Fantastic Not only did they spare my white recently remodeled bathroom and not drag the electric snake into the house, they didn't take out the toilets and ran it through the roof (the hole in the pipe was tried first but no luck). They got the clog out, patched the hole and came back the next day. I always had water and sewer. And they even checked to make sure my kitchen was good. He took credit card. Very friendly and professional. And according to the neighbors, I got off CHEAP. So call these guys. They're fantastic. Finally I called A1 American and had to pay $179 just for them to come look at it and it took them all day to get here because they don't schedule appointment times! Once they were here they quoted me over a thousand dollars to snake my toilet. I got back on google and google recommended Buchanan's Plumbing. Great reviews and known for their honesty and affordable pricing. Called him up, he quoted less than half of what A1 was going to charge me! So, I paid A1 the 179 for coming and sent them on their way. Buchanans was here in 30 minutes. Had it fixed in a couple hours because the job was slightly more complicated than they thought it would be. But the price didn't change! And they're super nice, very friendly. He actually cleaned the bathroom when he was done! Scrubbed the floor, put everything back better than it was! He even put shims under our cabinet because he noticed it was leaning forward. Incredible! Even with what I had to pay A1, Buchanan ended up still being cheaper than what A1 quoted me. And I know they did a better job. Hands down! I'm SO GRATEFUL for finding Buchanan!
