I want to give a huge shout out to the TWO workers who were here alone today on a Friday as someone had called out. It was crazy busy! Much over what I am sure they are allowed to have with only two workers. They were patient and kind with everyone even though so many people were grumpy and snappy with them as we had to wait in line for a long time for everything we did. They had nobody to get the food while someone was checking in because somebody had to be supervising the jumpers. I feel as if there should have been better management during this situation. But they did the best with what they could and I want to give them a huge shout out! Their names were Brianna and Aidan. Great employees! They did it with a smile, even though it was very challenging I am sure! As someone who runs a company it made my heart go out to them and think what great employees to have! I hope you two are acknowledged in some sort of way!

Kids, kids, kids. They are everywhere. It's kinda noisy, as it should be in a trampoline park filled with munchkins, but terribly so. The food court is bananas high so I can't attest to whether they serve anything decent and if it's worth all that money they charge, but I mention it because it's good to know there are limited options, should you find yourself hungry or thirsty (hint - guess what happens to kids who burn off hundreds of calories jumping over and over again in the hour they're there? I'll give you a hint. It involves wanting food and drinks. This place is pretty cool. Lots of places to sit, the staff are mostly younger and inattentive to the kids but they're friendly enough. Pro tip: fill out the waiver online before you show up, it'll save you time and stress. The prices vary depending on day and time but it's not horribly unreasonable. We come every now and then, even dragging the cool teenagers along and they do end up having a good time (especially glow jump, what is it about glow in the dark and black lighting that excites people, right? It's just cool!). We've been here before and we will back!

This place was expensive!! Not because of the cost of entry, but the broken tooth my 8yr old got via his own knee, at a party!! Haha, thankful for insurance. They have alot here, not just the trampoline rooms.. the ninja warrior course was small, but it was pretty fun! The kids had a blast. The jump of areas into the foam pit were epic, and it's something kids dont often get to play with, but still scary as apparent. The birthday was well organized and the people had a great grasp on timing and organizing the whole get go. Would reccomend, and wish you were closer to portland!!

Very nice place. We celebrated my youngest daughter's birthday there. Lots of space to jump, run, play.

We've been members for YEARS. It must be under new management because, in the last year or so, they've descended on the children with draconian rules that have nothing to do with preventing injuries. I appreciate the importance of safety, but these rules exist purely for the purpose of micro-control, and its purpose is to suppress the spirit that we come here to foster and nurture. They see a kid smiling and they start to hover, and pace, like vultures or hyenas, desperate to find some ridiculous rule to throw at them. Then they swoop in and deliver the blow. The new staff seems to get off on it. It's a shame because it's unnecessary, and this place is really awesome otherwise! If Admin spent half as much time upping their game on food and beverages, customer service, and cleaning/disinfecting, this place, they could do incredible things with their profits and customer loyalty, and make the world a better place in the process by promoting happiness and mental health in our children. Instead, they force customers to buy their branded socks and sell sub-par food at a big mark-up. That's the limit of their business acumen...

You're also required to have or purchase a special pair of their trampoline socks. These will come in handy when you're looking to jazz up your Halloween attire since they are bright orange. When you enter, which involves giving a high five to the attendant, it is astounding to look at the multitude of options that are available in this giant warehouse of fun. Trampolines are just the beginning. You could easily spend an entire day here and delight yourself adequately. I have some concerns about cleanliness and I wish there were more hand sanitizer stations dispersed throughout the play areas. There is a snack bar available, but it's mostly junk food items. They don't serve alcohol. There are a plethora of party areas upstairs and downstairs if you want to host an event here. The cost of an annual membership is actually pretty decent. Especially considering that you get 20% off at the snack bar and as well as other perks. If I lived closer, I would definitely consider it. Otherwise, for a first time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised.

The big brain mom that I am, decided I wasn't gonna take these brats to SkyZone in our community because 598 germy little kids would be there, sneezing and coughing and crying on every surface, so I figured we cross over the bridge and drive 25 mins away to Gresham where spring break is over. Win! The place is dead. Not a child in sight. We sign in and the moms seat themselves at a freshly wiped table while the naughties run off and do what they do. 18 mins later, they are sweaty and thirsty and eyeing the concession stand so I roll my eyes and hand over my debit card to be used for an overpriced Slushie and a package of candy bc why wouldn't my kid need 2# of sugar right now. They snack, they drink, they run off again. All is well. 90 mins goes by and at the end of it, a handful of toddler girls come strolling through the entrance. We escaped just in time!

They offer "toddler time" but a lot needs to change for it to be "toddler ready."…read more Half of the play structures are not suitable for toddlers (5+ only) which isn't a deal breaker, but the stairs to these features are not blocked off or closed in any way during toddler time. A toddler could easily hurt themselves on the metal stairs or if they fall off the extremely high platforms (up to the ceiling). This location also has arcade games everywhere and I do not understand why they aren't turned off during toddler time. No toddler would be able to do any them and they are either a danger or a distraction. They also add to noise, which is already a problem. Unlike other trampoline parks, half the features or more rely on air bags and air floors so there are very loud air blowers going the entire time, on top of music, on top of arcade sounds, on top of other kids. This, plus all the blinking lights and bright overhead lights is asking for overstimulation. I observed at least one child desperately trying to cover his ears and begging for headphones. It also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to your child or call out to them if they've run off (often the case if you have more than 1 child). It is very easy to lose track of any child in this place so not being able to call to each other is scary. They also did not close/lock the doors to utility storage areas which are dangerous and contain chemicals. There aren't any steps in the bathroom for hand washing either or at the fountain. The staff is young-ish, Early 20s? Nice enough but also not present or there to help. They seem to walk around and mop and are otherwise aloof or disinterested or quick to tell you they aren't a babysitter (I observed this being said to another patron, I think they asked if they would watch her one child while she changed another in the toilets). To be fair, I was the same type of hourly employee when I was 17. To end on a few positives, there is a designated area for toddlers that is always open, but the gate to it does not lock closed, and while my toddlers did like this area, they also grew bored after 10-15 minutes. The floor was very, very dirty. I wasn't required to use sky zone socks; I could use socks from another trampoline park. If outside food isn't allowed (I couldn't tell from any signs) no one cared that I gave my kids snacks and drinks from home. It was relatively easy to signup for my membership and then request a cancelation online. I appreciate this place offers a monthly unlimited pass ($29.99 per child, no discount for added siblings) that is "affordable" by comparison, but after two visits I can't see us coming back.

This has always infuriated me, but if it happens once or twice a year I can excuse it. However, twice!? It feels like being charged double. Again, I have no complaints with the instructors or product itself. In fact, I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about them. My daughter loves her class! That said, I'd highly advise against putting your kid in a Monday or Friday class as most Holidays just tend to fall on those days and they will charge you for the missed classes regardless.

None of our other kiddos had an interest in these skills and sports, until now, with our youngest daughter who is 7. She just loves going and is on her second set of classes at Vega. (Which continues on at home to SHOWING her dad and I everything as well! ) Fostering that enthusiasm and engaging whole body mechanics is very important to us.
