There are several trampoline parks in our area; this one has managed to stay open throughout the pandemic, and my kid really likes to go and get his running and jumping and leaping and swinging. The facility is clean enough, well maintained enough. The bathroom floor needs to be replaced and the vending machines seem to be out of order - for some reason my kid loved the cyclone machine which has been down for a while. And they don't always have socks in the right sizes - my son has lost several in the foam pits. They don't seem to mind if you use socks from the other places. There are a few parent benches inside, and there's some wifi, so I can watch my kid pretty well while not getting bored. The temperature control isn't great, so it's often warm or cold - it's a big warehouse building after all. The price is right, $12 or so for two hours of exercise. The kids and parents that we've run into there have been good. read more

Came here on accident because our GPS took us to this place instead of the other trampoline place we were suppose to go to. Price wasn't bad at all, if you check in on Yelp you get a $1 off an hour jump for first timers. I'm giving it a 3-star only because the staff could've been more helpful with getting us checked in. We walked in and didn't know where to start as they had no sign or nothing on where to check in and there were two employees who clearly saw us, but was so into their conversation that they rather continue on with what they were talking about instead of helping us out. The only person who was helpful was the cashier. We told him it was our first time bringing our daughter there and gave us all the info we needed. It's a pretty huge place. They had a separate area for little kids to jump, a dodgeball and basketball area, a swing, etc. The service of the staff on the floor just could've been better. Instead of keeping an eye on the kids and making sure no one is getting hurt, they rather all huddle up in one area and talk. Yes it's the parents responsibility to keep an eye on their kids, but the employees should still be doing their jobs by making sure that the kids are safe. We saw some kids arguing on whose turn it is to get and the employees looked over and just went back to talking. Like come on. This review really teeters between a 3 star and 4 star stance. Because while I certainly enjoyed my experience with my 16 month old, I believe these is room for a little improvement. First and foremost there was no staff checking the "height" limitations that I saw other reviewers pointing out. So with that said, I became that dreaded "hoover parent" dum dum dum! Which, honestly let me say there are too many parents not hovering enough, allowing their children to throw tantrums at the knocked over block towers they built on the trampoline and taking it out on my son who at his age has no real capacity to understand they are not allowed to walk, jump, breathe near said tower (I swear discipline needs to go back to the days of old where you knew the neighbor was updating your parents before you got home of all the bad shenanigans you were up to and that's after they gave you their earful!) The small children's area consists of two trampoline runway/slides and a foam pit. That foam pit could definitely use a little TLC. Little kids love to empty out the pit and unfortunately with that you start seeing what lies beneath. I can understand it being a constant battle to clean up that pit in the little minions area. Also, the foam cubes are disintegrating unfortunately and provide you quite the neon confetti mess for your clothes and hair. The wrist band color, time limit system I thought was well organized and on the dot with the hour I paid for. And, HEY that was the first time I saw a staff member arrive in our area, to scope out the said colored wrist patrons were exiting. My daughter's school had a P.E. fitness event at this Get Air trampoline park yesterday. It's clean, spacious, and was relatively uncrowned for 3pm on a Saturday. There's a section for trampolining with trampoline "walls" about 9 feet high, another similar section section with basketball hoops, trampoline into foam pits, and finally a small section with a tightrope and rock climbing wall (more horizontal than vertical). Parents that haven't paid to jump themselves are allowed onto the non-jumping parts of the floor with a white wristband. Tip- sign the waiver online and arrive about 20 minutes before the hour. That way, you'll get more for your money and are likely to be able to go 80 minutes for the price of 60. At $16 an hour, this is the way to go! read more

The toddler area is also a nice addition so you don't have to worry about your little one getting bounced if there are too many bigger kids in the main area. The staff is friendly and the park is generally clean (as far as trampoline parks go). The only elements that could use improvement would be the cleanliness level (which is coming from someone who likes things very clean), and possibly investing in some replacement foam blocks. read more

We went here because Sky Zone is closed on Mondays. When entering, a family was using the one working computer to sign the waivers. We waited our turn and filled them out. But I couldnt seem to find an area to add another adult. So when we went to pay at the counter the employee (who was obviously already showing a frustrated attitude by the time we got to the counter) rudely stated that unless my husband was sitting out, he needed to sign in as well. Ok. So l ask if we can just pay for him as well since now there is a line behind us (remember ONE working computer for everyone to sign in). She says nope. We have to have all ppl sign the waivers to pay. I couldve paid for just my kids and l but then we would have to continue to wait for my husband to sign the waiver before paying for him. Okayyyyyyyy. So we didnt want to hold up the ppl behind us and waited til he signed the waiver. We finally get up to the front of the line again and tell her two toddlers, two adults, and two pairs of socks. She tells me the total is $60ish. Excuse me? Are you kidding?! Sky Zone was $10 for the two kids and l with no hubby. I am astonished and basically asked her why it was so dang expensive. She says we could do one hour instead of two to save money (but didnt tell us the total we'd save) so we opt for that. The total is $54 ‍. I cant even. We promised my 3 yo we would go. So we coughed up the money. This place is not up to the caliber of Sky Zone. At all. The toddler or little kid area was overrun by older kids. And parents not caring nor employees not doing their jobs. Another mom complained and they finally kicked the older kids out. But that was about an hour after they had been just running amok in the little kids area. We ended up going to Sky Zone later this week. It was $13 for 2 adults, 2 toddlers and 3 pairs of socks. Plus an all around cleaner environment and some of the nicest employees ever. Dont waste your time or money here. You wont be satisfied. None of the games worked and l didnt even really see a snack area where snacks were sold. Maybe l missed it. It was also hotter than...well insert your own analogy here. They had fans on one side but didnt have them on! Would never go back. Socks were cheaply made and will go in the trash bin. They were so pilled from ONE hour of use. We get went this afternoon. The poor cashier at the front with brand new and unsure how to check people in. In the trampoline areas there was no supervision. We did see the cashier walk through a couple times. But no other people on property walk through the jumping areas. They were toddlers jumping in the big space and big kids jumping in the toddler space. No referees there nobody enforcing The mask rule teenagers and young kids alike jumping without masks. Or wait, I did, but just a little. :-) While most of the reviews for Get Air Vista are from the perspective of parents who took their children there, my review is based on an outing I had with seven "girls" ages 25 to 35 years young. I think my experience at Get Air is best summed up by comparing the experience my group of "girls" had versus the perceived experience of the kids around us. Kids: Prepare by just getting super excited for a trip to Get Air! Adults: Review the safety video four times. Wrap sensitive body parts in ace bandages. Put insurance card in wallet. Read terms and conditions of online waiver carefully. Kids: Arrive at Get Air, yank off their shoes and enthusiastically head for the trampolines. Adults: Take off shoes and then be creeped out that we had to walk 50 ft. across a black rubber floor that was wet in some places. Ewww. Leave your germaphobe friends at home. Kids: "Wow, this looks like fun. There are kids running in every direction and bouncing all over the place!" Adults: "Wow, this is chaos. What is the traffic pattern here?" Kids: Enthusiastically leap onto the trampolines! Adults: Go pee, warm up, stretch, pee again and then ask the trampoline referees about the traffic pattern. Kids: Jump on the trampolines, soar into the foam pits, attempt dodgeball all while laughing and smiling. Wow, this place has really gone down hill. We used to go all the time when our kids were toddlers so we thought we would give it another try, never again. I took a corporate group to Get Air Vista. When booking a party, you have to supply a credit card and pay a deposit - I totally understand! My party was booked from 11:00 to 12:30. Since I was closing down my office in Oceanside to take all of my employees over lunch, we left around 11, and by 11:13, Sheena had called me FIVE (!!!) times. I could not answer while I was driving, and she repeatedly continued to call. You guys have my deposit and my credit card number, what are you worried about??? We get there and get checked in. When I booked the party, I told them I wanted to be able to play knockerballs.. Then they told me that they only inflate them on Thursday and Friday night. Since money talks, I told them I would pay an additional rental fee. Evan told me to speak to the general manager. When I walked up to the "manager", I said, "Are you the general manager?" and he just snapped, "Sure..." Pretty unprofessional. Anyway, I paid a little extra, and Evan went the extra mile to get my employees in. All in all, it was really fun, but the customer service wasn't great. read more

We were so pleased with our experience at Get Air over the 2021 Christmas school break. Brian, as I recall, greeted us as soon as we entered and helped us register, etc. The four kids had a blast as it wasn't overcrowded while we were there. Turns out we were lucky enough that Brian engaged us in conversation and that was icing on the cake. He kept working while chatting as it was nearing closing time but the three adults enjoyed the chat. Get Air is fortunate to have Brian as their GM. Awesome trampoline park, great wide open setup with built in walk thru access for non jumpers to be able to navigate the course and watch over their little ones. This place has a wide variety of jumping-running- balancing-climbing activities to choose from including some obstacle ones too. They have a really cool warped wall basketball setup too where I saw some teenagers do some pretty cool dunks - which most of the adults struggles with haha Loved how they have a separate toddler area too which was gated from two different access. This is where the grownups lounged for most of the time while the kiddos played. Thumbs up for this place letting jumpers use their own socks from other trampoline places as long as it's got the grip lines soles. This place has gone downhill. We just went last week and it was really dirty. I purchased 2 hours for my toddler and teen and they both got bored after an hour and we left. My toddler caught a cold while we were here and I can't say I'm surprised, sadly. The worst part is how disgusting the foam blocks look that they jump into. Had my kid's 5th bday party here last weekend and we couldn't have been happier! I'm not sure why the negative reviews lately, because we definitely did not have that experience that others have mentioned. Everything went off without a hitch. The employee that helped us (Jocelyn, I think) was so on top of everything! She was friendly, accommodating, and fast to get us anything we needed (she even suggested things to get us that we forgot to bring, like a cake knife for example). The kids had a blast! My kid literally did not stop jumping for close to 3 hours. All of the parents kept telling me the party was fantastic...so that says a lot about the place. Give these guys a break everyone! First if you are close to this center vs the larger ie Sky Zone centers its great. With discounts prices are pretty good and you can usually find a 2 for one somewhere online. Second I strongly suggest that if you have a little one ie under 6 or so, you need to know if this is for your child. When my now 19yr old daughter was little, not sure if this would have been for her due to all the older kids. My now almost 14 yr old son LOVES it but he is high activity, high energy, never stops type kid. When school is out this definately becomes kind of a middle school age "hang out". Third as some have posted if you are a germaphobe or first time parent with a little one you might want to avoid. I am sure there is every bacteria known to man here especially in the foam pits. Fourth if you like craft beer this place is literally spitting distance with some of the best in our area (which is most of the best in the county). Belching Beaver around the corner as is Iron Fist and other are under 2 miles. So get a designated driver, drop the kids and come back after 2 hours to pick up. For us in San Marcos this is GREAT as is so close and just big enough without being really overwhelming. If you are more than 10 miles south you might want to check out the ones that are in the Mira Mesa and south area which are a bit bigger. After becoming a "regular" at this place I cannot say enough good things about Get Air Vista. My daughter (now 2 1/2) is so excited when I tell her we are going to go jump! In order to compete with SkyZone (which just opened up in San Marcos) they have opened up the entire park to all ages (instead of having the toddlers in a small section). I am a stay at home mom and can come during the week when the older kids are in school so I haven't had any issues with large crowds. However, the toddler area is still only for toddlers so if parents are uncomfortable with their littles being in the main jumping area they can section them off in the toddler area which is still full of fun things (two trampolines and a foam pit). I LOVE that the whole park is open for my daughter to run and jump. The referee that is usually there during the day, named Evan, is super cool and very fun with the kids. I always see him chatting with the kids/parents but keeping things safe at the same time without being overly strict. Recently when I was there a huge group of Marines coming in to jump and he made a point to go around the entire facility and give a heads up to parents with young kids there was a large group coming in and to move to the toddler area if they were uncomfortable with their kids jumping in close proximity with large adults which I thought was very cool. Even though the prices have increased a dollar an hour (now $8/hr for toddlers and $15/hr for adults) I still don't mind paying it because I always have a fun experience at Get Air. I bought a punch card for my daughter because I take her so much and basically how it works is you buy 10 jump sessions and pay for 8. So for my daughter it cost $64 which in my opinion isn't bad. **UPDATE AS OF 4-2-15** I am beyond happy the owner of this place has decided to install AC. That was pretty much my only issue with this place and now I don't have to worry if it is hot outside! This facility also offers a lot of cool events like DJ nights and Two for Tuesdays where if you like their "Two for Tuesday" post on Facebook you pay for one hour and get an hour (for someone else) for free.
