    Condition

Safety issues concerning wood exposure where covering is ripped. Trip fall hazards by carpeting. Foam blocks in terrible condition.

81 degrees inside? Even the spectators were sweating bullets.

Had a planned kids bday party to attend to... I noticed the porta-Johns outside, ugh. It was 95degrees outside so I was looking forward to the AC inside. Tstat was reading 81 to 82 degrees. Everyone was sweating bullets. My child was dying so the only relief was to put her in the hurricane simulator. Alot of better places out there.

This place is fun and great staff but very very dirty and does not follow covid protocol. Not one child has a mask on. It's not clean

    One light for entire side

First off 3/4 of the lighting is out. 2nd none of the hand sanitizers work.. not enough staff here at all ! Had one employee behind desk, and one to two employees for the entire place walking around. Place has really been run down the past year.. and with barely any customers? The owner should be there themselves if staffing is a issue!safety nets are ripped all over the place as well

All these boys with no masks

Toddler time from 9-10 on Saturday morning is great, this is perfect for the little ones and not having to worry about being trampled by teens and bigger kids. I wish they offered it more on the weekends, or for a period during the day. It's also a great price at only $12 as opposed to $24 for an hour which is way too expensive if you are paying for a toddler to bounce. So, that being said, it is pricey, but they do have sales on 30 day passes, etc. We hosted my 2 year old's birthday here and the staff were wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed, everyone got checked in, got their socks and food, cake, everything was perfect. I am so sorry to say I forget our host's name, but she was wonderful. The staff is always great, especially at toddler time. Last visit, one staff member kept bringing my one daughter balls and pool noodles to play with as my oldest kept stealing them (aren't siblings great?). He was so wonderful with her, I wish I got his name as well. We enjoy it here, at busy times it's, well busy so come in knowing that. But if you have young kids, hit up Saturday morning, or do a birthday here, it's cost effective and kids love it! Pro-tip, keep your socks and save $3 per visit.

The weekends are terrible, they really should have some kind of crowd control. The staff here is really wonderful, I honestly feel for them during busy times. I suggest having a party first thing in the morning, it is much less busy and the kids enjoy it more. We have always had a positive experience with parties both hosting them and coming for others parties.

The same with trampoline, a fun approach to teach discipline, strength and confidence. My kids love being here and always leave confident and feeling loved. Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

But that'd be lying =P Because in reality I took my grown up self and a friend along for kicks to an indoor trampoline park filled with hyperactive toddlers and children, while their parents mostly stood around and chaperoned. AND I HAD A BLAST Top 40 pop songs reverberated over the speakers as I jumped my not-so-child-like heart out. Youthful joy was rekindled. In those moments suspended in the air for half a second, my five year old self made an appearance. Afterwards someone might've tried to jump on the asphalt ground outside because they were in a bouncy kind of mood and have been slightly disappointed at not achieving the same air. Ok and I maaay have not read the address when I bought the admission ticket, bc Howard Beach is kinda a far trek though I made sure to arrive right when they opened to avoid what I expected to be a small army of elementary age kiddos by early afternoon. There were maybe 15-20 kids when I arrived and when the magical clock struck 11:30am about 40 more arrived with families in tow. At that point it was a leeettle awkward to be face to face watching the parents watch their kids, though gotta admit seeing kids having fun brought a smile to my face. Ok I'm about to ding a couple things bc I'm rating this from an adult perspective and include things that I'd love selfishly to have at a place like this 1) more supportive landing pads in the areas for the ninja warrior and rock climbing section...my old body doesn't balance as well so if you happen to land closer to the edge of the air pad, your body weight kinda makes you roll off the edge (like into a wall/pole), 2) could I ask for a section for "kids" X foot Y inches and above height requirement, since there's a 3 and younger age section, haha I know that's probably a stretch, 3) paper towels in the bathroom. Other info: you need to sign a waiver to participate. You must wear their special grip socks $3/pair. No personal belongings allowed on the trampoline area, lockers are $5 each to rent. There are weekend evening "older kid" nights where they dim the lights and have glow sticks. A couple rooms on the mezzanine floor that can be reserved for groups or parties. There's a concessions stand that sells food and drinks, and several arcade games you can pay to play. Bathrooms are available.

You would need to see how Urban Air is like on a weekend, and you'll know what crowded means. I also noticed that although there were a diverse mix of customers, the kids and parents all seemed very respectful. Trying various types of these indoor amusements in many locations throughout the country - you'll get to see a bit of rough plays, misunderstandings, and whatnot. Cherry Hill/Maple Shade seems like a very affable area/town/neighborhood, and parents/children were all courteous. (If you look up the viral video with the parenta fighting at a Kindergarten graduation in Toledo, OH, you'll know exactly...) This is a very organized, large space, filled with a lot of fun, no doubt. Most of the staffers were all part-time, on the young side, so it's not bad. The initial line to buy tickets was pretty long, but they ask everyone to do the waiver in advance via your phone. They also use color coded wristbands to determine the time limit. Once the 2 hours of play has passed, your color will no longer be accepted at the activities. Great concept and also an honor system that people/kids are to take it upon themselves to depart the premises if your color is called out. They also try to sell the membership, which works if you know you want to come often. I am not from the area so it wasn't an easy sell for us. Also, it is recommended to eat before heading here. You'll see why. Have fun! Thanks for checking out this review!

It was a small party so the kids had plenty of space to run around.
