The 2nd star comes from their pricing. It IS slightly less than other trampoline parks in the area. I've left feedback to this business before about their lack of sustenance available for purchase. I came back today because of the price and that last time we were here, I was allowed to bring outside snacks in for my children. I don't know about your kids, but mine usually like a snack when expelling large amounts of energy (such as trampoline jumping). A small selection of chips, granola bars, juice, or even vending machines with non-sugary snacks (that work) would be helpful. I was not allowed to bring snacks in this time unless I paid a $50 surcharge for outside food. I'm sure this is because some jerk didn't clean up after themselves, but because of this we will not be back unless something changes. You're losing business from the responsible many because you were inconvenienced by the few. So, a good dusting, some way to get snacks for kids, and/or a different outside food policy would earn back out business. read more

unbelievable how much this place has gone downhill. Everything is worn and things are not repaired. In the dodgeball pit, there are no dodge balls--only squares from the foam pit to throw at each other. Unexcusable! The main reason my boys wanna come here! How hard is it to get a handful of dodge balls? The squares my phone is it are completely disintegrating. About 50% of them do not have any sort of color cover on them at all. I currently see five people in one foam pit. There is not a single soul on the floor watching the kids. There was only one person behind the counter-- The only staff I saw the whole time I was there -- two hours! we drove two hours to get here to find this place a total wreck. Come on get air!! Been to this trampoline park a number of times. It's my kids favorite because of the different play options. Today we were the only ones here because school was back in session for this county but not yet for ours. Facility is not aging well. only two dodge balls, surfboard is gone, monkey bars are broken. Foam pit in such a shape that my kids brand new socks are now covered with pieces of foam. Lots of electrical tape covering areas that are not wearing well. No more nets on the basketball. But, for the price we paid for the Groupon, the boys had a great time and expended a whole lot of energy. If this place were crowded we would have been miserable. Also the rule of no outside food is disappointing because there is no food to speak of. Only one worker and she was OUTSTANDING!! read more

there was only 2 employees and they don't do their job.no one was at the cashier it took them a hour because they went to go hide

CAUTION, DANGEROUS AND NO SECURITY! Went with another Mom and 6 kids all together. The staff seems unenthusiastic. While at times I caught them playing with kids but majority of the time it was as if they were bored and irritated. Kids were jumping from the trampoline onto the hard floor, kids were hitting each other in the head with balls, Cursing, Children taking things from younger kids and The employees seem to do nothing about it. I even witnessed and employee get onto my son because "He was upsetting his daughter"... He was actually helping her build a fort and other children were knocking it down and when my son told the staff member this and he did nothing. I did have to go over and talk sternly to the employee, and showed him a picture for proof. Biggest issue is there is NO SECURITY FOR CHILDREN! I sat my youngest son down with the other children and mom to put shoes on and went to get another child off the floor to go home. In a matter of seconds my small child was GONE! The employees watched as we yelled his name and even went outside to look for him and did nothing till I went to one of them to ask for the video! They didn't lock the doors or seem to have any protocol for helping find a lost child. This could have ended HORRIBLE. We did find him under a party table hiding. Just be aware, It would be easy for someone to take your child from here as there is nothing blocking the exit and a set of steps that lead right to the doors to outside. Worse Experience EVER!!! Won't go back again unless I have 1 adult for each child that way someone can monitor cause the staff did a poor job with the exception of 2 male employee that did help and seemed to play with the kids.I did attach the pictures of the 2 employees that did seem to play with the kids read more

We have a membership and go for toddler time pretty much every week! My kids can't get enough of it! I even injured myself (cause I'm a klutz and terribly uncoordinated) and they were all so sweet and attentive and tried to hard to curve my embarrassment. And a few days later the manager called me to make sure I was okay! They are a wonderful, fun group of people and definitely a place I would recommend! read more

I love Get Air parks. I used to live in Temecula, CA and used to go to the park there. This park is much bigger and has more things to enjoy. Open area is spacier, they have longer slackline, and they also have a really cool ninja course. I always get exhausted after about an hour but time flies when you are in Get Air. I would recommend this place to any kids and young adults 10/10. read more

For the kids it's great, for the adults it's flat painful. They have the WORST benches any business has ever had for you to sit on, Steel grate. No cushion. It's better sitting on the floor. If you own this you need to fix that. I will drive to DULUTH before I sit on those again. read more

We booked our son's 6th birthday party here last year. It was so easy. We booked his 7th birthday party and he broke his arm the next day. Two messages left and no return call from management to see if they would refund the deposit with a note from the MD when we had to cancel. Disappointed with the customer service here.
