Fun place. Staff was really helpful with my kids, especially the supervisor. Would definitely come again.

For crying out loud get someone on the second register and get someone to fill the orders. Number two...someone spilled something on the floor in the main aisle and someone mops it up and places a yellow placard down. But the floor is really wet and slippery and that floor just ain't drying. I mentioned it to one of the kids ( you never see an adult ) that some kid is gonna run down the aisle ( like they frequently do ) and go Ass over Head and someone should towel dry the floor which would take 30 seconds. Nobody did. Once again...cool place but terribly managed.

The foam pit looked so bad: every foam block had bite marks taken out of it! And my son spends a lot of time in the climbing tubes.. well it must need to be sanitized because he's special needs and hasn't been anywhere except urban air in the last week- he contracted ringworm in the facility. It takes 4-14 days to show up. We just left the doctor with a ringworm diagnosis. Whether he got it from another child who was there or from a contaminated area in the facility.. in the end of the day that place needs to be sanitized. DAILY in the mornings before they open. And if they do it then it's not being done thoroughly or enough. So just remember the risk of ringworm if you ever decide to come here- I'm not sure that we will be back. I'll be telling everyone around town as well because the girl on the phone didn't really care when I called to tell them. And she basically hung up on me.

Toddler time from 9-10 on Saturday morning is great, this is perfect for the little ones and not having to worry about being trampled by teens and bigger kids. I wish they offered it more on the weekends, or for a period during the day. It's also a great price at only $12 as opposed to $24 for an hour which is way too expensive if you are paying for a toddler to bounce. So, that being said, it is pricey, but they do have sales on 30 day passes, etc. We hosted my 2 year old's birthday here and the staff were wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed, everyone got checked in, got their socks and food, cake, everything was perfect. I am so sorry to say I forget our host's name, but she was wonderful. The staff is always great, especially at toddler time. Last visit, one staff member kept bringing my one daughter balls and pool noodles to play with as my oldest kept stealing them (aren't siblings great?). He was so wonderful with her, I wish I got his name as well. We enjoy it here, at busy times it's, well busy so come in knowing that. But if you have young kids, hit up Saturday morning, or do a birthday here, it's cost effective and kids love it! Pro-tip, keep your socks and save $3 per visit.

From the moment we walked in, the energy was infectious. My 2-year-old daughter and nephew had the time of their lives bouncing around the various trampolines, and it was a joy to see their faces light up with every jump. The toddler area was perfect for them, with just the right amount of challenge and fun. But it wasn't just the little ones who had a great time this place is truly fun for all ages. Whether you're diving into the foam pit, testing your skills on the ninja course, or simply jumping around with the family, there's something for everyone. The whole family ended up getting in on the action, and we all left with big smiles and tired legs. The staff were friendly and attentive, keeping everything safe and clean, which we really appreciated. And let's not forget the arcade games and the snack bar, which were great ways to wind down after all that jumping. Food wise the babies got pizza and fries and enjoyed along with drinks Launch Trampoline Park was a cool spot it's an experience all families should enjoy!

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The small party had the play room all to ourselves and the kids had a blast running back and forth between all the different spots. Their favorite places were the grocery store area, the huge space bounce pad, and the swing on the tree house. It was nice to have the space to ourselves. It was a small party so the kids had plenty of space to run around. It is a bit tinier than other play places we have been to and I think an hour and a half was plenty of time for the kids to feel like they've explored enough. My daughter loved playing with the extremely friendly teenage staff members on the floor. The staff helped keep things neat and in order as well. After the hour and a half of play time, we went to a back room to have pizza, juice, and cupcakes / cake. The back room was a bit tiny as well, but luckily we did not have a ton of people. The staff were also very helpful with handing out the pizza and cake. Everything ran very smoothly and it seems like they have the whole thing down, as another private party was showing up for their play time and party after ours. They are easily accessible from the parkway in a warehouse type lot area.
