They are spread around the metro area so you shouldn't have to go too far. We have used this location a few times in the past but it has been a while. There is no appointment needed but they also include the ability to sign up online to hold your place in the walk-in line. It also shows you how long the estimated wait time is. When you arrive you need to sign in at the counter or by using the kiosk nearby. Then you have a seat and check the electronic screen showing your place in line. I have never experienced longer wait times than they originally estimated. I have used the online system but mostly I just show up. The staff, including the doctors and nurses, are all professional, polite, and very competent in my experience; they quickly discuss your issue and get to the cause and solutions.

I've heard lots of horror stories about urgent care centers, but wow! My experience was great! The place was clean, modern, and the desk staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was taken in within 5 minutes and the medical assistant was also very nice and efficient. I did not see Dr. Naoumi, but a very sweet physician's assistant poked her head no sooner than I sat down. She said she could see me if I was willing because the doctor does not like patients to have to wait. How refreshing! She assessed the issue quickly and I was in and out in no time! I was, in total, in this place less than 30 minutes. I don't even get in and out of my regular doctor's office that fast. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.

I've been a patient at this practice for several years and had been taking the same long-term…read moreprescription without any issues. Originally, my prescription was for 1 1/2 pills, which meant I had to split a pill each day. At my last routine physical, I mentioned to Dr. Kastl that I had been taking 2 pills instead because it wasn't always convenient to cut them, and the difference in dosage was minimal. She agreed and officially changed my prescription to 2 pills. Six months later, when I requested a refill, I was told I had to schedule a medication check before it would be approved. I scheduled and attended the appointment, which lasted about five minutes and involved no meaningful discussion or changes to my treatment. The following week, I received a $150 bill for that brief visit. I contacted Dr. Kastl multiple times to express my concern and pointed out that, based on my understanding of Michigan law and federal guidelines, the medication I take does not require a mandatory six-month follow-up. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or showing any empathy, my messages were dismissed by simply stating "it's our policy". In this situation, patient care took a back seat to billing. After being a loyal patient for years, I was extremely disappointed by how this was handled. I will not be returning to this practice and would encourage others to carefully consider their options when choosing a primary care provider.

Before heading in, I called to make sure they did stitches because I know not every urgent care does, they said yes right away, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was absolutely amazing. The receptionist was so kind, calming, and comforting during such a stressful moment. The assistant who brought my husband back to clean and sterilize his hand was just as caring and genuine. You could truly tell they cared about their patients. They got us in within about 15 minutes of signing in, which was incredible considering how deep the cut was. Madonna came in and stitched up his finger, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made what could've been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable and reassuring. The entire staff turned a stressful situation into a huge relief for us. I would honestly come back here in a heartbeat for anything, whether it's an injury, a cold, or anything else.
