Ryan was terrific and really took the time to ensure my daughters 2nd piercing in her ears were perfectly aligned. He was super friendly and showed us all the sterilization procedures they have in place. My daughter has been wanting to get her ears pierced for awhile. One of my friends had recommended this place. We went on a Saturday around 1 and waited for half an hour, they were very busy. The guy doing it was so nice. My daughter started getting teary eyed during the prep and the guy distracted her with questions about her life. Horrible customer service, I only wanted to buy a pair of earrings and the owner who saw me with my Mom on Morhers Day, waiting... didn't tell me that he had a client with him doing a piercing. 30 minutes later I asked him how long was he going to see me, he said, "Well I don't know, I have three clients before you for piercings." Came here with my friend to each get a helix piercing, everything went smooth, everyone was nice and the guy who pierced me was funny and had good customer service. It was 50$ with jewelry which is pretty much right in the middle price range, it's cheaper at my usual spot but I really liked the stud they used so I'm probably gonna come back for the other ear. Norm did my surface piercing and took care of me like I was his own family. I later got a minor infection (NOT DUE TO ANYONE'S FAULT BUT MINE) and I came in and Janet "yelled" at me for always playing for with my piercing and told me to stop touching it. She cared about me enough to show me some tough love to get me to stop! She took me to the back, cleaned it for me and gave me some stuff to take home with me. What a sweetheart! Got my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced here. Called ahead to make sure they were open and able to pierce children's ears. When we arrived, our piercer seemed weirded out that we would want to get our service there and he was visibly nervous to work on a little girl. My other kids got a kick out of the inappropriate artwork on the walls, ha! It was a good experience, her ears healed up extremely well - MUCH better than her older sister who I took to Claire's. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and it wasn't uncomfortably crowded. First, they checked to make sure our belly buttons were okay to get pierced. We signed the appropriate forms and chose our jewelry. Our piercer was Janet. She remained friendly but professional the whole time. She was really meticulous when marking us. When it came to the piercing, it was quick and painless. Afterwards she told us how to take care of it, how long it takes to heal, what not to use, etc. etc. She asked if we had any questions, gave us printed out information about the piercing, cleaned up the area, and then we paid. I came here to get both of my tragus' pierced. They were doing some remodeling, but the guys there were both super friendly and made me laugh and feel comfortable. The piercing hurt (naturally), but they took their time and made sure I was ready to pierce the second one after piercing the first. My traguses healed perfectly; no infections and no cysts (which are common for those piercings). The only reason that I knocked off one star is because I later found out they pierced me a little too close to my face. It doesn't bother me too much unless I try to put headphones in and smile; I can kind of feel them on my cheeks. read more

Service was quick and I didn't need an appointment. Got my nose pierced (3rd time in general, 1st time here). Price was $47 and included basic jewelry; they have a few slightly more upgraded options for $50 total (but they weren't much different). Procedure was easy, sanitary and painless. Great experience in that regard. I only rate 3 stars because the piercer was complaining most of the time about personal (and business) matters and it made me super uncomfortable. I heard lots of great things about their staff and it's a bummer the experience could have been improved. A problem I've always experienced with nose piercings, I get a keyloid (pimple type irritation) right next to the puncture. I still got it this time around, so I ended up removing the jewelry and it went away completely within a week (with daily tea tree oil treatment). Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be trying to keep it again - just too much work for me personally. read more

Get My Point is a great piercing place! I am a bit of a perfectionist, so when I made the decision to get my piercings I did lots of research on different shops. I knew about Get my Point from a friend who recommended them, but wanted to look around first. I talked to different piercers and understood how each pierced their customers, also asked about how clean and sterile everything they used was, and also found out what their process was for ensuring a sterile environment. I finally decided on Get my Point and am glad I did! They made me feel most comfortable with moving forward with my choice since the piercer was very knowledgeable and had the best answers to all my questions. There is a reason they have such a high Yelp Rating on here! When I came in for my piercing appointment, I wanted to browse their wide selection of jewelry and talked with one of the piercing apprentices who had lots of piercings of her own. Since I had never pierced anything other than my ears before, I was a bit timid, but she helped calm my nerves while I waited. The piercer was very patient with me and went through the trouble of explaining the whole piercing process and told me what I should expect as far as pain (I was bit reluctant) and healing. I am glad I went through with it because my piercings are perfectly placed and symmetrical. They have also healed perfectly without any complications. It is a great place to get pierced since they are professional, clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. As long as you follow the simple instructions given by Get My Point, your piercings should easily heal. From my research prior to piercing, I know that most people who get an infection are usually a direct result of them not caring for their piercings according to the after-care instructions.
