing their best. There are plenty of party rooms and they have party packages that make it easy to plan a party. However there was no handicapped access up to the 2nd floor party area and there are about a million stairs to walk up and down. The only option to get down without taking the stairs is a giant slide. I needed elevator access and there was none. They need to do a better job of cleaning up messes as they happen. They expect everyone to run around in socks, but the floors are disgusting and sticky. I walked past at least 4 different "wet floor" signs that were just placed next to a spill without any attempt at mopping it up. For example, I walked past the same dried up sticky juice spill with a wet floor sign by it the entire day without seeing anyone mop it up - it was there for at least 4 hours! There were puddles of water no one mopped up, just stuck a wet floor sign by it. The bathroom was gross, and one stall was out of order. Also SVU was playing on the TVs which is definitely a weird choice for a children's play place.

Staff is super young, rude, uneducated, and overall unhelpful 2. Lines getting in was absolute chaos with no organization. 3. Super expensive. $80 for two kids plus another $10 for socks per kid! 4. The food was mediocre at best and over priced 5. The bathroom, holy hell. There was not one usable stall. Each stall was full of poop and overflowing ont the floor. There was literally poop on the walls! Biohazard. 6. There were so many children there that my kids were miserable and bored because they had to wait in line for over an hour for 1 activity! 7. There were a lot of kids there with no discipline or manners. It was like parents dropped off terrible children and left them there to be someone else's problem. This establishment is an absolute nightmare. Even my KIDS said they never wanted to go there again.

For me, the place was spacious, with a massive trampoline area, ball pit, rope swing, dodge ball area and others. I even liked how the trampoline area had varied sizes of squares (or trampolines) so that with some of the larger ones you would feel more comfortable to do things like flips and back drops. They also had a really cool monkey-bar, jungle gym area as well as a large arcade. Lots of couches for people to relax on, which were right on the same level as the trampolines that you could watch your kids from a close proximity. They place is very clean and the staff were plentiful and helpful. It's not necessarily the cheapest place, but considering the costs they would have (including lots of staff to monitor the jumpers), I'm sure it's a fair price. Great place and fail-proof for kids having a great time.

We booked a birthday party here for 11 children during an extreme heat wave, only to arrive and…read morediscover there was no air conditioning. We later learned the AC had reportedly been out of service for about two weeks, yet no one contacted us in advance to let us know or offer the option to reschedule. Had we known, we never would have brought a group of children into those conditions. An Orange Heat Alert was in effect, and both children and adults became overheated. Some showed signs of heat exhaustion, and the kids were struggling to participate. Instead of enjoying their birthday, they left sweaty and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. I hope management takes responsibility for how this was handled so other families don't have the same experience.
