He listened to all of my concerns. He aplogized for my bad experience and I feel it was sincere. I thought I was dealing with the owner when I first questioned the work. I was not. It was an employee who no longer works there. He reimbursed me for the parts and talked about his business model and how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel like my part in this was that I didn't verify who I was speaking to and didn't ask enough questions. This was really weighing on me- and I truly worried about losing my bumper. I feel like that is not going to happen and feel relieved that this is resolved. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop, and would use it,(hopefully I won't need bodywork), in the future.

I need to check my RAM 2500. It showed engine lights and codes and it ran rough and loud. Towed it…read moreover with AAA in no time. They ran a diagnostic. 179 $. A little spendy and it is not credited towards the bill, which I was not so happy about. But, they found what the problem was the same day and called before digging deeper into the engine. It was a bigger problem than expected and none of the 3 technician I spoke with before mentioned that the noise could come from there. I gave the ok to fix it. What is not great is that of that over 700 $ was labor! 200 $ or so in parts and then I was charged 25 $ for shop supplies ( that I found ridiculous). But, I guess that is what is done today. The problem was fixed and a smaller issue taken care off by the GM who was not only friendly but seemed more than experienced. 75 $ AAA discount was applied as posted on AAA website. My truck is running and I am ready for a longer road trip and feel confident it will be running well. Very friendly service, clean shop all the way. Labor costs are high. I think they are not justifiable. But compared to dealerships like Firkins or Gettel, shops like Begley are a bargain ( compared to those). Thing is, there is nothing you can do about that. I will take my business to this shop from here on because the way the staff took care of my things and the GM Jason did excellent customer service. With a 3 year labor warranty I feel pretty good about riding my car through the states. Oh, and I certainly will bring my oil change to them :).
