Rosa is so rude and unhelpful that my wife avoids the bakery department completely! I, on the other hand, will not let one rude and unprofessional employee keep me from any department in that store. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.

Business reselling Amish items. Prices seem well below retail on the few items they carry but produce and such fresh items are only passable and look to have seen better days. It is a free standing building, located within the strip mall in downtown Bartlett. Because the building was newly built, they modeled it as the new generation of Aldi stores and it set-up exactly the same way as the store that recently opened near our home in Long Beach, CA. It's a very modern store, with a ton of self checkout lines. They still have the quarter-enabled shopping carts (you need a quarter to unlock a shopping cart, and you get it back when you return it), but now they accept credit cards. The prices are still really good, and it had probably the best selection of meat and produce I've seen at an Aldi. It had a good selection of gourmet cheeses, and even picked up a couple bottles of their house brand of wine (Winking Owl).
