The driver Danial Allahyary is a sneaky lowdown person. I called my insurance company needing my car towed, but they said it would be $75 because my residence was over 15 miles so I called and canceled it. Then I called my insurance back to do a different request but going to my mechanic which was closer so I would have to pay. The insurance company assigned my new request to a different tow company. But Geze still came out and got there first. I explained to Danial that my car needed to go to my mechanic, I gave him the address and he confirmed he would take it there. I even showed him my request from insurance company and told him what he needed to do to put the keys in the drop slot. Long story short...this little itty bitty half of a man sat there an acted like he was going to take my care to my mechanic and instead took my car across the freeway and dropped it off at some random place I never heard of or confirmed. So I called and spoke to his "manager" Jesse who was just as rude and not helpful at all. He also lied and said his short driver would bring my car back and then hung up in my face. When I called them back he lied and said his guy already left and had more cars to pick up. But that was a lie. He then told me he would leave my keys in my car... at some random place in Dallas. Follow your car to its destination if you're unlucky enough to use them (e.g. your insurance company uses them via Agero or whomever for roadside assistance). Geze towed my car in January 2020 and over the course of the day, the Geze tow truck operator had 0) marked himself in the State Farm Roadside Assistance app "on scene" well before he was ever there, 1) started my car's engine with no oil in it, 2) locked my keys in the car, 3) parked my car half-in/half-out of the mechanic's garage so they could not close their doors for the night, 4) damaged my car trying to break into it (since he'd locked the keys in it). I went inside to get him a bottle of water while he worked on my car. He got it started and was about to leave. I asked him where the key cover was and he said you took it in the house. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This has been the worse experience I have with a towing company. The driver arrived 30 mins earlier than expected. I would say that's great however, he arrived the same time my ride home arrived and rushed me while I was getting my belongings out of my vehicle. He literally started the car and put it into drive while I was grabbing my bag out of the back seat. Fast forward to the next morning, I call the dealership where my vehicle was dropped off and they can't locate it. They finally locate my vehicle and now they can't find the keys. He went above and beyond in customer service and extreme care of my MB. When arriving he tried to assess the situation with my car then took care of every single thing from there on out. He filled all my paperwork out at the MB dealership for me and made sure my MB arrived safely and to the right service person. What I thought was going to be a "tow n' dash" type of service turned out to be way off the marker! Mr. Jesse Brown communicated promptly before arriving via phone call and text which helped me to be ready when he got to my apartments. He was friendly and knowledgeable of my car's issue and indulged me with the proper repairs and parts that I needed to purchase and have installed on my car. He had a good sense of the problem just speaking to him over the phone. When he arrived, he diagnosed my problem on the spot and told me the next steps to take to fix the issue myself. On to my next step, Mr. Brown simultaneously assisted me over the phone as he was in route to another job, just to make sure the auto part store clerk was on the same page for what parts I needed and the procedure to be performed to get my car up and running properly. The problem was fixed within about 1.5 hours. Before Mr. Brown helped me, I was prepared to pay a $120 towing fee (the mechanic shop's towing price) and almost $1000 in repairs. He was there for me all the way through until my car's issue got resolved! My car sounds just as good as it did when I drove it off the sales lot! What's even better than saving hundreds of dollars, is now have the know-how to fix this issue myself if it happens again which has made me a more confident driver. No issue was made. After arriving Geze company informed me they could only change one tire and not 2. "Why not tow" they asked.
