When the AC breaks and the whole place is like a greenhouse, it's probably best that you tell folks before they spend all that money. It was hades In there. Kids lasted 20mins for $90. We spoke to "manager" who said there was nothing she could do. No water or ice to help cool us down. BUT we could buy water!! There are other alternative places around Roswell and Alpharetta where you are better looked after. Go there not here. read more

The reviews for this particular Sky Zone Trampoline Park vary, but overall I am very pleased with this Skyzone compared to their other locations and all the other different Trampoline Parks. If your kids love basketball, this one is awesome as they have three different height basketball nets. They have a great course, running up ramp, several pits for kids to jump in, two swings with pits, and some other cool areas for kids. Some of the other parks don't even have anywhere near as many different options for kids, so this one is great. If you have been to several different parks, you will understand what I mean when I say this is one of the best options compared to the others. The facility itself is tons of fun for older kids and teens. What is wrong is their ridiculous pricing. I arrived at 6:38, an hour and a half before they close. I had with me three teens. I assumed I would pay for the 90 minute package for each. They said that because it was past 6:30, they could not do the 90 minute package, and I had to sign up for the monthly membership for each of the kids I had with me! I would have turned around and left except I was there with exchange students who had never been and really wanted to jump. I tried to explain these kids aren't even local, I was just a chaperone, they would never be back. I don't need a membership, etc. Everyone in line was complaining. Beware of credit card fraud at this location. They secretly signed us up for a recurring membership program. It is a corporate revenue strategy as you can't cancel the membership onsite at the store, AND you are required to have 3 months of membership before any cancellation is possible. Complete fraud. I purchased the epic experience for my daughter's 9th birthday. It was an epic fail. We had a 2 month old baby with us and a stroller. The place is not ADA compliant as we were told to go two flights of upstairs. There was no elevator or ramp. Based on the website and my receipt, I thought I was getting a room with four walls and a door. Instead we had an open space upstairs. I complained to management. She was very nasty and condescending. I explained it wasn't a room, and she tried to convince me it was. I asked if anything could be done like put us in an actual room or take something off our bill. She was very rude and said nothing could be done. They didn't announce her birthday on time. I had to ask them to do that. They left the presents downstairs. I had to go ask them to bring them up. They didn't have her name written on the board. I asked why. The staff member said she didn't know how to spell her name. Her name was on paperwork. We had to yell to each other because there was no noise cancellation. I am beyond disappointed, and I will NEVER book another party at this location again. All my mom friends agreed to not book with them either. It was just a hot mess. read more

This is a great venue for kids! An excellent place to throw a kids birthday party in winter! We just came home from celebrating my daughter's third birthday here, and with the temps as cold as they are, an indoor trampoline park was just what we needed. All the kids who attended had a fun time. Sky Zone is a great place to let the kids unleash some energy, and stop staring at their ipads. But it's also a place I can only tolerate for an hour with all the noise and bright lights and people running around. Even though I don't jump, I feel like I did when I leave. I've been to this location before, but neglected to write a review so here it goes. I think when I first stepped into Sky Zone, I was really amazed and in awe of what it was. A place to jump on a bunch of trampolines? How cool is that! As a kid, I would have loved to have had something like this in my life. I only saw trampolines when I was on the gymnastics team, so this was a big deal. Now that I've been there several times, I'm less enthused. And I think the kids felt the same. I was expecting them to do nothing but jump, but the majority of their time was spent jousting on big balls trying to knock one each other off. This particular Sky Zone had a running slanted wall that you try to climb up, a tightwire of sorts that you try to balance from one end to the other, and basketball, along with the jousting. At the end of the day, the kids had fun and expended some energy, so that's all that matters. Not my favorite place to be, but it's not about me, right? By the way, currently Groupon has a deal for $19 to jump for an hour for 2 children. Just be sure to pick the right location. Somehow I picked the wrong one, and ended up paying twice. It was fun for my grandchildren but it smelt like feet and must. Sick children everywhere, and my granddaughter nearly got injured due to a child HITTING her. A sweaty foot touched me and I looked over and it was my HUSBAND. MY OWN HUSBAND. THIS GENERATION IS A DISGRACE AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE WITH MY HUSBAND BEING POSSESSED. We had a Birthday party for my 11 year old son. The food was not good and overpriced. The two platter of chicken fingers were cold and the customer service was not good. We paid $600 for a party of 12 kids. There is no supervision of the teenagers who were running this place. One of the employees threw a ball at my 9 year old son's head during a dodge ball game and he ended up crying on the sidelines . They also locked the doors an hour before closing, so parents picking their kids up after the party could net get in. Never again!! read more

A couple of my friends and I went to SkyZone this morning for their introductory SkyFitness class. It was $5 for first-timers... that's not much to lose if you hate it! Well it turns out it was pretty fun! The first few minutes of the class really sent me back to a child-like glee of bouncing on a trampoline and trying to find our balance. The trampolines are arranged in a square pattern, separated by pads that you can stand on for stabilizing exercises. I loved the cardio portion of the class where we bounced or ran through the entire set of trampolines. We also had a good 20-30 minutes of strength training - core exercises, arm workouts, squats, etc. I have to say I really enjoyed the class! The instructor was excellent and provided many variations on the exercises for different levels. It was about the same as a normal fully body workout class at the gym but the trampolines for cardio added some fun and variety to the workout. After the workout, my legs felt a little like jelly and the back of my knees are in a little pain, but that would be because this is the first time on a trampoline in years! I'm sure you get the technique down over time. The whole idea is that it is low-impact. My heart rate monitor said I burned 600 calories in the class. I tried to keep moving (bouncing!) when we were on breaks between strength training to keep my heart rate up. The activity I had the most fun doing was running across the trampolines. I felt like a gazelle!! This isn't a workout I'd do every day, and the location is not great for me, but at $10 for a normal class, I would definitely drop-in when I felt like I needed a little pick me up for a workout! read more

I have to admit, this place is well managed and really fun for my kids. The price is why I likely won't come back often. $20 a kid for one hour of jumping on trampolines is a deal breaker for me. I'll come back only in desperation but this couldn't be a regular outing. I think most people that come are here for their first time and don't come back (or come back rarely), which is a disaster for sustaining a business. One of our least favorite trampoline parks. There is no reason to buy in advance because they don't have two separate lines, like their sign says, for people that have already purchased. We had to wait in line for nearly 30 minutes even though we had already paid before and signed waivers online. And then they couldn't find the online waiver and had to show them the email that confirmed it. It's also way overcrowded typically and concessions are bad and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to XtremeHopp if you're in the East Roswell/Johns Creek area. The kids will enjoy it more too. read more

An adventurous indoor activity to do in the winter with your family is SkyZone Indoor Trampoline Park. Williams Amulya Fun Adventures made a video of the whole Skyzone experience and posted it on YouTube. Our daughter who is a toddler had so much fun with her friends because she could run and jump around with no restrictions. Dad and mom had fun jumping so high in the sky. I told the nice people at Sky Zone that I would "Yelp" them positively for their kindness towards some clients of mine, so here it is. This Sky Zone generously donated four one-hour jump passes and free Icees to a family that I visit with. They did not have to do this, but they did it anyhow. Working as a social worker does a lot of good, but when we want to come up with activities for our clients, we pay out of pocket for this. I've learned that trampoline jumping for two hours is exhausting. My battered post-dance body just isn't as young as I used to be. But damn, it's a major workout! And for all you FitBit junkies, it's a bunch of steps! We bought group rate tickets so they were only $10 a pop, I believe. You get to jump around for 2 hours, or sit around, too, it's your call. I love the bright grippy socks. I'm pretty sure I wear them on a regular basis outside of the trampoline park now, just because I can. There are different trampoline options so you're not just literally jumping off the walls. You can play: Dodgeball - the dodgeball courts are exclusively for, well, dodgeball. There are a series of trampolines enclosed on three sides for an intense ball game. A staff worker will ref the game and call you out when you're out. I wasn't a fan when we were playing with the middle/high school boys... They're mean!! And throw with an amazing amount of force, ouch. Basketball (dunking) - for those who are vertically challenged and not physically made for the NBA, this is for you. There are three heights for whichever tickles your fancy. It was hard though, knowing the timing for optimal height in your jump. But once you figure it out, it feels like second nature. General Bouncing - my favorite. I love just free jumping. You're not allowed to double bounce (I can't imagine what must have happened for that to be made a specific rule) so one person per trampoline. You're also not allowed to sit/lay on the trampoline or you'll be scolded by the whistle. Foam Block Pit - don't think about all the germs growing on all the blocks. Just jump in the craziest ways possible with no painful consequence. I left exhausted, but strangely satisfied. Do NOT try jumping on normal ground - your knees will feel the brunt of the newfound (always there but didn't exist for two hours) gravity. I wouldn't go out of my way to jump here again, but if someone planned an event or outing here, I wouldn't say no! read more

Okay so if anyone wants a full and honest review from an ex employee of the park here you go: Skyzone has completely changed from when I worked there 5 years ago. The park itself is great with many updated things to do. There is: Basketball Warrior course Foam pit Free jump Dodgeball Slack line Jousting Swing foam pit The good: The overall cleanliness is great and they do a good job enforcing Covid protocols. Masks are worn by all employees and sanitizer bottles are at most stations. They now have sections in free jump for the kids, especially the younger ones to jump. Most of the guests of the park seem to wear there masks. There are hand sanitizer stations all around the park. The bad: If you go during a busy time, expect the courts to be filled and rules not to be listened all the times. Additionally parks do not seem to have a limit on amount of guests so be cautious if you are Covid cautious. The mornings might be better or early during the week. The employees don't enforce the rules as much anymore such as not letting the little kids be in the little kid section and having people double bounce. They also aren't as interactive with the kids anymore. If you have young kids, go during the morning so that they will not get trampled by older kids or adults who do not follow or know the rules. Additionally, their is no longer a court monitor to explain the rules ahead of time, so if there are people who have never been and say they have they will not know the rules. Overall it's a great place to go or bring kids to get your own and your kids energy out. However the lack of attention that they employees seem to have makes it hard to be fully enjoyable and safe. read more

Compared to other trampoline places I've been in the metro area, not bad. We came to a kid's birthday party on Saturday August 4th, and although it was crowded, they were pretty efficient in terms of staff and making everything flow. They have two areas for dodge ball (younger and kids older than 13), a private jump zone sectioned off for parties and or toddlers, a main jump area, two walls you can run up (as in ninja warriror), and a ton of birthday rooms and area upstairs for birthday parties as well. I was most impressed with how interactive most of the staff were with the kids. And each section was managed by at least one staff member. They were also efficient in delivering the socks, setting up and serving the food, and cutting and distributing cake. Parking is plentiful and free directly outside. It is on the pricier end, with half hour of jump time at $11. But overall, pretty cool place for kids and adults. read more

I came here for the SkyFitness class Sat morning. It was my second time. If it's your first time you'll need to stop and sign the waiver or you can sign and print it beforehand to make checking in quicker. Either way it doesn't take long. Your first class is $5 after that it changes to $10. A membership is 19.99 a month so if you're gonna take more than two classes, it makes more sense to just get a membership. Socks are available for $2. They're yours to keep so you don't have to buy them again. They have class M-Sat in the morning at 9 and Tues-Thurs at 6:30 pm. The class had people of all sizes and athletic ability both times. Everyone got a good workout in and it was fun. Who doesn't love trampolines? We did cardio and also strength training--def a full body workout. Kids are allowed to come to the class but I wouldn't bring them if they're too little or can't follow instructions. You will probably fall or trip during class-- that's okay. No one is laughing at you--generally everyone is cheering you on. I wiped out both times I came lol. I had a lot of fun in this class along with getting a good workout in. A few times I felt like I was Gabby Douglas Lol. It's def a great alternative to the treadmill or your normal LA Fitness class. read more

Every food item I wanted to order wasn't available (Chili for the nachos, hotdogs but no proper condiments, no ice cream, etc) they only had pretzels & popcorn *eye roll* and the staff are very young and laugh after everything *annoying* then it was one staff (young male) who had a jet black Regina King wig on looking at everyone so strange as if he's about to whip out an assault rifle. I actually enjoyed hanging out here while my girlfriend's youngest ran around and acted like that hedgehog fellow in the video game. Lots of things to look at, sort of like watching airplanes take off and land, or trains pass by...the activity is just activity, but you know tragedy is possible at any moment. None occurred on my visit, thankfully. Well-staffed and supervised facility. There are staff everywhere that you look, which is good, because the frenetic energy will just about wear you down. Don't go here if you lots of kids having fun makes your eyes twitch at a high rate of speed. Go here if you want your kid(s) to have fun. Easy registration at touch-screen computers directly inside the door. The transaction at the counter was fairly fool-proof (although fools abound). You either have to already have a pair of "trampoline socks" to enter, or buy a pair for some nominal fee...$2 or something like that. The snack bar is to your left and the first thing that you encounter. We grabbed a couple of Cokes as the kids burst forth like mullet being set free from a cast net. Wandering around, there is a quiet room with comfy furniture where you can snooze or watch TVs while the kids burn off some kilocalories, or you can tread upstairs to loiter. We chose that option. You have a commanding view of the activity and there are both high-top tables and stools and picnic-style tables to sit at (see pic). The price seems about three times higher than it should, but, really, the concept is unique or at least scarce. Where else can you take kids and let them go berserk under careful supervision? Your grandma's house, and nowhere else. Other than this place. Unless you suck as a parent. Then you take them to Taco Mac's and let them blaze around like their pants are on fire, annoying the hell out of everybody else while you get hammered on jalapeño martinis. Pfft. Anyway. Give it a go. Sketchy folks in the parking lot and the usual OTP, driving-impaired fools. Take care out there. Treat the kids and kick back for a bit. read more

We frequented Sky Zone in California, and this one in Roswell is run exactly the same. A good option for exercise, and lots of fun activites. $14/hr + $2 for jump socks (reusable). It is very noisy, but thats to be expected. There is a designated area for sitting, tables & chairs, booths and bleachers. I viewed parents reading, working on their lap top, opening mail, and listening to music with earphones. Not a great place to make phone calls, lol. They serve drinks and food for hungry folks.
