I contacted the store and explained my story to the owner, sent over all the proof I had and encouraged him to run a search himself to see he is the literal only person in possession of this braclet due to it being truly 1 of a kind. The owner could have said "tough luck, but it at asking price" and he would have had every right to do so considering I don't have a sku number or receipt, just my truth. The owner did what you would not expect someone who runs a Pawn Shop did, he is getting it back to me at break even for him. He could easily get probably 3x the cost of this from a stranger but the owner decided to believe me and do everything he can do to be fair. This owner, Sam is truly an example of a good human being. The rudeness was appalling to say the least. Told us he didn't have to buy anything from us. Tried telling us he had to weight, ship and other costs he had to deal with. Showed a sterling silver charm bracelet, with sterling silver charms. Said it wasn't worth testing. He didn't need to test this, everything was marked sterling silver. Acted like he was doing us a huge favor lol. Not professional whatsoever. I would advise to not go to this precious metals shop. If you really want to sell at a favorable price, go elsewhere. Especially when you are there with almost $4,000 in silver coins.
