I've taken my kids here a few times and went in myself once. The service at the front desk is friendly and relatively quick, and the medical staff gets in to see you quicky. They do a good job on the exam, listen to your symptoms, and ask good follow up questions. Meds are called in quicky if you choose to use a pharmacy other than the on site on. The wait time was a bit longer than desired but it is a walk in urgent care, you cannot expect to be in and out within 40 minutes. Definitely come here over the other spots. This is the only urgent care I'll ever visit. All members of the staff are extremely friendly and the providers are professional. I had a wonderful experience with John, the PA, he is highly competent and I felt that I was in great hands. Normally when you visit an urgent care they try to get you in and out ASAP and there's always a long wait. This was not the case here. I didn't wait long at all and John was still apologizing for the minimal wait. When he entered my room he was extremely efficient and personable. What I appreciated the most was the professionalism that John displayed. He contacted me with my test results and made sure that my prescription was sent in and received by the pharmacy. I have never received such personal and quality care from an urgent care. I usually dislike them because it feels so inpersonal, but this one is truly amazing. If I could make John my PCP, I would! I have also been to their Madison Heights location in the past and that one is great too. There was a slightly longer wait there, but this location just opened up. This location is brand new, clean, and beautiful! I definitely recommend this location and the Madison Heights one, as I haven't been to any of the others. John is an amazing provider. Although, I'm sure the other providers and locations are great too. read more

I hurt my hand/wrist at work. Normally I'm not a wuss and tough it out but I was concerned that I broke a bone. That is what led me to this urgent clinic. Showed up and explained that I wanted X-rays to make sure my hand/wrist wasn't broken. Great staff with a very knowledgeable doctor. No breaks and the doc sent me on my way with a Velcro style splint. The doc also recommended a hand specialist but after wearing the hand brace for a week or so I was back 100%. read more

I walked in not feeling well. Obviously. I have been fighting what I thought were allergies for the week. We get in, I get the paperwork and sit down. Thankfully it took all of about 5 minutes to do. I sat for a half hour watching the girl struggle to put my insurance In. Now, I don't have a ton of patience when it comes to stuff like this.. and when I'm sick.. I have zero. Other people that came in after me were being seen and gone. So I approach the girl trying to figure out my insurance. (It's not off the wall insurance- it's a plan based out of Ohio and reprised and paid out through Aetna.) She couldn't verify the insurance. I called the number followed the prompts. I asked for their office manager, I was irate. I am an office manager and if one of my employees were holding up patient flow there would be some issues. Finally, the office manager who was also the PA-C. He came out and I let him have it. I felt bad but come on. I felt like utter crap and the girl just had absolutely no idea what she was doing. He brought me into a room and apologized. Just a minute later another MA and another guy- I don't even know what he did or his title came in to do the test. I will say every person after the receptionist diffused the situation. I was fine once seen but man when someone doesn't know what they are doing and they are not actively asking for help.. but, test came back positive. Came for a covid 19 PCR test, they asked for my insurance which I only had a picture of. They pulled me aside and said that my insurance did not cover a Covid test and asked me to pay out of pocket. I have United Healthcare which is inside their network, and Covid tests are covered by my insurance whether or not the urgent care is within my network. I paid 125$ out of pocket when it should have been covered. I feel like I was taken advantage of, I'm currently investigating this company with my insurance provider. My husband and I had gone on 11-15-21 for his coughing and weakness I had head congestion DR. Kristina Dabli believed he had covid 19 we both taken both tests she also asked what my issues were I told her and after she felt he may have the virus she left the room. I had to ask the MA could you get her she didn't check me out . Now today 11-17-21 I took my daughter who has special needs seen by Dr. J Poule she has coughing no fever but a little dizziness & maybe UTI she takes both covid tests Dr. Poules never check her inner ears or blood pressure seemed as if when he read she had been around someone with covid then he leaves then ask what CVS location for the script I notice on both visits I didn't see anyone of my ethnicity it concerns me how they were so abrupted and distance with us. then I'm already stressed waiting for my daughter's first rapid test results Guess what the HELL happens after waiting for 2hrs they emailed her someone else name and birthday with their test results I'm Appalled!! I'm posting here and reporting somewhere else that was my first visit through a referral of another urgent care location because they didn't test at their location. Chris W. read more

Took my 2.5 year old daughter here after being sick for over 9 days for the doctor to not even listen to her lungs or look in her throat to determine if any diagnostic tests were needed. He checked her ears and she was upset and irritable and she's been not feeling well, said he couldn't see as wax was obstructing and just proceeded to prescribe antibiotics. I'm not sure how dr martinovski can consider himself a doctor when he can not properly even fully assess a child. read more

These people could give lessons on efficiency and professionalism. We were looking for last minute Covid PCR tests for travel as CVS canceled on us 10 minutes before our appointments. We drove to a number of places that were either closed or not taking walk-ins. We called Get Well first and they answered quickly, said they could take us and we'd get our results tomorrow. We got there and were taken care of in 20 minutes. These guys are rock stars. read more

Very clean and professional office. My pediatricians office couldn't get me in, so I came here and they quickly diagnosed my daughters ear infection and got us started on antibiotics quickly! PA was very knowledgeable, and I got a follow up call which really impressed me. I saw all the rooms getting sanitized which put me at ease.
