It's a great schedule of work-outs every week from Zumba, Cardio Dance, Hip Hop- these classes have me singing and dancing all day. If you really want a workout- then try Ripped and Force. Pi-Yo is a blend of pilates and yoga- not my favorite class- but my body needs it. Sonia's Barre Burn class always has me sore the next day. I love the flexibility of taking different classes and they are always learning new work outs to add or new dances to the work outs. Don't worry if you can't dance- I am not a dancer and I am always in back trying to get the moves down- but since I started going - I feel better about myself and find that I really enjoy working out. The best thing about Spark is there is a class for everyone! If you live in Evergreen - check out Spark Fitness. I am glad I did. The Zumbathon party they had was one of the best events in Evergreen. I hope there is another one soon!

I've skied for fifty five…read moreyears, I've cycled in Class One amateurs back in the 1980s, I've run marathons and ultras, I've lifted weights, I've done Ashtanga yoga and Bikram or hot yoga or whatever its called these days, Soulcycle type stuff, boot camps, trail running and more. But Crossfit is the real deal, I think I might stay with this for a while, and home will be Crossfit Evergreen. It's a great place to start your Crossfit journey whether you are a beginner or expert. As a beginner at age 60 I so appreciate the honest clarity from the owner Mike on what to do, how to do it and how much to do as we scale those WODs to this beginner. Cannot recommend highly enough!
