    If I could give zero stars I would. So I called this dealership about my radiator fluid leaking. I dropped my Serento off and before I could pick it up I was getting calls from the salesmen there telling me service is telling them my car needs a new transmission so it maybe best to trade it in instead. I knew it was time for a trade in as I was in a 2020 however transmission problems when I came in for the radiator is a long stretch. They kept my car overnight and I had to pay for a rental through them for them to not fix the issue I called in for but an out right lie to get me to purchase a new vehicle through them. So while all of this is going on over in services, you have Syndney their salesperson running my credit for a base model Sorento that I never even wanted to look at. By the time all was said and done the manager came out and said due to my transmission issues now my vehicle isn't worth trading in and they could offer me no trade in amount. The man had a full conversation about me voluntarily relinquishing my vehicle back to Kia Finance to drop the car payment I currently had to take on more debt and to purchase another Serento that I don't want. I knew the conversation was unethical, immoral, and illegal in fact they have a signed contact with KMFUSA and if you look that's a clear breach in their contract with them for even having such a conversation. You can't convince someone to voluntarily relinquish a vehicle to gain commission on a new one. Completely unacceptable behavior from them all the way around the board. Unprofessional and immoral. I got my vehicle out of service and took it to the Kia in Venice where I got 10k in trade in value, and NO transmissions issues. I ended up with a 2025 Kia Carnival. If you come to Gettel (Ghetto) Just keep driving past it. I promise you they are horrible.

    I was looking for a car after my last purchase was a complete bust (Jeep dealership in Tampa) , and the guys at Gettel Kia made my Saturday. Went in, immediately fell in love with a Seltos and the team did everything in their power to make it work for me. Long story short, I am one happy lessee and I only have Rob, Vinny, and Tony to thank for that. It's an unusual feeling to leave a dealership feeling like people actually went the extra mile for you. Appreciate the dedication and friendliness

    I bought my Kia Soul from here a year and a half ago, and so I brought my wife to get her 2025 KIA Selto. Our experience was even better this time! Rob, the new GM, gave us a deal of a lifetime and worked for 2 hours to make our numbers work for us. I have never gotten such a good deal on a car and couldn't believe the amount of work he put into making this happen. Vinny the sales manager was personable, kind, and hilarious. He was patient with our rigidity on what we wanted and made sure he got it done. And of course Tony from finance, the guy who finalizes the paperwork and makes the 2 hours feel well worth it, made sure everything went smoothly and got us squared away and out of there right at closing time. These guys are the dream team and this was my best car dealership experience in the past 12 years I've been buying cars. I never thought I'd want to return to a dealership, but I'll be recommending this location to everyone and returning when it's time to trade mine in for an upgrade.

    I had my car in for service 05/09/25. Today 05/13/25 Kia Seltos literally started making this dragging noise! Then the whole Dashboard started flashing collision, lane failure etc! I called the service center 20 plus times to get someone to Help! Alejandro a woman kept transferring me. My service advisor Russell Tambarine! Which I kept telling her he was not at his desk! Please can someone help me!! I am in the middle of planning the death of my sister and they literally kept transferring me after I explained all of this I attempt to call all the way to the service center, which took me about 20 miles driving 15 mph and when I got here, Russell was sitting at his desk. I explained to him what was going on. He did not even come to the car to look at the car I told him I had a full extended warranty and my plea for help. I was met with sarcasm like he didn't care about my sisters death and I urgently I needed my car. He just said you have to wait like everybody else in here when I told him that I had a feeling once they went up under the hood I might start having problems. He said well why you bought your car back here! if I hadn't purchased this warranty from them, I would never come back to Kia. This has been the worst service. I have dealt with the customer service here before and literally if your service advisor is not available you cannot speak to anybody which is horrible when you're only means a transportation is not going right they were not let you speak to anybody other than your customer service representative horrible

    Dealer in process of making everything right with our initial experience would recommended!

I said I needed to drive a few more and would be in touch. I didn't get the 500 calls traditionally made by dealerships after you come by. I hate that. I shopped for a few days and almost bought another car, but this place and car stayed on my mind as I had a new standard of how I wanted to be treated. I brought my family to check it out and we still didn't get hassled as I simply got some possible numbers, shared my budget and talked about the car. We drove it, loved it and said we had to sleep on it. He was totally cool about that. The next morning, I did get a call and we scheduled a time to try and hash out a deal. When we came back, I only had an hour and a half to make it happen. I told them the bottom line of exactly what I had to have for the deal to work. They went away and got me exactly what I wanted. We signed the deal and I was about 3 minutes late for my call. Jesse, Trevor and Dan were awesome. I didn't get some BS negotiation process and was treated like I asked to be treated. Interestingly enough, I bought it last night and it's NOT ON THEIR SITE ANYMORE. I read some other things on here about that past that weren't good, but my terrible experiences happened at other dealerships. See my scathing review of Venice Honda for my bait and switch story. Several days later, I checked their site and the CAR WAS STILL ON IT. Don't tell a webmaster that it's hard to make updates either. Apparently Mazda uses a different internet.

    They sold me a truck with engine damage because they used the wrong oil. I bought a 2024 Ram 2500…read morewith the diesel engine and they installed 15W40 oil. There is a technical service bulletin from Ram that says you cannot use 15W40 oil because it would cause engine damage. They refuse to undo the deal. They changed the oil with the correct oil and are acting like everything is fine now. After speaking with the local Ram dealership they said that the wrong oil would cause it to void the powertrain warranty and cause engine damage and potentially engine failure. They do not want to help me address the situation other than the oil change that they already did.

I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

A couple of years ago we purchased a used 2022 Camry from Gettel Toyota, Bradenton, FL, near Bay Shore Gardens. This was our first experience with Gettel. The initial purchase and offerings as explained at that time appeared to be inconsistent with our understanding of services actually offered by Gettel. Specifically, this involved a maintenance and touch up body work policy we purchased at the time of sale. The policy ends at 100,000 miles, or seven years. We have 40,000 mile on the vehicle. We recently sought a meeting for clarification with the General Manager, Rocky Santa Cruz. Mr. Santa Cruz eventually introduced us to EriK Grenesko, the Collision Center Manager. Both Mr. Santa Cruz and Mr. Grenesko were patient listeners, they politely offered clarification where it was needed and they offered sound solutions regarding the Gettel maintenance policy and the incidental touch up for body work. They took the car on a Monday and returned it five days later. We received a vehicle that was immaculately detailed from the pin stripes to the incidental marks that were completely removed. The work was show room quality. The interior was cleaned as well and was certainly outside the scope of the agreement. My wife and I have many years of managerial service in the Services industry. From our experience we want to extend our appreciation for Rocky and Erik's time and their outstanding ability to represent the customers interests and the interests of Gettel in terms of customer satisfaction. You both are a credit to the Gettel organization and the Toyota brand.

I reached out to the service department to see if there was anything they could do, and they directed me to David Brown in the used car department. Unfortunately, because the vehicle was purchased as-is, the responsibility fell on me. That was a tough pill to swallow. Not ready to give up, I contacted the GM, Erika, and she immediately stepped in with a plan that worked for everyone involved. What started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned around completely because I chose to communicate instead of getting upset. By the time everything was resolved, I wasn't just a customer anymore, I felt like part of the Nissan of Bradenton family, and they made sure I knew it. I went from worried and overwhelmed to genuinely happy with how things were handled. I'm one very satisfied customer.
