My cousin and I called this place for a birthday party and we got on the phone with a super nice young lady called cady or Katie I do not know how you say it, but she was very nice and very sweet to her kids. I have two kids 7 and 5 so I bought a pass. The place never has the dodgeball for little kids open and the zip line is never open which limits you to the big bounce area, the trapeze and swing area, basketball court, and jousting area. Truly wish they had every area open as the kids get through the open areas in about a 1/2 hr when will these be open? It's kind of a rip off when you take away some of the attractions that the kids want to do. read more

Disappointing. If I had to choose one word to describe Sky Zone, it would be disappointing. Or maybe overcrowded. That would work too. From the outside (and website) Sky Zone looks a lot bigger than it really is. Once inside, it's a crowded space with a few bounce areas. They have about 3 Dodge Ball courts, each is limited to a certain age group at a time, and are not very well managed. We arrived at 2pm and my son immediately headed to the dodge ball area. He waited in line for a good 15 minutes, was let in with a group of other teenagers, and then immediately told to get out and go over to an adjacent dodge ball court to play there. When the group got to the other dodge ball court, they were told to go back to the original court because this one was for younger kids. They were finally let into the original court to play, but by this time, 1/2 hour of our allotted time had been used up, and my son hadn't set foot a trampoline yet. Other areas consist of a foam pit, where you jump from a trampoline into a pit filled with foam blocks; a general bounce area that consisted of 3 areas that were sectioned off for (I assume) different age groups, but no one was really directing the kids to any certain area, so there was plenty of chance for confusion. Then there was the trampoline basketball dunk, which is exactly as it sounds. The Sky Zone website advises to make reservations and buy tickets on line to make sure that you get a spot, because "spaces fill up fast". I have a hard time believing that there are any limits set as far as how many people are let in at once, aside from maybe the fire marshal's max occupancy limit. It was incredibly crowded, and as I said before, most of the bounce areas are poorly managed. I will say that prices are fairly reasonable, but the place is so small and crowded, that the kids may get bored easily. Mine did. I purchased the 90 minute bounce pass, and after about an hour, my son asked me if we were allowed to leave early, because he was getting bored. There you have it. I will also say that the place was clean and well maintained. Also, the staff were all nice, and very helpful when asked questions. They have a decent little snack bar area, and some fairly nice waiting/observation areas for parents/non-bouncers. Lockers are available for $1.00. Overall, though, I'd say that this place is more hype than anything, and we probably wont be back. read more

I understand that times are tough as we navigate through covid but there still has to be safety. I visited the park today with my twin 4 year olds. First off it cost a small fortune! They told me the girls can play anywhere they wanted. Nothing was sectioned by age. They had big kids in the same areas as little kids. There were big 12-14 year olds jumping on top of little 4-5 year olds. There was no supervision. No staff watching at all. Kids were climbing over walls, hanging from the rims of the basketball nets. There was no hand sanitizer. I only saw one bottle and it was empty! I felt unsafe with my kids playing there. It was also filthy. Very disappointed and not planning to return read more

If you are over the age of 18, jumping around on trampolines can get pretty tiring after 15 minutes! Do NOT buy the hour long time slot when you come here if you are over the age of 18 and not a super athlete! Other than that it's super fun to go to especially with a large group of friends! We usually love going here. They are now charging the people that dont jump. It os expensive enough for the kids to jump buth they love it. I was so disappointed to find out that the adults not jumping have to pay a fee. I hope they do away with this soon!!!! read more

What a disaster! My 3 year old niece fractured her tibula and fibula. The staff was horrible. They were more concerned about covering their own a** over the safety of their guests. In the same visit, we saw a young girl fall through a defective trampoline onto a cement floor. Complete and utter chaos with no regard for setting boundaries for the age and number of kids in the different areas. When we signed the waiver we didn't realize that would give the staff the license to be negligent. read more

We had a party with 25 kids and it was awesome! We were floored by how amazing Leanne was! Booking was so easy with her - she is incredibly professional, efficient yet personable! Our 11 year old birthday boy even wrote her a thank you card! Seriously - I wish I could clone her - she's incredible! The Lakewood location was clean and organized and the kids as well as the parents thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The team members - Gianna in particular - were friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their job. They were fun & relatable yet had great leadership skills when it came to keeping the kids safe and stations organized. The food was delicious too! It's only been a week but our friends are still letting us know what a great time they had at SkyZone - Thank you Leanne for being so good at what you do ~ you have 25 new loyal fans who will be back to play dodgeball often because of your awesomeness! read more

I would not recommend Sky Zone in Lakewood!!! On 8/4/17 my friend had a birthday party for her 9 yr old daughter here. A worker watch a kid hit the birthday girl brother get hit in his eye out of spite by the workers friend so I reported this to management and nothing was done to the worker or the kid till I had to threaten to put it out there that it was not safe for children to come here. I just found out that this isn't the first time that this has happened with that worker from the acting manager. Question... Why is he still working there? read more

Do not go here! I was there last week with my family. It was my sister idea to bring my son here. First off, VERY over priced for a 3 yr old. No toddler discounts which is absurd, second we got yelled at by the manager several times telling us that we could not jump with my son. Not even in the trampoline square next to him, which in the rules posted outside the court says tht is ok. Even after witnessing other parents jumping with their child in the same trampoline square holding hands, we continued to get bashed and yelled at like we were being sterotyped. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Had a really fun time with my three boys. The pricing is a little bit high for just a couple of hours. But the kids had fun, the atmosphere was fun, service was pretty good. The process for registering your kids from a safety standpoint and a security standpoint on the computers was a little tedious. Had multiple problems with trying to get it done, Three times to be exact. But, the bottom line is that the kids had a pretty good time. There's a good chance I'll go again. read more

Staffed by clueless teenagers. I went to the front desk, asked about the birthday party my daughter was scheduled to go to. They had no idea. The second girl stared blankly into space as the other provided zero help. Told to wait for the others in the party. After 20 minutes of sitting there with my daughter twiddling my thumbs I noticed a poster with the birthday girl's name on it on the second. The other kids were all there already and the nitwit staff had no idea. Then when my daughter went to play another staff member told us she needed socks provided at the front desk. I took my grandson there for toddler time for my first visit. He had such an amazing time jumping on the different trampolines moving to different areas jumping into the foam balls and then into the back where they had the balls, blocks and noodles for the kids to play with. On Wednesday, December 26, 2018, my friends and I went to the SkyZone Lakewood location. My one friend had a free pass, however, the stubborn employee would not let him use it. The entire establishment was virtually empty, but the employees would not honor simple requests, like opening up another court for dodgeball. This would have allowed for separation of ages, making games safer and more competitive. The employees were also confrontational and lazy, frequently cursing and not properly monitoring games. Finally, at closing time, an employee named Danielle running the dodgeball yelled, "Get the fuck out of here." read more

Sky Zone is filled with an energetic mood and safe environment. The staff are friendly and personable. This is a fun place to bring your children. I interacted with one of the court monitors named Chris S. He was very friendly and outgoing. Overall, I recommend sky zone. read more

It's alright, it's nice to have something different around town that the kids can do but they limit so much the kids can do. No running on the trampolines, parents can't jump with their kids (let the parents use their judgement), they close down sections of the trampolines (I.e. Dodgeball courts, if theirs no one to staff them, at least just open them up for free jumping). It's better than nothing but have been to other trampoline chains that give more freedom and hence more fun. Restrictions are the reason for the rating. read more

Well we had a few kids with us the other night that each brought the 25 dollars needed for the 2 hour deal. We found out when we arrived that we had to buy one of their white tee shirts for 7 dollars in order to enter. We were wearing white tee shirts but they said you have to buy theirs ours were no good. Huh? Well that sucked since the cost was now 32 dollars. Then we decided to take the 90 minute plan instead as the 2 hour deal was already down to 90 minutes left. This would have left the kids with enough money to enter. Again they said no you have to pay for 2 hours even though the menu said 90 minutes or one hour and there was only 90 minutes left in their session. These people just don't get customer service. We were not the only ones complaining. Rude folks at the register, they want their money no matter what. Really took the edge off the night. We decided to leave. The whole experience with them making us buy a white shirt to get in despite the fact we already had a white shirt on, making people pay for 2 hours despite having 90 minutes left in the session, (they had a 90 minute price on their menu) and the general feeling like they don't care will have us never to return. Take your kids to the boardwalk. Better pizza and they dont charge 5 dollars for a drink like skyzone does. read more

The rules at this place are absolutely ludicrous. You're not allowed to jump as a family but need to pay in order to watch your young child or jump on the complete opposite side and leave your young child alone. I would never go here as a family. Ever. read more

My sister just had my nephews birthday here and it was a nightmare. I'll start by saying all the negative aside, the kids had a blast. However, the staff is completely unorganized and just a little rude. When guests arrived they were instructed to put gifts in a large bucket. The staff was then supposed to bring the gifts to the party room. They never did and then the gifts went missing. We had to spend over an hour after the party helping the staff search for our gifts, call prior party parents to see if they took them and finally review tapes. We eventually found them...in someone's car because they had given his party our gifts. On top of that, as our party was nearing its end the staff repeatedly and somewhat rudely rushed our guests out of the party room. Everything from a logistics standpoint was an unorganized mess. Considering the hundreds of dollars they charge to have parties, you would think the staff would be more friendly and on their A game and that large piles of presents wouldn't just go missing! read more
