    Super large areas

This location was taken over from another company so it's got some wonderfully weird features other locations don't have. Like the wall boxing and zip lines. It is a larger open floor plan with seating only near the entrance. I would recommend this place as a place geared for older children and teens my 5 year old was done with the place after 20 minutes ( not much interesting to him) and we usually have to pry him out when his 90 minutes are over :(

Quick check in time got there right when it opened clean staff was friendly. We'll probably go back again at another location closer to home.

This is one of the most interesting for my kids they played

Over priced and my kids love it but for an older adult careful you might cause damage to your self.

Family friendly | Great events | 2hrs well spent…read more We are a big fan of this indoor play place. It is so well thought out. We have been here a few times including their Easter egg hunt. I highly recommend this place for young families. This place is popular and for good reason. They have three big sand pits for kids to dig in for hours. Check their web to see if there is a waitlist. If they're full, put your name on the waitlist and time when to head over. However, the person at the front desk said the wait is usually shorter. The workers are friendly and helpful. There are cubbies to put your items. They also provide protective eyewear if your kid doesn't want sand in their eyes. Otherwise, just bring yourselves! They provide all the tools to have fun in the sand. Everyone must be barefoot. There is a small area in the very front near the entrance for babies to play. There is also a small snack and drink area. You can eat your packed lunch at the tables or feel free to buy some snacks and drinks from a self serve kiosk. They also sell some merchandise and toys. There are two family friendly bathrooms, but one is larger so if you have a stroller and/or a big family, you all can fit in that one. This large bathroom has a small toddler toilet, which is awesome when you're potty training a little one. In the cabinet there are some diapers. The workers periodically sweep the sand back in the pits. They keep the place clean and safe. It's a great place! Their Easter egg hunt was so much fun too. Probably the most fun and safe egg hunt I've ever been to because they limited the number of people attending each session. Everyone found tons of eggs everywhere, and three people found the three golden eggs for a prize! They brought out the Easter Bunny (looks like Peter Rabbit) and gave away a goodie bag before leaving. Worth it for $30. We'll be back next year for this event.

This experience had to be one of the most embarrassing and unprofessional things I have ever…read moreencountered. My son had gone to camp over the summer and loved it. We decided to throw his birthday there today, and boy was it not what we expected. When we first get there we are greeted with the lead for our event. He was thorough in his explanation of the details but only gave us 10 minutes to set up, and really didn't care whether we got done or not, just as long as he got his list out of things that he needed to say out. During the party he told us that he would get the kids at the table to eat with 30 minutes to spare. After they were all forced to clean up and wash their hands, that left 20 minutes to eat and do cake. With 15 minutes left, he then announces to the entire group (us, the kids, and our guests) that we had to be out of the space and cleaned up in 15 minutes. He then proceeded to announce that loudly every five minutes. We tried to get the kids to eat quickly and do cake, but everyone knows that it takes a while to get them to finish eating. With 5 minutes left he proceeds to walk into the middle of the eating area and tell us we have to be out in 5 minutes while he actively took down our table set ups. At this point us and the guests were beyond uncomfortable and started awkwardly rushing to throw anything we could into the boxes we brought. Every guest was helping and trying to get out. With 3 minutes left he did the most unprofessional thing thus far. Our autistic daughter was the only one left at the cleared table, eating the last few bites of her cake. He made her get up and told her she had to be done and then PULLED THE TABLECLOTH OFF OF THE TABLE! I was so upset and blown away at how rude he was being, especially to the kids. He then walked over to the second table and proceeded to pull the cloth off while three boys were finishing their cake. I finally had enough and told him I would clear it (mind you, our time wasn't up). Then he looked at the boys when I was still cleaning up and sternly said "you guys have to put on your shoes now!" And for his final act, he proceeded to fold the chairs and turned on the vacuum while the guests were putting on their shoes in the front area! We couldn't even say goodbye to anyone because of how loud it was. Everyone at the party was in shock at how harsh he was being. He ABSOLUTELY ruined the party and we were mortified in front of our guests. I got in the car and started crying. Before anyone thinks, well there must have been another party....There wasn't. By the time I drove away after crying, it had been 10 minutes and the place was empty besides the employees. They just wanted us out at exactly the time and didn't care about giving us even an extra minute to clean up. By the way, we would have been happy to pay for extra time to clean up. We have three kids and have thrown many parties. This, by far, was the WORST experience we have ever had. I even texted my guests after to apologize for the situation. The sad part is we were thinking of putting our son in regular classes, and definitely returning for summer camp. That will never happen now. They lost us as customers and all of our guests that had sons interested in classes as well. I highly do not recommend throwing your kids party there EVER!

If you're looking at both Skyhook and Revolution trying to decide, the main difference for kids is Revolution is more "chill" - there's less noise, color, flashy equipment. There's also more "groupings" for age ranges, so the little kids don't end up with the big kids. This was perfect for us.

The big brain mom that I am, decided I wasn't gonna take these brats to SkyZone in our community because 598 germy little kids would be there, sneezing and coughing and crying on every surface, so I figured we cross over the bridge and drive 25 mins away to Gresham where spring break is over. Win! The place is dead. Not a child in sight. We sign in and the moms seat themselves at a freshly wiped table while the naughties run off and do what they do. 18 mins later, they are sweaty and thirsty and eyeing the concession stand so I roll my eyes and hand over my debit card to be used for an overpriced Slushie and a package of candy bc why wouldn't my kid need 2# of sugar right now. They snack, they drink, they run off again. All is well. 90 mins goes by and at the end of it, a handful of toddler girls come strolling through the entrance. We escaped just in time!

They offer "toddler time" but a lot needs to change for it to be "toddler ready."…read more Half of the play structures are not suitable for toddlers (5+ only) which isn't a deal breaker, but the stairs to these features are not blocked off or closed in any way during toddler time. A toddler could easily hurt themselves on the metal stairs or if they fall off the extremely high platforms (up to the ceiling). This location also has arcade games everywhere and I do not understand why they aren't turned off during toddler time. No toddler would be able to do any them and they are either a danger or a distraction. They also add to noise, which is already a problem. Unlike other trampoline parks, half the features or more rely on air bags and air floors so there are very loud air blowers going the entire time, on top of music, on top of arcade sounds, on top of other kids. This, plus all the blinking lights and bright overhead lights is asking for overstimulation. I observed at least one child desperately trying to cover his ears and begging for headphones. It also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to your child or call out to them if they've run off (often the case if you have more than 1 child). It is very easy to lose track of any child in this place so not being able to call to each other is scary. They also did not close/lock the doors to utility storage areas which are dangerous and contain chemicals. There aren't any steps in the bathroom for hand washing either or at the fountain. The staff is young-ish, Early 20s? Nice enough but also not present or there to help. They seem to walk around and mop and are otherwise aloof or disinterested or quick to tell you they aren't a babysitter (I observed this being said to another patron, I think they asked if they would watch her one child while she changed another in the toilets). To be fair, I was the same type of hourly employee when I was 17. To end on a few positives, there is a designated area for toddlers that is always open, but the gate to it does not lock closed, and while my toddlers did like this area, they also grew bored after 10-15 minutes. The floor was very, very dirty. I wasn't required to use sky zone socks; I could use socks from another trampoline park. If outside food isn't allowed (I couldn't tell from any signs) no one cared that I gave my kids snacks and drinks from home. It was relatively easy to signup for my membership and then request a cancelation online. I appreciate this place offers a monthly unlimited pass ($29.99 per child, no discount for added siblings) that is "affordable" by comparison, but after two visits I can't see us coming back.
