Most of the spots were closed, and the staff can careless about this place and the safety or upkeep. Pretty sad in the jumping area that the staff was not watching at all and on her phone the entire time, or better yet taking a little nap. We decided to give this place another try after our last horrible experience and boy was that a big mistake. This place is absolutely disgusting. You can just tell that management does not care what so ever about it. From the floors to the bathrooms and all in between everything is disgusting. They say they clean every day but you can just tell by the piles and piles of dirt, dust, broken nails, leftover litter all over the place that's untrue. Employees are so lazy and unprofessional. They sit on the counters on their phones and don't assist customers or even clean while it's slow. Hopefully the health department will be stopping by and closing this place down. We've never had a bad experience here. Now keep in mind we come here with a 2 year old and 1 year old, so we don't do any of the big stuff, mostly toddler time and our daughter's birthday. Toddler time from 9-10 on Saturday morning is great, this is perfect for the little ones and not having to worry about being trampled by teens and bigger kids. I wish they offered it more on the weekends, or for a period during the day. It's also a great price at only $12 as opposed to $24 for an hour which is way too expensive if you are paying for a toddler to bounce. So, that being said, it is pricey, but they do have sales on 30 day passes, etc. We hosted my 2 year old's birthday here and the staff were wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed, everyone got checked in, got their socks and food, cake, everything was perfect. I am so sorry to say I forget our host's name, but she was wonderful. The staff is always great, especially at toddler time. Last visit, one staff member kept bringing my one daughter balls and pool noodles to play with as my oldest kept stealing them (aren't siblings great?). He was so wonderful with her, I wish I got his name as well. We enjoy it here, at busy times it's, well busy so come in knowing that. But if you have young kids, hit up Saturday morning, or do a birthday here, it's cost effective and kids love it! Pro-tip, keep your socks and save $3 per visit. read more

I'll give you the parents and kids perspective on this place. From my kids... They didn't enjoy waiting on lines to get to jump. They were randomly kicked off after spending less time than other groups in certain jump areas. A huge area of the place was closed on a very crowded Saturday afternoon. From my perspective... This place was a zoo. There were so many people in there. We've been to another trampoline place and had socks from there but they wouldn't let the kids use the so I had to buy their socks at $3 a pair. I did like that we could get a drink and snack inside and it was pretty reasonable. Also nice was the lockers, even though they charged you to use them (25 or 50 cents), it was nice to lock up the shoes and jackets. It could be that we went on a Saturday afternoon that it was so hectic but overall the set-up here is really tough to keep an eye on your kids. I won't be back. read more

I had a party here for my sons 4 year old birthday. We got there early as they were opening. Let me tell you something....it was absolutely filthy. There was dirt, food, crumbs, gummy bears, m n m's and wrappers and papers all over the entire place. Even in the party room where we had our guests. And i'm not just talking about a little crumbs here and there, I'm saying the entire place was filthy with crap everywhere. We asked for someone to vacuum and they said they didn't have one. I was observing the kids jumping on the trampolines and i can see little crumbs bouncing around. They didn't even sweep up with a broom. They left it like that for the whole day. Completely and totally unsanitary. They make you take off your shoes to when you're there so your walking all over this stuff. Not to mention we are still dealing with COVID19, the should be cleaning periodically throughout the day. It was embarrassing. The pizza they serve has to also be the most disgusting thing i have ever seen in my life. Thank g-d for the cake we brought because it was the only edible thing. I can only imagine what lurks in the foam pits where they have children climbing around in. We still had fun and made the best of it. The trampolines are actually lots of fun. Compared to other locations, I'm actually enjoying this place as I relax on an orange bench while my toddler bounces in and out of view. It's Saturday, it's post nap time, and it's not too crowded. There are no weight limits!!! As a 300lb rugby player I was a little worried I was going to be told I could not participate with my group of friends when we went. But after signing the waiver and asking I was assured I was good to go! So throwing it down like Shaq on the ball hoop, and flying through the air like the macho man commenced! It was so freaking fun and quite the exercise! -1 star because omg so many kids when we went (6pm Sat.), and holy crap do they cheat at dodgeball. I was definitely aiming for faces against some repeat offenders by the end of our session. Ordered (4) pizzas: 2 raw, 2 overcooked. when I said who can i talk to, i was told I would get a survey. The "host" i think tried his best but no guidance whatsoever. 20 kids. My family did all the pouring of drinks, handing out pizzas and desserts and even had to go get napkins from the front because during the 90 minute jump time, no workers had time to set up the room for us i guess. My daughter and 3 of her friends got together at this sky zone yesterday, and they had themselves a total blast! It is much reasonable to get tickets off Groupon! I got 4 tickets off Groupon for $84, which were 120 minutes each! Down side is you get there, and they want parents to pay $7 to jump! Ridiculous. I'm not here to jump, so why am I paying at all? I was the 2nd person in line and waited 20 min before another cashier arrived to assist. He asked me to come to his window then proceeded to help the other cashier, allowed him to take the person behind me and assist with that transaction. As I am asking for his attention to tell him I am next he intentionally ignores me, then when he did address me he walked away saying he'll take you next! I have my 1.5year old grandson visiting. I am African-American and his brazenness was beyond racist and a level of disrespect I have never encountered. I'm surprised by the poor reviews. I live in Middletown and drive all the way to Ocean Sky Zone because it is the cleanest, spacious trampoline park around. Toddler time is 9am on weekends and it's only $12 (parents free) It says $3 for socks but they included that in the price for my son and I. The workers actually are on point and are paying attention- some even engage with the kids. There are multiple jumping areas... I'd say 7! Compared to other places that only have 2 open. I'd like to have a birthday party there but heard they overcharge for bagels, fruit and pizza by a ridiculous amount... we'll see what the deal is when that time comes. read more

I couldn't be more disappointed. I took my daughter and my niece and nephew here and it was a disaster to say the least. No staff anywhere watching children or making sure they're following the rules. I had to save my daughter who is 5 years old from being stepped on multiple times because no one was enforcing the one child to a trampoline rule. We came here on Friday night for the Glow jump. We purchased groupons prior to coming and on the groupon it states that you must make a reservation. It costs $2/person to make a reservation...weird to have to pay an additional fee after you've already purchased entry. I tried to contact a manager multiple times (phone and email) only to be given a run around to try and get my $10 back for the pointless reservation because, as it turns out, you DON'T need a reservation (found out once I spoke to a manager on the phone). Now there is definitely a reason this place is on groupon. As a group of adults, my expectations were limited but this place was worse than I expected. It smelled like an old, uncleaned gym. Gross. The foam pits were nasty and stinky. I get it-it's a busy place but I'm not sure how they facilitate any type of cleaning. The ladies' bathroom was sooooo gross, too. The Glow experience was okay but it's a much smaller place than I anticipated. We only jumped for about an hour. They have jousting (with broken jousting poles), a climbing wall, area to free jump, broken slam dunk hoops, and a dodgeball area. The staff that were supposed to be supervising the jumpers are all young adults who weren't really paying attention to the customers; each one I saw was chatting and not paying attention. They have lockers near the entrance. You have to pay for socks to wear when you jump. There's also a snack bar area but I'd steer clear of those snacks if I were you. Very disappointed. In theory, it seemed like it was going to be super fun but the lack of communication, cleanliness and broken facilities don't make it worth the price, even for a groupon. read more

We just had my daughter's 7th birthday party here. (January 18th, 2015) While the kids had a lot of fun jumping around, I'm not at all pleased with the party. First off, the site says you have a "dedicated party host" when really your party is just let loose for an hour to do whatever they want. No organization whatsoever. It sounds like a great idea in theory but in practice it was chaos. I wish that had been explained better either online or over the phone when I booked the party. Second, there was an issue with one of my guests where the host wrote the wrong jump time on her sticker and they wouldn't let her jump. Because of how unorganized it was, this little girl lost jumping time trying to find me to get her tag fixed. Third, there are staff members standing around supervising the jumping. Well, in the dodgeball area they are terrible at it. Another one of my guests was being bullied by two other children and the staff never even said a word. When I complained I was told "there's so many kids that they probably didn't see it happening." Not good enough. She was crying and it ruined the rest of the party for her. Fourth, the party host went and got my husband but never came and got me so I was standing around with half my guests wondering where to go. No announcement that our party room was ready or anything. Again, disorganized. Fifth, the pizza was ice cold. My daughter had been telling me she was starving and couldn't wait for pizza time. She didn't even take a bite. Other guests complained as well. Sixth, the soda was flat. Seventh, the parking lot is terrible. I stepped in a pothole and scraped up my arm. My shirt and pants were soaking wet. (It's been raining all day) And finally.... when I complained to the owner, the only thing she did was offer us 4 free 30 minute passes, of which she only actually gave us 3! Overall this place seems like it might be fun for a day trip with the kids but for a birthday party, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Kids were out of control and complaints to staff fell on deaf ears. Parents were not addressed. Kids were hitting other guests. My son has autism and jumping provides much needed input for him. This place should be heaven for him but after months of coming here, we're done. They offer a once a month "special needs only" jump, which I appreciate. However, in the 4 times we have gone NOT once has the employee working the check in known how work the resister. Despite me ordering our tickets online and holding a copy of the confirmation email in my hand, this last time the young man first found me and then claimed I had already been there. Then he even said I don't know what I'm doing here. FOUR other employees stood behind him doing NOTHING. A line of people behind me compete with a customer asking "Can't any of you please check us in?" She wasn't even acknowledged. Totally ignored by the staff. Finally a manager Came out and hand wrote out our ticket. I was then approached by another staff that my son could only use one court because he was there for "Sky Zone Cares". Mind you every other time he has been allowed to jump where ever. Then another manager told me he could jump wherever. I have never seen so many employees standing around and do NOTHING. None of them interact with the kids. None of them monitor their safety. No rules that are posted are actually enforced. Sky Zone: I'm gonna explain my experience from root to tip. Booking: Prior to ordering my tickets online, I called ahead to see if I had to purchase a ticket for myself, as I wouldn't be jumping but just accompanying my group. No one ever answered the phone(I called several times). The website didn't make this clear either. I went ahead and brought my ticket (even though I didn't plan to jump). I paid $78 for 1 hour of jumping & 4 pair of socks for a party of 4. A little pricey, but at least you can keep the socks for future use. Arrival: since we ordered our tickets online we were able to enter through the fast track line. It took about 10 minuets ( not bad). The cashier scanned my tickets and didn't make sure we all had waivers. I did an online waiver for me & my son only, the other two members of my party didn't have one, and the cashier didn't even ask. Oh well! Next we received an orange sticker with our jump time (e.g 7pm-8pm etc) written in bold black font. The jumpers were instructed to stick this on their clothing so that the staff on the floor could monitor jump times (not much. More about that later). Next, we stored our items in a locker (50 cents and no time limit) located by the food court. Finally,the kids were able to jump! The place is large & extremely busy! There was one staff member monitoring each jump room.The jump rooms vary. Some of them varied by height (didn't really get that), and/or activity (e.g. Dodge ball, slam dunk, foam zone etc.) There were so many people there! Just prepare yourself for a large crowd. For the amount of people there the staff seemed limited, like there wasn't enough staff to properly monitor the place. We even jumped 30 minutes pass our jump time. None of the staff were really paying attention to the stickers. Not to mention that the jumpers became so sweaty that the stickers were falling off anyway. All the kids stickers fell off & none of the staff batted an eye. If the kids wouldn't have gotten tired, I'm sure we could've jumped much longer. Because none of the staff noticed we were over our paid time. Negatives: only two #1.That activity causes the children to get very hot (bring your own cold water in your purse/bag). There were no water fountains next to the jump rooms. You had to leave the area to go all the way by the restrooms which was conveniently located next to the snack bar. They need water fountains all over that place. I brought 4 Gatorades from the snack stand (abt $8). I waited online at the snack bar for $15 minutes. Ridiculous! They had one kid working behind there and the line was quite long. BTW the food looked awful! Worst then the hot food you would find at 7-11. I took pictures, see for yourself. Just didn't look edible. #2. Very Loud!!! Omg! So many kids & very loud so be prepared. Overall, it was an ok experience. The kids really enjoyed it. I'll definitely take them again. I'll be better prepared for the chaos next time. read more

I purchased a Membership for my two children a few months ago. During this current COVID-19 crisis, I inquired if they would suspend the payments until the crisis was over. I absolutely do not intend on allowing my children to play there during this time of National Emergency and as we understand, it is going to get worse before it gets better. First of all, when you call SKYZONE, you can not get a live voice but instead, you can only communicate with staff via text. I received a text response that there is no intention on suspending payments and that they have lowered their max capacity to 100. "Business as usual". This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I am paying over $60/month for a membership for two children. A National Emergency has been declared that states that we should limit large crowds and spaces where many frequent daily. SKYZONE should be sensitive to this! All kinds of people from all over the world bring their kids to SKYZONE. Just as fast as you clean, there can be a spread of an infection. In my communication, twice I asked what their return policy was. This question was completely ignored. So I had to do my own research and discovered that I am locked in for 6 months! This is also unacceptable, but I am stuck paying for another 2-3 months. With the constant sweat, spit, tears and other bodily fluids constantly flying around, SKYZONE should not even be open during a time like this. SKYZONE's New Motto: WEALTH b4 HEALTH! read more

Brought my 14 year old brother here for his bday. First time here so we didn't know what to expect. Tip: Wear workout clothes and a technical shirt (like a dri fit shirt) that can absorb all of the sweat because you will sweat and it will get pretty hot pretty quickly. They have trampolines which u can jump into a pit of balls, they have the basketball area, dodge ball area and the free jump area. Very fun place! read more

Took my nephews here, they jumped for 90 minutes and had a blast! My personal experience with this was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was great. I'm only sorry I did not get the name of the girl who helped us check in. She was lovely. The other team members were equally wonderful & professional. They were great with the kids and very professional. Dillion was incredible! Such a professional young man and exceptional with the staff & kids. Also, Anthony was awesome both at the basketball area and dodgeball area. Jessica was another member who was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place! The kids had a great time, didn't stop jumping - it wasn't too crowded but had enough kids to play in the dodge ball area, so they were thrilled! read more
