brought my daughter here today to scope it out for her 3rd bday - she of course loved it. i know these facilities don't have the best track record for cleanliness & unfortunately this location was no different. i will likely be back for just having a fun day with my daughter but am reluctant to book for her birthday as the bathrooms smelt bad & we're definitely not maintained. the localized party space also just screamed dirty. i know there is a high traffic rate at these types of places and they're known for germs due to the foam pits and such but i would hope the food area would hold up it's end of the deal. read more

I needed to write a review after today. We came for a birthday party today. We've been to urban air and skyzone, so figured it would be the same type of place. General chaos but at least clean. Nope. I agree with the other comment about shutting the place down. Everything in disrepair. Bugs everywhere! We came in, went to the bathroom after checking in before going to the room. You know to have my kids wash their hands and go to the bathroom before their 2 hour party. I saw a bug, I thought to myself , that's a weird looking bug. Seen pictures of them before. Can't place it. Let me send this to my husband, who's at work. He'll get back to me. I walk around and look at the corners. The floor is filthy. Is that blood???? Dust, dirt and food caked in to the tile. Every s I turn , it's worse. Definitely has not been clean in months. There is NO way. The cubbies had a layer of dust. My kids were told to NOT go in the foam pits and only jump on the trampolines without the foam. We came home and I threw their clothes in the dryer on high for 30 minutes. Never again. sadly not worth one star. This facility is extremely dirty, some items like padding, foam and netting could be replaced due to over use and falling apart. The most concerning part is that you have three staff members the front counter and nobody out on the floor to keep an eye on following the rules. Signs are posted no flipping yet kids are flipping and doing all kinds of gymnastics and cheer routines on the trampolines. Adults are wearing shoes and running around trampolines kids are wearing crocs running around on trampolines. Just not a safe environment. The dodge ball area is hidden and above a party section, too many kids in there at once and physical arguments broke out. The bathrooms are small and very dirty. I've been there with young children twice. Once was during toddler hour when there were very few children and it was easy to keep watch of the littles. The opposite occurred when the place was swamped with campers. Way too many to be feel safe. Some areas looked worn with loose tarp over a sparse layer of loose foam cubes. Very loud. Germ city. First time here with my autistic son, who ended up being better behaved than most of the other kids there. We went on a Thursday around 3 pm, and it wasn't crowded, by any means, but kids did congregate in certain areas, to be expected. However, there were parents there who let their kids run amok without even looking up from their phones/iPads, etc., to make sure their kids were following the rules. Now, when you look online, it tells you to watch the video for the rules, & you actually have to sign a waiver that if you get injured or even if you die, you can't sue the facility (understandable). If only, when you get there & check in, that they verbally stated to EVERYONE a reminder of the rules, and that if people are caught breaking the rules, they'll be asked to leave & won't get a refund. Good luck with this, as only teenagers are manning the desk. A few moms with babies and toddlers were letting these little ones onto trampolines that were high traffic areas (there's actually a special small children area), & I even had to grab one out of the way of the swing foam pit, as she almost got knocked out. You're also not allowed any food or drink in the play areas, however, one mom let her little girl wander around with a drippy donut the whole time. Ugh. So, luckily I'm in shape enough to bounce around with my kid & followed him everywhere he went, to encourage him to wait his turn and follow the rules. Mostly, we just bounced & played around in other areas. Thankfully it wasn't crowded this day. There are inside bathrooms, but no lockers, so don't bring any valuables. You can bring your own water bottles. There were a few vending machines for snacks, & a few arcade-like games on the outside edges of the building, that need $ to use. Most trampolines had dirt & debris on them, & the jump pits had these sponge squares that most looked old (had pieces torn out of them, etc.). Let's just say, thank god for hand sanitizer. So, long story short, if you don't care about any of that, it's a fairly cheap way to have a little fun & get some exercise. Not sure if we'll return. read more

Place used to be so fun a couple of years ago, but not anymore. This "Toddler time" thing two days of the week is bs and the lady at the register wouldn't let us jump until 12 on the dot. Had to wait ten minutes just to jump and lost my patience. My dad wouldn't let me hang on the rim bc of the sign it said even though the employees don't give two craps anymore (used to be a bunch of "lifeguards" or "refs" around the park to ensure things are safe, not anymore). Highly recommend Urban Air or SkyZone instead. Either go with the right group of people at the right time, or don't go here period. I won't come here for a long time. read more

This was my 3rd time taking my daughter to Get Air. She loves it! This time I noticed there was an armed guard walking around. At first I was a little taken back so I asked him if there were problems I should be worried about and he explained with all the stuff going on in the world lately the staff at Get Air care enough to hire armed guards to keep the kids safe. He was very friendly and professional looking. Boy, I guess I should have read all of the recent reviews before I booked my son's party. Instead I went on prior experiences from years ago when we attended other parties! I won't make that mistake again. I'm sad to write such a negative review, but after last night I was thoroughly disgusted. Glow in the dark is dangerous in this setting and should be banned. You can't see the kids. Then there were kids bullying others. Kids got punched, pushed, verbally abused. There were only two security guards: one at the entrance area and one near the dodge ball. No other employee refs around the trampoline mats or ball pits! Just a couple of  young kids working the front desk & parties. i feel bad for these workers - certainly not enough help! For the price of the parties and any additionals (photo booth, Dippin dots, etc) management should be ashamed of themselves. The bathrooms were worse than a gas station: smelled like urine & the ladies room only had 1 stall open and there were flies. Not to mention the men's room having urine on the floor and kids are walking in there with those socks on to then go back out on the mats & in the foam blocks!! So unsanitary!! We will never host a party at this location again! read more

Kids, and adults alike, had a great time. Online ordering was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The only two issues I had were that the bathrooms were disgusting. It smelled really bad and I can't imagine that it had been cleaned recently. I saw a post from a year ago with the same complaint. It's pretty terrible that that issue has not been taken care of, especially with COVID. The Aw cons issue was that many people were not wearing masks. I know running around you may get hot and out of breath, but there were many people sitting or standing around watching their kids and no masks. It gets pretty crowded in the aft noon on a weekend. Fun if you are a child or young adult. I am a grandparent and it is really uncomfortable seating. There are metal bleachers in the jumping area . In no time at all your backside gets sore and back hurts. They make a ton of money, they can afford some comfortable seats for adults who are watching. read more

A thousand times better than SkyZone. Just had our second visit here. Both times my son and his friends had an excellent experience. Clean, well laid out, easy to keep an eye on your kid, and some climbing features as well besides jumping. Staff that actually pays attention to the jumpers. My tip to going, always do that safety waiver online before going in. There are computer stations there to do it but it's way easier and faster if you do it before you go in. Heck, you can fill it out on your smartphone in the parking lot. You can also prepay and sign up for a jump time too. Keep the socks to use again if you plan on going back. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero stars. I visited the Freehold, NJ location today for the first time to experience your advertised "toddler time" from 10a--12p. To my dismay, there was a camp group (with kids ages approx 12 years old) and a birthday party going on at the same time. There was no restricted area for toddlers only or older kids only. It was pure chaos. My kids were limited to a small corner near the foam blocks because of my worry that they would be trampled by an older kid. Just as I thought, my son got knocked in the head by an older girl during backflips down the trampoline. Where were your "lifesavers" to control the chaos?? I complained to the front desk and was told there is a promotion today that should've been advertised on the website, letting everyone in regardless of age. It's not advertised and if it is, it sure as hell is not clear. Perhaps I should've been told before they took my money? I also asked why there wasn't a specific area for the toddlers so they can be safe from the bigger kids. I was told "we don't do that." Funny because it is advertised on your website that you do. I will NEVER visit any of these facilities again. It is a horrendous place that is chaotic and run by 20-somethings that don't give a crap about their job or the safety of your customers. Had one our children's parties there. The kids had a good time which is really what it's all about. The party hostess was good. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell horrible. Black mold was around both faucets in the men's room and the floor was dirty...kids go to the restroom without shoes on then jump back into the trampoline area . Worst birthday planning experience. When you call you get the main office not the actual location. Day of party they didn't have my food order, ok easy to fix. BUT the bathrooms weren't working. They knew for 2 weeks and didn't call to let me know. They had bathrooms set up outside but we were having a snow/ice storm. Also party of all girls not having them go out to parking lot by self. After party manager apologized and said will do something for us. Its been months since party and I have given up. There is no way to call location and call center just takes my info. This place was a lot of fun! I attended a kid's birthday party and I got to enjoy this party so much. They give you special socks to grip the trampolines better. Plenty of staff to watch children and keep people safe. My favorite part was the obstacles. One included a balance to a mountain climbing wall and then to swing across 3-4 netted bags. What a test of strength, balance, and endurance. The place did not smell like sweaty feet, but the foam pits did. I'd imagine that's nearly impossible to control at a low cost. This was my first time at a "Get Air," but I had previously attended a party at Skyzone so I knew what to expect. It was a weekday afternoon a bit after they opened so there was no one there. The staff was very friendly and after explaining the rules and checking our waivers, they did not really interact with us much. We also brought our own Get Air socks so we did not have to purchase them there. It seems like an awesome place to go as a kid and even have a birthday party. There are sections with different obstacle courses, basketball hoops, and foam pits to pick what you would like to do. There was also a dodgeball area in the back that was pretty fun. I assume there isn't so much free range with parties or on the weekends, but since there was no one there we could jump anywhere we pleased! The prices are very reasonable for an hour of jumping, which was only $17 per person. It was a great workout and I would opt for jumping on trampolines than going to the gym any day! We've been here a couple of times before (using Groupons) for open jumps. I think because we went midweek, right after school, we had a great time. The place was empty and clean. When it was time for my 8 year old son's birthday he wanted to have it here. I scheduled everything online, which was very convenient. Two days before the party I realized nobody had called or emailed to confirm anything at all and I started to panic. I called and was told that someone would have called me the next day anyway. I didn't get a call but I got what looked like a generic email about policies that they probably just automatically send. I was asked to bring a list of the jumpers, which I did. When I got there they asked me to write every single name down again on paper (inconvenient but not a huge deal). After the initial check in I had barely any contact with any staff member. When it finally came time for food and cake my party host found me and let me know pizza was late. After this the rest of the night was a disaster. Pizza was in the party room and guests were serving themselves. Nobody ever announced to come to the room to eat. My party host was never in the room to serve or clean up. Thank god other parents helped me out. Cake time came and the host appears back in the room to make sure I have my own serving utensils and lighter....what!?!?!?! Since there was so little communication before the party I thought maybe I misunderstood the serving situation. I was told my host should have been in the room but not sure why he wasn't there. I was extremely embarrassed parents ending up serving food. I was also embarrassed by the condition of the front area with garbage everywhere. For the amount of money we spent I am ridiculously disappointed. Another big issue here is enforcing rules on the trampolines. There are plenty of people around to watch the big jumpers area but nobody to prevent any of the big jumpers from entering the little jumpers area. A few guests at our party were under the 46" height for the big jump area and had to use the little jump area. As soon as they set foot on the big area they were yelled at. One little girl was brought to tears. Not one person stopped crowds of big kids from jumping in the little area and it scared the smaller kids. On a side note, I'm not sure if this place is a franchise or what? With the potential for injury at this place I can't see why any owner or manager would ever let a teenager run this place on a Friday night alone. I had a great time at Get Air in Freehold. This was my first time at one of these trampoline parks and I loved it. I am 21 years old and had as much fun as a 12 year old would. Since we went on a weekday/school day the place was empty, I'm not complaining (the place was ours). An hour of jumping was plenty, it was very tiring. Don't go to the gym before get air, you won't need it. The staff was very nice and they said it gets flipping crazy on the weekends.
