Waited legit 25 mins for our drinks and 5 other people that ordered AFTER us got their drinks only for me to asked for a refund and their excuse was that they were refilling the syrups and stuff. Okay so you're telling me the other 5 people had enough ingredients for their drinks but not mine? The personnel that run this Boba shop are very professional and you can tell they love sharing their passion with others. My entire family loves taking little trips here to get all kinds of different drinks. My personal favorite is the Vietnamese Coffee. Called in advance for two drinks, and ended up waiting at the store for 30 minutes. People behind us in line were getting their drinks before us and then the drinks came out warm. They're brand new so I am trying to be constructive, not harsh. I feel like maybe it could be helpful. I'll definitely frequent them because they have one of my favorite drinks- I've only tried the Thai tea with boba which is delicious. However I ordered a smoothie for my kid and it separated into a foamy substance on top of liquid. At first it tasted good but after it sat for 10-15 minutes it wasn't very appealing. Also, I'm not sure how I feel about the deep fried chicken that is offered. I may be sensitive to smells, but the smell of fried food lingered and I didn't think it belonged in a cute specialty drink shop. This place was great! I ordered the fries with cheese powder and a taro milk tea and they were delicious. Everything was fresh and the service was great! I have been searching for the best milk tea/boba place in jacksonville for some time now and by far this is the one of the best places I have been to to this day. I had their Thai Milk tea with boba pearls and my husband got their mango milk tea with boba as well. They are on soft opening right now and have limited flavors, but I tell you its still a good variety of flavors to choose from. You can also customize your own toppings other than your typical boba pearl. They have pudding, and other else. You can also choose your own sweetness level, if you are a sweet tooth or not you can still enjoy it. If you have difficulties in making your own boba flavor or mixture the owner is nice enough to help you out. Oh, also a huge plus their cups and straws are made from renewable resources.
