It's perfect for younger kids with a huge playground area, multiple slides that land in ball pits, and a huge climbing structure with slides that reminds me of Discovery Zone when I was a kid. We took advantage of toddler time and paid only $13 with tax for two hours. There were maybe ten other kids there total, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. In comparison to the Tonawanda location, this place is ten times better. My daughter barely even went on the trampolines because there was so much to do. I took a star off because the water fountains were out of order but they had vending machines for water bottles and Gatorade. The walk to the bathroom is a bit far too from the newer area.

We checked in at the desk and got our socks. Waivers are required. The place is really nice, new equipment. They had a few different sections where the activity was not just a trampoline. There are private party rooms, tables, and leather couches spread throughout for folks to keep an eye on their kids. There are arcade games in the section near the entrance and throughout the building. They had something like a ropes course too which was cool. I like that it's not exactly like their competitor so the kids get to try something new. I would bring my kids again.

They open their doors at 10am and the floors are filthy. The carpets are filthy. The bathrooms are filthy. The area near the lockers....filthy! Arcade area.... Filthy. Tons of garbage, tons of wads of old gum....... No one cares in this place. Why??? Probably because the staff consists of a bunch of young kids on their cell phones. Never have I seen the staff members leave the front desk. Never see them walking around keeping an eye on patrons.... Or caring about about the garbage and dirtiness patrons encounter. I might expect some of this filthiness on a weekend when you're jampacked with parties and kids off from school.... But Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday..... best get to cleaning please. I think Nova in Greece gonna give you a run for your money.

So you can play, grab lunch at the mall food court, then head back in. My boys were exhausted by the time we left.

Still, I really think it should either be included or at least very obvious to new customers that the play area is an additional cost. It was also frustrating that there was a range of kid ages and sizes in the play area & no adults were allowed in. There were a couple of instances where I saw large older children either push or intimidate much smaller children. The area seemed very poorly monitored and I would probably try to keep my niece out of it next time we go unless she was desperate to go in. I was happy with the range of games and my little niece found a lot that she could play. There were games that were appropriate for all ages, including very young children. I really liked the wind tunnel with the classic Chuck E. Cheese balls. There was an instance where the mouse came out for a little dance with a birthday party and it was kind of weird that the mouse didn't make the rounds and interact with the children outside of the birthday party. Overall, my impression wasn't fantastic. There was even an armed guard walking around inside, which made me realize that it might not be such a safe place. I probably ended up spending about $100 that day on one child because we bought a three month family pass, some food, and the adventure zone. So, just watch out for it spiraling into a very expensive trip if you are going for the first time. The kids were having fun and that's the main thing that mattered. I think that having more safeguards in the adventure zone, removing hidden charges, and trying to make the experience amazing for all the kids should probably be the business focus. Seemed like it was a lot of money grab, but my niece walked out smiling so I'm fine with the day we had there.

However, having been to other escape rooms, this one has better "games" or adventures to figure out. There were 10 of us so, the more the merrier and everyone was somewhat responsible for getting the rooms solved. Plenty enough riddles and problem solving to keep us busy for about 40 minutes per room. The staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy engaging with the patrons. This can be a little tricky, which was good. It should keep you on your toes. A good team building experience for friends and families.
