Trampoline Park This is a place my daughter really loves to visit. It's a fun and generally clean place for kids to play and is very suitable for children to exercise and stay active. The staff members are very sweet, friendly, and helpful with the children, which I really appreciate. The parking area is spacious and makes it easy to find a spot. The restroom wasn't very clean, possibly because there were many kids and it was difficult to keep up with cleaning. However, since this is a place for children, I do hope the restrooms can be kept cleaner. Overall, it's a great place for kids to have fun and be active. read more

I took my two granddaughters to altitude trampoline park where their parents have a membership. It is amazing! The facility is 24,000 ft.². I see kids in here that can barely walk all the way to high school children that participate in all the unique areas. Something like this sure didn't exist when I was a kid. Parents can also participate with their kids if they wish but you need their socks to do it. The sessions are two hours long, lots of parking and for my grandkids, a fabulous place to burn off energy and develop great physical skills. read more

PROs: Nice large wide open space layout makes it easy to track your kids. Well thought out attractions. Clean. Very friendly and courteous employees. CONs: Way pricier than Skyzone including admission price model and food. No pizza, just snacks and drinks. Employees were few and far between monitoring the floor so some of areas such as dodgeball where tempers can flare between bigger kids had kids fighting and being way too rough. No free games, takes coins and they have a change machine at the front. For a newer looking place, coins is too retro and inconvenient. All in all it was a nice change up from sky zone so we will be going back with the kids sometimes. read more

I have been here twice, once for a birthday party and 3 weeks later with me and my same 5 year old. There is plenty of room but most Is delegated to the birthday parties depending on the day but I think there's also enough room in the jumping area as well. There are bigger kids that go into the toddler area which isn't cool but they jump on it right away, the employees. And are really nice and helpful. An older child did get rude and rough with my child and we stopped playing with them and found other kids to play with. So overall I like it a Lot. I had a ton of fun and the socks are expensive so keep them! 3.95 each. Skyzone is 5 dollars each! Good pricing here. read more

It's been great buying a membership here. We prefer early weekdays because it's safer for toddlers plus I like their small child section. It's nicely laid out and roomy. We came here for a 10 year old's birthday party. Our time was set for 145-345 on a Saturday afternoon. The way the party works is you check in, fill waivers if you didn't do so in advance, change into their socks, and go play! We had a private room, so we left our belongings in the party room. If you are a jumper, you need to wear their socks (no exceptions). If you're a non jumper you're able to walk around the tramp sections with your shoes on, you just can't jump on the tramps or play in the areas with jumpers. There are lots of designated areas for trampolines and various activities. Since I have 3 toddlers 4 and under, we stayed on the very right of the park where the littles are able to play without getting side swiped by the bigger kids. At first my kids were intimidated with all the running around and the bigger kids, but once they got the hang of the tramps, they were going full force. The area also had a big foam pit to jump in and a rock climbing area with foam pit. After about an hour of play time, the overhead announced that our party was ready to commence in the party room. We eat for 30 then back at for another 30 mins before your time is up. The 2 hours went very quickly and my kids didn't want to leave. It would be good for parties to last 3 hours vs 2. The lady who helped with the party was nice and attentive. The private room held about 25 people. It got real hot in there though. The circulation in the park is non-existent. It was so hot and humid inside. There needed to be fans or ceiling fans. We brought extra clothes for the kids to change into after running around for 2 hours. The park was cleaner than I imagined. Sure there could be some upgrades since there were foam pieces from the pit that were coming apart but I didn't feel that the equipment was super dirty. There are wipes and sanitizer at the entrance of the park so that is nice and helpful. My kids did end up with runny noses and coughs the next day or 2 which I expected, so load up your kids on Vit C prior to your visit. Recommend for a great time or for bday parties. read more

I didn't expect it to be this great. And after going to sky zone allot because it was the first that opened, now that someone told me about this place so I decided to try it out. It's so much better and bigger specially for little ones with allot of energy to run around. It's safe and very clean for toddlers, more games and extra play areas. The bathrooms were very clean and sanitized and the only thing that bothered me was that there's people one person who is dirty and keeps there mess in the bathroom. Literally gross. The staff were friendly and for our first time there we would be coming back again. I used to go here everyday but haven't went in months! But the place have been the exact same, so I will give 5 stars again.

This is a great place for younger kids because it's one big open area where you can look across the building. There's lots of different things- regular trampolines, climbing wall, foam pit, swing, dodgeball, and drop zone. Compared to Skyzone, it has a lot more very young kids running around and I would say with less supervision. It does have a tumble track for gymnasts to practice tumbling. However, there are always little kids running across the track unsupervised so there are near collisions each and every time. Checking in is pretty easy- make sure you sign the waiver at the kiosk or online so you don't hold up the line. Birthday parties are a pretty good value-- you can host a party for 10 kids or less and have pizza with 2 hours of jumping. They do offer a membership that provides almost unlimited access - you have to sign up for an entire year but if you use it, it's less than $20/mo. read more

My daughter seems to alway enjoy coming here. Lots of space to jump and play. It can be a little pricey if you don't come during one of their discounted hours (check their website) and if you plan to jump with your kids. Some of the areas have bigger, older kids which is intimidating for the younger kids. They can be aggressive and I wish their parents would watch them better. Otherwise, my daughter will tire out after an hour to an hour and a half. They do sell some snacks for the kids at the entrance, which is nice. You'll have to purchase some of their socks to jump and sign a liability waiver before jumping. read more

My boys love it here. We travel all the way from Escondido, passing another trampoline park on the way, just to come to this one. They say it's because it has a trapeze that they like a lot. What I like are the many resting areas for parents to sit in. I like their assortments of snacks, everything my kids would want to just around. We came here for a birthday once before and we really like the experience so we can back on our own. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of bathrooms and places to sit and let the kids be kids. Birthdays seem to be handled well here. When we came here for a birthday it was a nice experience. The staff does a good job of rounding the kids up for cake and ice cream. Parking is no problem here and it's easy to find and have a good time while the kiddos bounce their brains out. I do like their online booking system. It makes last-minute planning really simple and you can keep track of your waivers online, saving time and streamlining the experience and you are on your way to play in no time. I was very impressed with this park. My son and daughter-in-law booked this place for our grandsons birthday party. About 17 kids, and parents. The place is really clean. Very impressive considering how many people are using the place. Every piece of equipment is brightly colored and very appealing to the eye. With a birthday package you get pizza, not gourmet, but good quality and tasty. One of the things that impressed me was they provide a host with the party. These people were really nice to have as a resource. A go to person. They brought the pizza up. Served it to everyone and made sure things were run smooth. I have had a membership for over a year now, and I've seen many improvements at the park that my family and I love, especially the new kids' area. I brought my extended family along, and my grandparents, who couldn't speak English, were assisted by a wonderful woman named Allie. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that she could speak Spanish. She kindly explained the waivers and wristbands to them in spanish. We were also allowed to bring outside food, which made the day even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a blast! There was two girl's named Abby & Nate who helped my oldest child when they thought they might have hurt their ankle after a fall. Thankfully, it turned out to be nothing serious. It's a fun place but it's no longer safe on neon nights if they continue to let older high schooler kids run wild. Some of the employees let big kids run and it's dangerous for smaller kids that are actually following the rules. I was just there and a big kid ran straight into me and I fell on my bottom hard, I felt a little dizzy after words. They didn't do anything about it. Also an employee told a parent to move out of the way because those high schoolers were going to be playing tag. This place is full of all ages and I honestly don't think they should let them play tag cause small kids can get hurt. There is a lot of what if and one is what if a pregnant person got tackled down or a smaller kid. So just please take this in consideration because I would not like my daughter or anyone else getting injured worse. read more

I had never been to this establishment before, because all my kids are grown and I would have no reason to. However, I was there this past Sunday with my granddaughter who was invited to a birthday party (and I tagged along). I felt it was fairly crowded initially, in the entry / reception / table setting area, but once I realized how large the interior park area was it did not feel that way. Check in, at least for the organized party, was a breeze and done quickly. There was plenty of space for the kids, and few adults letting their inner kid come out, to frolic and run around. It was fairly loud inside, with the music playing and kids hooting and hollering (aka screaming and yelling). The private party room was well organized, but I don't really know if it was due to the birthday boy's parents / friends or the staff or both. After the kids bounced around for awhile they announced over the loud speakers it was time to eat and celebrate. Afterwards the kids got to bounce around some more until the arranged two hours was complete. Most, but not all, of the staff were teenager types. Everyone I interacted with, including on the floor and at the snack bar, were amicable. A couple of young employees were busy keeping the place clean, while others were on the floor monitoring the jumping areas and pits. Speaking of the snack bar, I thought the prices were quite reasonable compared to what my expectations were when I walked up to get an Icee drink (something I had not had in years). Overall I though the place was well run and organized. If I had little ones of my own and lived within driving distance I would bring them here. We recently cancelled our memberships because the owners don't foster a safe environment for the little ones. They advertise on their website that weekdays are for children under 5 only, but they don't enforce it. In fact, the workers had no idea what I was talking about when I brought it up. Additionally, they recently remodeled to have an area that is supposed to be for kids under 48 inches only. Again, the workers don't enforce it. The owner doesn't enforce it. I spoke with the owner directly. I witnessed several larger kids bowl over toddlers. A kid is going to be seriously hurt or even killed for their wrecklessness. read more

My boys had a really good time at this trampoline park. We purchased a 2 hour pass. They got tired and I thought they wanted to leave early they ended up going the whole time. Some key points: * clean facility * friendly staff * affordable family fun * staff wasn't harassing them to get out at exactly the time. They went a few minutes over and I got them out. We were visiting from LA and brought my 3 year old daughter here last Friday 2/7. It was our first time here and she really enjoyed the trampolines. The venue was clean and the manager and most staff were wonderful, with the exception of Yuna who was incredibly rude to us and insensitive to my daughter who is autistic. Working at a place for jumping, which is a sensory need for many kids with disabilities, may not be the place for her. I understand that the toddler section is new so there were some issues there as far as older/bigger kids shoving smaller children and running through the area, making it unsafe for little ones. There is a height limit, but the sign does say 6 and under, which I think would be better enforced regardless of height, as older kids are much stronger and play tougher. Perhaps assigning a different color sticker to differentiate between older and younger kids upon entering would help resolve this issue. I witnessed a mother and grandparent there that complained about this to the manager as well during our visit. My issue was specifically with the staff member Yuna. My daughter was in the toddler area and there is a very small slide on the floor where she was playing alone and climbing up, then a kid who was clearly too big for that area was coming in and started to shove her out of the way. I came and said excuse me to make sure he wouldn't hurt her and saw Yuna just watching. I asked her if she could help monitor keeping the older kids out of the area as my daughter was getting trampled and she said "well she shouldn't be going up." I said that shouldn't matter as the boy saw her there and she is much smaller, to which she responded "yes it does." I said no it doesn't he can see her and shouldn't even be here and she again rolled her eyes and responded "yes it does." I saw plenty of small children going up and down that smaller slide, not just my daughter, but needless to say that doesn't warrant her being shoved or trampled. If a pedestrian jay walks, does that mean a driver should run them over? No. There needs to be better monitoring of the toddler area, and Yuna needs to be trained on her customer service and care with kids in general. Maybe even a sensitivity training. She seemed to just be careless overall, rude, and honestly looked dazed. I will say we did have a good experience with the other staff there. The manager seemed like she was on top of things, and the younger gentleman monitoring the toddler play area earlier that day was also good. I would have brought this to the manager's attention that day but we were on our way out, and I didn't want to bother her with it as she seemed very busy. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would come back again in the future, though I hope they come up with wither better monitoring or enforcing age restrictions to the smaller play area. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! I come here a lot every week and it is the best place exercise, and it's so fun. It's a great place to make friends and socialize. The employees are all amazing, and always so nice! There are lots of things to do and usually lots of people to hang out with! This is definitely a great place to bring your kids when they are bored! It's also a great activity that's fun and pulls them away from screens. I've seen reviews about the sock policy that Altitude has. In their defense, they need to have these socks in order to keep kids safe. They are always worried about your child's safety! They want you and your kid to have a safe and fun visit. Another reason they have the socks is to give you better grip on the trampolines. Without them, you wouldn't be able to jump very high. You would also slip much easier without the grip socks. I'm not trying to hate, just telling the truth! Parents, this is the place to bring your kids! If they want to go more than once, get a membership! It is 100% worth it! You would be paying around $20 a month (per kid)! They could go everyday for two hours, which is more than enough. Going a single time is $20 (per kid) for the two hours. If you don't want to be paying over $100 a month to go, get a membership!! There are a lot of benefits. The whole park is usually very clean and tidy. There are lots of sanitizing stands around the park. There is also lots of seating for parents and tired out kids. There's a nice snack bar, and their ICEEs are AMAZING. We booked a party with pizza and drinks included... The person who had checked us in told us where to go and that our hostess will be right with us. The kiddos started jumping, 45 minutes still no hostess... On the 50 minute mark I finally approached the registry asking for our pizzas and waters, I told her nobody has been at our table at all and we didn't know who our hostess was. She was apologetic and stated that she'll personally find out who and get us some service. 20 minutes past, still no waters for the kids or pizza... went back to the registry, and told a new girl the situation and the "party host" over heard and gave me the excuse of no one telling her that we were there and that she was busy with her other parties upstairs. Well she drops off the drinks and pizza and was never seen again. I understand this establishment is busy, my children enjoys coming here... but when some one books ahead of time for a party you folks should be ready. read more

We paid the $51 for three of us to jump. We previously had the socks. My four year old got badly injured and wound up at the ER with a broken bone. What's so insane about my experience is as follows: after my daughter was crying and hurt I was carrying her out and an employee stops me and begins to berate me about a wristband. She didn't realize I had paid to jump and had a sticker. Once she realized her mistake she said I'm sorry and waved her hand and walked away. The way she spoke to me over something so trivial was an attack and made me so uncomfortable and while I was holding my injured kid none the less. She needed to be offering assistance for my injured child, an ice pack ECT not questioning my wristband. After handling the most important thing, my hurt child...I called them to speak about this they "manager" didn't give me her name. Refused to refer me to the owner and offered a half sincere apology. What a fun place to get your jump on! First thing first if you had not been here, a waiver must be completed for each person entering. This can be done at the kiosk located to your right as you enter the building. Once completed you will get a printed ticket that you will bring to the cashier. Select an option that fits your visit for the day. * You will need to use their special socks so be prepared to spend a few bucks * On the lower floor is where you will you remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubicle. They have plenty of tables on this level. Near the registers you will find drinks, ice cream DOT's, and Icee's for purchase. On the second level is the large padded area where the trampoline fun begins! You will be amazed at the layout. There are a few benches on this level. From this level you could also see another seating area (third level). Maybe this could be additional area used for party packages. You will want to keep a close eye on your little ones, for all ages are enjoying, jumping around. It's a lot of fun and you will sweat more then the kids if you dare to jump in on the fun. We LOVE this place. I take my 4 year old here every day so he can get his energy out and get some exercise. The people that work here are seriously amazing. Always welcoming, always watching the kids making sure they are being safe. I've been to other trampoline parks where the staff doesn't focus on preventing accidents so it's really nice to know how safe it is here. Cameron is one of the staff members and every time we walk in he yells my son's name and makes him feel so welcomed.. he doesn't just watch he always engages with all the kids and plays tag and all sorts of games with then.
