    Oh phone not watching kids
    Nikole F.

Most of the spots were closed, and the staff can careless about this place and the safety or upkeep. Pretty sad in the jumping area that the staff was not watching at all and on her phone the entire time, or better yet taking a little nap. Def need to get it together at this place, especially for $35 a kid for 60 mins.

After a bad experience in June, we decided to give a second chance before writing a review. I left at least ten messages for the manager but never received a return call. I came today to try again. I will include the photos which speak volumes.

I'll give you the parents and kids perspective on this place. From my kids... They didn't enjoy waiting on lines to get to jump. They were randomly kicked off after spending less time than other groups in certain jump areas. A huge area of the place was closed on a very crowded Saturday afternoon. From my perspective... This place was a zoo. There were so many people in there. We've been to another trampoline place and had socks from there but they wouldn't let the kids use the so I had to buy their socks at $3 a pair. I did like that we could get a drink and snack inside and it was pretty reasonable. Also nice was the lockers, even though they charged you to use them (25 or 50 cents), it was nice to lock up the shoes and jackets. It could be that we went on a Saturday afternoon that it was so hectic but overall the set-up here is really tough to keep an eye on your kids. I won't be back.

The same overpriced sky zone template but this one has disgusting overflowing toilets and third world country cleaning protocols.

Tickets were little bit expensive, $29.99 for kids over 40 inch, $13.99 for under. Anti slip socks are must. They had supervising staff in each zone. A bunch of associates were also helping with organizing birthday parties. Most of the areas were clean, arcade games were functional and restrooms were well maintained. The weekends are terrible, they really should have some kind of crowd control. The staff here is really wonderful, I honestly feel for them during busy times. I suggest having a party first thing in the morning, it is much less busy and the kids enjoy it more. We have always had a positive experience with parties both hosting them and coming for others parties.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

But that'd be lying =P Because in reality I took my grown up self and a friend along for kicks to an indoor trampoline park filled with hyperactive toddlers and children, while their parents mostly stood around and chaperoned. AND I HAD A BLAST Top 40 pop songs reverberated over the speakers as I jumped my not-so-child-like heart out. Youthful joy was rekindled. In those moments suspended in the air for half a second, my five year old self made an appearance. Afterwards someone might've tried to jump on the asphalt ground outside because they were in a bouncy kind of mood and have been slightly disappointed at not achieving the same air. Ok and I maaay have not read the address when I bought the admission ticket, bc Howard Beach is kinda a far trek though I made sure to arrive right when they opened to avoid what I expected to be a small army of elementary age kiddos by early afternoon. There were maybe 15-20 kids when I arrived and when the magical clock struck 11:30am about 40 more arrived with families in tow. At that point it was a leeettle awkward to be face to face watching the parents watch their kids, though gotta admit seeing kids having fun brought a smile to my face. Ok I'm about to ding a couple things bc I'm rating this from an adult perspective and include things that I'd love selfishly to have at a place like this 1) more supportive landing pads in the areas for the ninja warrior and rock climbing section...my old body doesn't balance as well so if you happen to land closer to the edge of the air pad, your body weight kinda makes you roll off the edge (like into a wall/pole), 2) could I ask for a section for "kids" X foot Y inches and above height requirement, since there's a 3 and younger age section, haha I know that's probably a stretch, 3) paper towels in the bathroom. Other info: you need to sign a waiver to participate. You must wear their special grip socks $3/pair. No personal belongings allowed on the trampoline area, lockers are $5 each to rent. There are weekend evening "older kid" nights where they dim the lights and have glow sticks. A couple rooms on the mezzanine floor that can be reserved for groups or parties. There's a concessions stand that sells food and drinks, and several arcade games you can pay to play. Bathrooms are available.
