The company responded within a day, scheduled me quickly, and their pricing was more than reasonable. It's refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, fair, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Brad was outstanding from start to finish. He came out to help with my HVAC installation involving a pre-charged line set and immediately demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and professionalism. What really stood out was that he didn't just complete the work--he took the time to educate me throughout the process. He thoroughly explained how the system worked, why certain decisions were being made, and answered every question I had with patience and honesty. Rather than having me spend unnecessary money, Brad was able to professionally install my new line set while utilizing the existing copper line I already had, saving me money without sacrificing quality. He also installed a brand-new condensate drain line with a clean-out, making the system much easier to maintain in the future. On top of that, he offered valuable advice on properly encapsulating my crawl space and HVAC system to improve efficiency and protect the equipment over the long term. As a retired Air Force Major, I have worked with professionals in many different fields over the years, and I can honestly say Brad exemplifies integrity, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service. Our HVAC went out, wasn't cool in our home and we were just about to start into a heat wave that is still continuing at this moment. They were able to fit us in the following day. We were extremely grateful for a quick turnaround. Their communication throughout the entire process was amazing. We would get a text here a text there, a call from the tech letting us know that he was on his way and after everything was done, we received another text. Our technician Matthew V. did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything. He really was great, a hard worker and patient. We were quoted $90 for them to come out and take a look at our HVAC . I respect that. Their time is precious. I look at this as the same thing if you were to get your haircut or go to the nail salon. If you cancel on them per their cancellation policy, you have to pay a fee so by having a fee for them to come out and take a look I think is understandable. Ryan entered my told me there was a leak on my AC unit most likely because of pipe which AC guys normally fix and says he's not fixing it. Call a plumber proceeds to go into my backyard and break the fuse connection to the outside unit and tell me he's not fixing that either. Why the hell do I need a company to come out and ruin my freaking house and do nothing except complain to me with no fix. I am never letting these people step back on my property ever again unless it is to finish doing the job they started and actually give a service worth value. Definitely will not be using their plumbing services. Had to pay 90 bucks just to get an estimate. All they had to do was install a water supply line for a fridge. That's all. Then 600 bucks later, including the 90 bucks, I have a Hugh hole in my wall. Guy said nothing about they do not repair sheet rock. If I knew this up front, never would've used them. And if they do "Home services ", have their sheet rock guy fix it. Nope, makes to much sense. Nothing in the invoice mentions not doing sheet rock. Just disclaimer about future damage that might incur. Here's what they leave me to repair. Ridiculous! read more

The install staff is very nice. And of course they're gonna be nice when they're taking $18,000 however, the post-install customer service sucks! If you call after hours you get stuck in a black hole with the AI automated response. There is no way to get someone to call you back even in an emergency situation. If your unit happens to need repair Monday thru Friday 7 am to 7pm. Otherwise you're out of luck! DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Purchased 2 separate maintenance plan for my personal home and rental property at a cost of $210 each. Now this plan sounded amazing and exactly what I needed??? NOT! BEWARE! I had them go to my rental to replace the handler PLASTIC pan which is approx. $30 to $90 They quoted me $675 after my 10% discount. Which bring to average hourly rate to approx. $275 and hour. I was told they needed to techs to replace the plastic pan, which was fine with me, until I got the hourly rate. I feel bad for people who have no idea or limited funds that they are being charged these ridiculous hourly rate. Wait there is more......when I spoke to the service manager he kept telling me it was a standard pricing that they use for all customers. Just remember they chg. $275 per hour.......but as the service manager said your job is under warranty (for their own work) which is put into that RIDICULOUS rate. Needless to say I demanded a refund for both of the service plans I purchased. They might be nice and do an amazing job but they will charge you for it. Good luck read more

Difficult to work with. They did not want to timely fix there mistakes. Sign up to get device plans on my HVAC's in cladding an oil furnace. The tech worked on it including replacing fuel filter. It ran once and did not heat agin after first cycle. Called first thing in morning, and answering service said I would be call after 7. When talking with them they appeared to have no rush to fix the mistake than was done the day before. First told 3 to 5 pm that tech would come back. At 1020 they called again and told it would now be the next day. After pushing they found another tech to come out after 2pm. When your tech does not properly do the job on bleeding the fuel oil line and causes the heat to fail and push back on fixing it is poor service. read more

Regretfully, not the response I had expected based on Worley's reputation in town. I had set up an appointment to get an estimate to either seal my current duct work or replace it, I was given a specific two hour window. The day of the appointment, I received multiple calls and texts asking me to change the time. When I called into the office, I was then told there was not a change. Later in the day I received another text asking me if I was available "right now". I again called in and the girl I spoke to said the tec could be there in 30 mins. I dropped what I was doing and arrived at home within 20 mins of the call. The tec showed 40 mins later. I fully understand a young man trying to make a living (good on him) but with no certifications and less than a year on the job, I was presented two quotes: one to use mastic to seal up the ducts "like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound" (his words) at a cost of just over a grand or whole system replace at $10.5k! $90 down range to get that news..... read more

Worley's took care of encapsulation of our crawl space. The service was great, installation seamless. Good communication on arrival and departing. A couple concerns. We are a small certified clean farm. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on our property. I shared this with the scheduler and asked if it would be a problem for the workers. I was assured the request would be respected. The main install person, Josh I think, continued to use his vaping device the entire project. I collected four cigarette butts from my driveway and the last person to arrive showed up with a lit cigarette in hand. When I met him in the driveway and asked him to put it out his replay was, "oh yeah, they said you had a bunch of animals". Next, I am not sure why a hydrangea had to be dug up and replanted. I don't believe your work areas include landscaper. Lastly Worley should consider an emergency call system as Worley's left us without hot water all night and the next day. As a mistake was made by the electrician. just a few things to consider if considering using g Worley's. read more

We hired Worley for a bumming issue. The technician came yesterday afternoon. He said, he will work on the issue but if whatever he's doing doesn't fix the issue,he'll not charging me. Next morning, the same thing happens again.when we called him and finally he came. He wants to charge us another $400. To do exactly what he did before. With no guarantee that it will work. This site was given by the company for review and here's mine. This is nothing personal but a fact based review. The project was to install a new AC, Coil, furnace, second zone downstairs, an attic fan, installing another vent in FROG, and fixing some issues they found in my attic. This was scheduled to be completed in 2 days (Thursday and Friday.) --Mason and Andrew came out but they were unable to finish the scheduled work in 2 days. They had to come back on Monday in the following week. I had to call out from work that day. -- Before they left for the day on the second day (Friday), they said they finished everything except a FROG vent and an attic fan installation, but after they left I found out they didn't install a new thermostat upstairs and left my old one. This tells me either they failed to check on the thermostats to make sure the system was running properly or they did not install the new thermostat purposely. I saw they had brought two thermostats with them on the first day so they should've noticed what they installed/or not when they took one back to the shop with them. I called the office immediately when I found this out. -- On the third day (Monday), Mason reset the downstairs thermostat for the newly installed second zone. Now it's set for 70F (@9am). The temperature on monitor says 76F. I had set it for 78F before Mason reset it but left it at 70 because I thought he was testing it. They left for the day in late morning after completing all the jobs. At 4:49 pm I looked at the thermostat. It was still set for 70F and the temperature was 76F. It was obviously not responding to the newly installed second zoning system. At 7:19 pm it went up to 77F. Obviously they didn't install it correctly. I sure did call the office to let them know that. -- On the same day Mason said they could not install a FROG vent because the space was too tight for them. They said they would not charge for it today and I could reschedule for it with other workers who could perform that work (per their manager Cory). I asked Mason and Andrew if there were anyone who could complete this job. They both said yes so I believed and agreed. I paid down payment and they left on Monday. I called the office to schedule for a FROG vent installation. The office lady now tells me the manager says they have nobody to do the job and they took the charge off the invoice and that was all they could do. ...That was not what Mason told me. I believe I was fooled and lied by them so that they could collect the money from me. -- On the fourth day (Tuesday) a technician Kevin came to fix the downstairs thermostat but was unable to do so. He said the office would send someone else with a different code for it maybe next day and left. I have been waiting for a call from them to get my wrongly installed downstairs thermostat fixed for 3 days now but there is nothing from them. I had already called them many times when they said they would so this time I will not. It seems there's no appropriate communication between workers and other employee/managers. I felt like I was between the technicians and office people/ managers communicating for them. read more

Our second floor HVAC stopped cooling. Inside fan was running but found the fan in the outside unit was not running. Pulled the fuses then reinstall them which after the time delay, resulted in the fan working and inside unit putting out cool air again. Called Worley's that evening leaving a message with their answering service. A short time later, a member of Worley's called me and set up an appointment for Tyler to respond the next day between 1100-1300. At approximately 0945, Tyler called and said he was running ahead and asked if okay to be at our house at 1030. Tyler arrived at 1030, checked the panel for an error message then did a complete check of the system which resulted in it checking out okay. Tyler was very informative, keeping me informed of test results. He also informed me of what to do when the outside unit fan faults out again. read more
