The hours of operation. We should receive a full refund. We drove over an hour to attend a birthday party.

The website stated they are open until 10:00 pm on Fridays. On 5/21/2025 at 7:04 pm we purchased two 90 minute tickets . Valerie R failed to mention they were closing at 8:00pm. My children got to jump less than one hour. This is misleading customers and pulling a fast one.

The sign posted saying the rock climbing is closed in definitely

Not super impressed today with how overcrowded they are and the lack of control over any areas. It's typical these places are often not too clean which is semi expected but the soap dispensers are t work king, can't order food they are too busy in their kitchen to take any more orders, there is not enough lockers/cubbies or places to sit for that matter. Parents literally have to stand around so I can't imagine this will be a popular place if this is the usual activity day to day. It seems maybe they would be at capacity. Every spot in parking lot was also full. We got a spot as someone was leaving so kind of lucky for but definitely knew it was going to be a madhouse inside. My son loves to jump and run and the weather is just too cold to be outside so here we are.

This review will be based on a booked birthday party event from 12:00pm - 2:00pm on a Saturday in June 2021. It was a combined party for a 4 and 5 year old. Booking: From booking we have had great customer service. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions. When you book a party room you have to pay 50% up front and that is nonrefundable. Party includes: A room with tables PIzza - count depending on party level Drinks (pitchers) - count depending on the party level Jumpers - count depending on party level A Rockin' Jump Host Free Jumpin' socks for each jumper that they can take home. Rockin' Jump Tshirts for the Birthday person(s) Access to their plates and utensils Full Access to the indoor park Upon arrival: We got to Rockin' Jump 30 minutes early and our host was not there yet, however other staff came to help with letting us come in and setup our room, transport balloons and cakes into the park. The staff member (names starts with a "B") helped me with the cakes (2) from my car into their cooler. Since we got their early and was able to setup, out kids got a full 30 min extra jump time - they had the whole place pretty much to themselves around 11:30am on a Saturday during the summer. During the Event - 12:00pm - 1:00pm Around 11:30/11:45am we were greeted by our host (Nur) and she ran through everything we could need and got the kids Rockin' Jump Branded T-shirt (good idea for little kids so they do not get their own shirt dirty with up coming pizza). The host was able to take care of our party guests and get them ready to jump, as well. Pizza Time! - 1:00pm - 2:00pm Pizza and drinks were served promptly at 1:00pm and our host actually served us and our guest. When time for cake cutting, she even served the cake. With the allotted 2 hours, there was no time to open gifts. Be aware in case you wish to have that experience with your guest. Time was monitored and help cleaning up and getting the gifts together were done by the host and other team members. Overall, our experience was amazing. The staff and facility were inviting and very clean. Bath rooms were clean, jump yard were clean and picked up and all my guest were taken great care of.

What a great place to come spend time with the kids. We had a fantastic time on a Monday evening at Rockin Jump. The place was not busy when we went so the boys were able to have a fun time with each other. The other kids that came enjoyed playing tag with our boys and the facilities were clean and well kept. The arcade was close due to renovations being done but the majority of the facilities were open so the kids had the opportunity enjoy them. They have rock climbing, a challenging obstacle course, trampolines, basketball hoops, a jingle gym, and a dodgeball area. Overall an hour was enough for the boys to spend a good amount of energy there but the deal for 3 hours seemed really good as well for only $2 more. Water bottles are about $2 and change after tax. The customer service here is friendly and hospitable. 4.5 stars rounded up for me make this a solid 5 Yelp stars in my book. Well done!

We have been to this park several times. But it's been a while. This trampoline park is now quite dirty. Also, several of the items are not functional. It's really sad to see a park that was went so well kept looking so poorly. Also the attendants do not look out for the younger guests. Therefore, my younger daughter was left being bullied by teen boys for a portion of our stay until I stepped in to direct traffic to make sure it was fair for everyone playing.

I first saw this trampoline park on Yelp and wanted to check it out. It's a bit far from me but thought it would be a different experience than Skyzone and Get Air. Traffic getting there was pretty bad and the crowds inside were heavy as well. In fact we had hoped for a 4:30 jump but they were sold out until 5:30. Thankfully one of the employees let us start around 445 so we didn't have to wait. This set up is quite similar to any other trampoline parks as far as getting your waiver signed and then heading to the counters to pay for your tickets. Right now, there is a Groupon for jumping so I would take advantage of that. Otherwise tickets are $15 a person and three dollars for socks. The good news is they will let you bring in socks from a competitor. You can't use them but they will exchange them for their socks for free. Interesting. You can tell this is a fairly new establishment. They did have a lot to offer in addition to jumping. They had basketball hoops set up and a playground, along with dodgeball, air bag, Ninja courses, rock climbing, some sort of swing thing that costs $2 more by the way and a jousting type of thing going on only not with knives but a big styrofoam thing so it's very safe. They even have fitness classes available. There is a concession stand and plenty of party rooms for birthdays etc. They have lockers here for your shoes and a flat screen by the lockers for TV watching but who can watch TV when you have to watch your kids? I like this place for what it offers and liked that it seemed cleaner than other trampoline parks. But it didn't necessarily blow me away enough to make the drive back...maybe while the Groupon is still active.

We took our two littles here on a Wednesday evening. Located behind a shopping center across the street from the Mall of Georgia. Same shopping center as Provino's, Taco's and Tequilas, etc. Ample parking. Large, clean facility. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff members at the front. I recognized the same lobby set-up as other indoor trampoline parks, so I proceeded to the computers on the left and signed waivers for myself and two littles. A receipt was printed as soon as I finished and I brought it over to the front desk, where we paid and received wrist bands. They informed us that if we brought socks from other trampoline parks like Sky Zone or Get Air, that we could trade in our socks for theirs free of charge. Fortunately, we brought our Sky Zone socks just in case we ended up at one. Rockin' Jump is bright and spacious. The layout is similar to other parks and has the usual dodgeball area, basketball, and open jump. Except this one has a few attractions and additions I have not seen at others yet (and I haven't been to a trampoline park in a while so I may be behind): - Extra seating area with built in charging stations - Said seating area is placed in front of 3 big flat screen TVs right above free lockers. - Unique obstacle course, the "Ninja Challenge" - Slingshot Air Jumpers (extra charge) - Rock Climbing Wall The kids and adults all had a great time. We even added an extra hour. Prices are reasonable - $15 per hour. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

New place with lots of room to jump. I love the indoor playground as the kids get tired of just the trampolines all the time. Also the rock climbing wall was great too. Of course be prepared for a crowd on a rainy day. There is a rest area above in the loft with televisions. Parents can come here and still see everything happening below. Great place for birthday parties, but it tends to get busy. The kids did enjoy it here.

Review by @SoldByMarvin on Instagram,TikTok,FB…read more We were very happy to be back here for the first time since the pandemic started. Our daughter was due for a show of appreciation for being a great sport. And she has wanted to visit this place again for a long time. There's lots to do for kids of all ages up to teenagers. It does get a little busy depending on the time of day that you visit with the staff has always appear to be very helpful and friendly.

This is pretty easily the worst indoor amusement park I have visited since the kids were born…read more Stopped by for a visit with my two kids, ages 10 and 7. From the moment we walked in, I had a sense we were in trouble--they were out of trampoline socks in all sizes except extra small (to their credit, we were not charged extra for socks). The staff wasn't that friendly. My 10-year-old went on the climbing wall, but the staff member there didn't tighten the harness enough. The Wipeout activity, along with a few other attractions, were not staffed so we were charged for the access to these attractions but couldn't use them. The go karts were a dumpster fire; many of the cars were not working, the staff looked disinterested in, I don't know, working, and those who did drive usually only got to drive for two laps...on a Sunday night that was pretty empty. The Hologate VR activity wasn't working and it turned out that only one of its four games even did work...and the attraction was staffed by a person who had never played the games. The tables were pretty messy; is anyone working to clean equipment and eating areas during the day? This place is a disaster. If there is anyone managing the location, it is clear they don't care about quality given the state of the space. I'm glad I stopped by to confirm that I won't be coming back to an Urban Air location anywhere else.
