I don't think I would ever sign up for the monthly membership, but as a one-off place to hold a birthday or other kid-friendly event, Sky Zone is a decent place to let your littles burn off some energy, but comes with some MAJOR caveats that one should be aware of, before paying the (rather absurd) price of admission. Two of our sons have birthdays close to each other, so we hosted a double-birthday celebration here, bringing our entire brood of (five!) boys with us, plus a few of their friends, and let them run rampant for two hours! There's a small, fenced off section for little-littles, which includes a foam block pit and three trampolines. Beyond that, there are a couple of other, much larger trampoline/foam block pits for leaping into, trampoline basketball courts, balance-based obstacles, a full sport court, a massive trampoline-only section, and right of the front desk, a small area with a jungle-gym and a few projector-based games. In short, there's a lot to do, for just about everyone, of any age or size...although my three year old seemed to enjoy just running around the entire building and making towers out of foam blocks, more than anything! The price is a bit of a sticking point, though. First off, unless you sign up for the membership (by the way: don't!), you're looking at something like $27/person, regardless of age. And when I say regardless of age, I mean REGARDLESS of age. Yes, an adult costs the exact same price as a 1-year old toddler. For comparison, indoor playgrounds like Kids Empire charge $20 per child, with one adult included free with each child...and there is no two-hour time limit; that's an all-day pass; you can even leave, and return later the same day, if you like! This means that my wife and I can take our two toddlers, and let them play from morning til night, for $40 bucks. At Sky Zone, it would be over $100 for the same four people, and only for two hours. Want to extend your time? Pony up for the membership, or drop another Benjamin. That's bananas. Another annoyance, although seemingly loosely enforced, is that apparently you must wear Sky Zone branded grip socks, purchasable from the front desk at something like $7/pair. Now, when we bought our passes, we were not informed of this, and none of us had them; we entered the park and played for more than an hour, before one of the wandering attendants told one of our five kids that he needed to get out and get "proper" socks. This didn't happen to any other child or adult, so I couldn't even begin to tell you how this policy, and its enforcement, actually works, but be warned that there may be a "tax" of up to $7 per person, if the lackadaisical staff feel like cracking down on it. We ended up buying a couple of pairs for our toddlers, because they kept losing their own socks, due to friction, in the foam block pits, and the neon green baby socks were both longer, harder to remove, and easier to spot and retrieve from the pit, when they came off. Everyone, myself and my wife included, had a great time here, but it's a shame that the whole experience at Sky Zone was tarnished by predatory pricing, inconsistent enforcement of policy, and the aloofness and indifference of the clearly clueless staff (save for the people running the snack bar, strangely enough). So while your kids are likely to have a blast at Sky Zone, even parents who sit on the sidelines will feel like they've had to run the gauntlet just to provide a few hours of entertainment for their children. I felt more drained by the pricing, the operational headaches, and employee incompetence, than if I had spent those same two hours doing backflips into the foam pit. I want to give a huge shout out to the TWO workers who were here alone today on a Friday as someone had called out. It was crazy busy! Much over what I am sure they are allowed to have with only two workers. They were patient and kind with everyone even though so many people were grumpy and snappy with them as we had to wait in line for a long time for everything we did. They had nobody to get the food while someone was checking in because somebody had to be supervising the jumpers. I feel as if there should have been better management during this situation. But they did the best with what they could and I want to give them a huge shout out! Their names were Brianna and Aidan. Great employees! Love this sky zone, It's definitely our favorite !! We moved here from out of state in December and didn't know anyone. I wanted to give my son as much normalcy as possible, so I thought we should start by checking out this sky zone since he's always at one back home . Thank goodness we did because it's been a blessing. The staff is incredible. They pay attention to everything and take action when needed. They have helped when I ask about places to go or not knowing the area tips about anything . Great bunch of people working and never seen any of them slack off or be rude to customers or kids . Tonight , they set up extra games for St. Patrick's day to interact with the kids . I thought that was awesome because they definitely don't have to do this. I pay for a membership for my 5-year-old son, and he has always been allowed to enter and play at your location without any issues. On Super Bowl night, I hired a babysitter and asked her to take him to Sky Zone so he could have fun while I spent time with my husband and guests at home. However, stuff refused to let him in, claiming that the photo in system "did not match the child standing in front of them." I spoke with them on the phone and even offered to send identification to confirm his identity, but they still refused entry. Because it was late in the evening and other places were closed, my son had to return home disappointed, and our entire evening was ruined. When I came in person on another day, I scanned his membership card and your staff were immediately ready to issue a ticket. When I asked whether the photo in your system matched my son, they answered, "Yes, of course, no problem." The manager was unable to explain why he had been denied entry earlier but allowed in now ( since nothing changed in between) This situation shows a lack of consistency, poor judgment, and very unprofessional customer service. If there had been any concern, staff could have allowed him to play and simply asked that I verify his identity in person during the next visit. Be careful going here as this isn't the only review complaining of these predatory practices. We went one time with our son and his friends in December 2024. The front desk tried to get us to sign up for a membership for all of the kids. We refused as we don't live close by and we only have one kid. We have now been charged for three months of membership fees for all the kids by this place. The onsite staff can do nothing to help and their "support" email never responds to our requests to reverse this. At this point our only choice is to cancel our card and dispute all of the charges by skyzone to stop them from charging us more. We are out of pocket over $400 for taking our kid there one time. Kids liked the experience and we would have returned for events or just because, however, now we will never return and will advise other parents we know to avoid them as well. Onsite staff is trying to be helpful but their corporate office is the problem. If skyzone corporate ever replies to our requests, we are happy to update this review, however at this time we are out of any other options to get assistance from them. She gave EXCELLENT customer service after we had to wait a few minutes to check in. She also asked permission from each child to take their photo and thanked them for being there. I used to take my toddler to SkyZone and it was a fun experience for him. However, when I became pregnant, I couldn't jump with him anymore. After having my baby, I still couldn't participate, so I decided to cancel my membership. I went to the front desk to cancel, but they told me the only way was to submit a cancellation request through their website. I followed their instructions and submitted the cancellation online. Months later, I happened to check my bank statements and realized they were still charging me. I contacted SkyZone, and that's when the nightmare began. For two months, I was given the runaround--endless back-and-forth emails with no resolution. Eventually, after disputing the charges with my bank, SkyZone finally admitted in writing that they had received my cancellation when I submitted it and had been charging me in error. Despite this admission, they did not apologize, offer any compensation for the hassle, or even promptly refund the incorrect charges. To this day, I am still waiting for my refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I warn others against giving this company your credit card information. If you must go, buy one-time credits instead of signing up for a membership. Also, if you've ever had a membership, double-check your accounts to ensure they aren't still charging you without your knowledge. This kind of business practice feels scammy and dishonest. This is a fairly fun park. Located a quick drive from portland it's a great rainy day activity. Prices are fair go get in, but you have to have their grippy socks so that's an additional cost. (the cafe is a little high. The cafe has gatorades for $5, haha) Parking is easy. It's a shared lot so you'll be able to find a parking spot. There's wheelchair ramps throughout the gym as well. There's a few areas down and under construction/off limits right now so it's a little underwhelming. We came on a slow time so I think if it was a weekend or a more busy time this place would be way too crowded and not a good time. Also this is more of a indoor sports park than a trampoline park as they only have one true spot to jump around on. There's a toddler section for 6 and under and has three trampolines and a foam pit. It's gated and has seating for parents. They are adding things so I think In a few months it'll have more to do. I think after the construction it'll be more fun. read more

Kids, kids, kids. They are everywhere. It's kinda noisy, as it should be in a trampoline park filled with munchkins, but terribly so. The food court is bananas high so I can't attest to whether they serve anything decent and if it's worth all that money they charge, but I mention it because it's good to know there are limited options, should you find yourself hungry or thirsty (hint - guess what happens to kids who burn off hundreds of calories jumping over and over again in the hour they're there? I'll give you a hint. It involves wanting food and drinks. This place is pretty cool. Lots of places to sit, the staff are mostly younger and inattentive to the kids but they're friendly enough. Pro tip: fill out the waiver online before you show up, it'll save you time and stress. The prices vary depending on day and time but it's not horribly unreasonable. We come every now and then, even dragging the cool teenagers along and they do end up having a good time (especially glow jump, what is it about glow in the dark and black lighting that excites people, right? I enjoyed it because the staff was very friendly and kind. I had to sign a waiver, and they treated me very well, for which I am thankful. I met a nice staff member who treated me with respect and even met a nice family whose name I won't mention. I would say this is a good place to bring kids, grandkids, and anyone else. The nicest part was that I got free water, which was calming. Just be careful. They have cubbies where you can put your shoes, and it's not a bad environment, which made me feel more welcomed. We had my grandsons party there last month. Was our first time there. We paid for 10 kids mega package with extras was $460. It was a nightmare! We couldn't find the kids most the time. The kids watched as the other parties had hosts playing games with kids, having fun as we got nothing. Some of the kids left early as the pizza was late, nothing to do but sit. We never received the shirt, host, after party gifts we paid for. Our disabled had to stay downstairs in loud noisy craziness with no where to sit. We paid so much as they advertised they provide everything. $460. Got nothing. I have called and was told I would get refund which I never have. I was told I would get free passes which I never have. I don't understand why nobody will contact me other than somebody who text me and tells me that I will get a refund or I'm getting passes and nothing has happened. It's been a month. I guess we're just really really disappointed. My grandson was so excited and for it to be such a disaster of a party there , was just very disappointing. We hosted my sons 5th birthday party here was highly disappointed. The advertising for the birthday parties are quite misleading. As the advertisement reads.. "We supervise the event so the parents can sit back, enjoy and take pictures of the fun!" I quite literally could not sit back and enjoy the "fun"! I was literally stressed the entire time. Sweating, anxious and frustrated. I spent most the time trying to track down my child, even tho he was there for his birthday party which was not supervised by anyone. There are way too many people and there really is no benefit to have your party there as it's nearly impossible for the party to stay together to jump/play. We asked multiple times for a mess to be cleaned up near where we were waiting for the kids to play and it took us asking 5 times to get anyone. I was under the impression we would have a supervisor specifically for our event that would keep the group together and have a designated spot for just the kids apart of the party. We lost half the party and spent majority of our time trying to find the kids. I don't really blame the teenagers hired as it's not their fault- it's whoever is running this place. The way the birthdays are set up is completely unhelpful. Parents lost multiple kids, it was complete chaos. I was stressed the entire time- as well as half my party. I could not enjoy my kids birthday at all and am extremely disappointed in this experience. The birthday host for our room was nice enough and helped where he could but even he had no real idea how to set up our room. Also- it would be nice for some guidance on when you checkin on how it works. We waited until our party time with the kids and finally had to ask HEY can the kids start their party time or??? Whoafully understaffed. Garbage everywhere. 20 minute check in times with a prepaid ticket and presigned waiver. Dirty diaper in the sink, garbage overflowing, pizza crust in the drinking fountain. Don't bother coming on the weekend unless you enjoy the energy of a packed crowd being managed by a teenage skeleton crew. If you have special needs, requests, if something goes wrong; you're not going to be pleased. They hired teenagers to apologize and say there is nothing they can do. My kids love this place! We got a 3 month membership for the whole family (3 month minimum when you get a membership) It's incredibly well priced and a super fun place for the kids as well as adults. You have a trampoline all to yourself when you jump so during the Covid times with a mask you're fairly safe! My whole family loves it. There's a rock climbing wall and some fun ninja worrier type stuff and a jumping area! It's super fun! Theres always workers there making sure people are doing things safely. They have special grip socks ($3) that you can take home wash and reuse and they are awesome! The staff has been really friendly and kind! I'm really impressed- this is coming from some one who HATES kid places typically. A bunch of wild sugar filled maniacs with runny noses is not my jam, but this place is really calm and fun! Just had my daughter and son's combined birthday party here- it was a little pricier than what we normally spend on a bday party, but by far was the easiest party (and super fun for kids) we have ever had. Mia, our party host, was amazing. She checked in our guests, took care of presents and socks, and even helped us take up our cupcakes, drinks, and additional food we brought (I highly suggest you go for the more deluxe package-it's very worth it!) up to our party room! If I could give this experience half a star I would. I usually come here and have a blast with my kids, but this time was horrible. First, at the wall where kids run up, a younger girl made it to the top after trying multiple times, then got scared of going down the pole, which is pretty intimidating to a younger kid. Understandable. A worker came and told her she needed to slide down or they could help her with a ladder. Mind you, the ladder was on the other side of the wall, five seconds away. The little girl ended up needing the ladder, the worker then proceeded to tell her she wasn't allowed to play in that area anymore because he can't keep helping her down. I came with my friend who is visibly pregnant, and she brought her niece. One of the workers who was checking bracelets said my friend could keep her water bottle with her since she was pregnant and wasn't going on any of the equipment. 45 mins into our hour, we are sitting on the couch in the toddler area and this guy comes up to us and tells her she needs to go sit by the entrance with her water because she's not allowed to have it there. She said "im pregnant and im just sitting here, your coworker told me I could have it already." He said "yeah sorry but you need to go down there." At that point we were over it. I purchased a Groupon and took my son here to celebrate his birthday with 5 friends . This is definitely the easiest and most affordable thing I have done with a group of 6 13-year-old boys . Waivers can all be done online ahead of time . Skyzone socks are require, $3 each. We did not have any trouble getting in without a reservation on a Saturday night. The moment waivers were verified, wrist bands were on and the kids went right in. The facilities are nice, lots to do . I was with older kids, so I'm not sure what it would be like to go with young kids who need more supervision. It seems like older and younger kids are well-separated. My 6 year old was in the younger kids area and was pushed to the ground by a big kid. There's a attendant that stands by the fence that's supposed to verify the kids age before allowing their entrance but most of the time she was eyegoogling with the other teenage attendant that was inside the structure also not doing his job of making sure the kids take turns. My kid is tough, rarely does anything hurt or upset him. When I tried to help him brush off the experience he asked to go home. That sucks, he was so excited about going and now he never wants to go back. Hire employees that are adults. Period. You guys have multiple bad reviews regarding your teenage staff. Their still kids as well and do not know how to direct kids! It's a disaster in there. They'll never improve however because it's a corporate s show that is only looking out for profits. Not many options for Trampoline parks in this area, but this is a decent one. The staff are all younger, and either fall under hyper-energetic or nonchalant. The activities present are plentiful, from a foam pit, to basketball hoops, dodgeball area, jumping pit, ninja-warrior-type obstacle course, a rock wall, and a combat area. All the activities were incredibly fun and appeared to be well maintained; however the entrance and lower floor seemed less sanitary. I understand the average population for this type of activity will be younger; however the floor was incredibly sticky which was a little unnerving given that you're walking around in socks. All in all, its a little expensive, the glow-in-the-dark aspect is a nice touch that I've personally never seen at a trampoline park, and the actual activities are a lot of fun; but perhaps maintaining a cleaner floor would not go amiss. read more

You are coming here for the fun trampolines, not the food. They have plenty of themed areas and its 1 person per trampoline to ensure the safety of everyone. Areas include dodgeball, glow lights, basketball, etc... Even though there are plenty of kids with germs coming out of their noses, the staff keep the place pretty clean. Check in can seem a bit chaotic during busy times but again, somehow the staff seem to manage the crowd well. You are required to sign a waiver, get new socks (which you can take home) and wear a bracelet. Food options, blah, typical offerings such as icees and carnival snacks. I think you are not allowed to bring in your own food but can bring water, not sure.
