I pulled up to the donation area (after driving through huge mud holes) and stumbling around in the mud to help the guy get my stuff (I wasn't really planning on having to wash my car and myself before my next stop, but I did end up needing to.) The guy takes the two computers and runs off into the building. I asked another guy if they have tax receipts and he said "yeah, go ask him for one." So, I go chasing the guy into the building right as he's throwing the two computers down on the concrete floor from chest height. I mean, I guess I gave of them freely, but I was under the impression they would be put to use, not thrown down on the floor. They have tons of stuff, so I guess to them it's not much, but next time I think I'll do more research and try to find someone that really will use the stuff. I was planning to go in the store, but after that I just wanted to leave and never look back.

The lady told my 10 year old daughter that per policy she could not help us design anything she was extremely unhelpful to say the least. I mean, I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not like this store is happening. There were maybe two customers in there on a nice Saturday day. My husband had to end up writing it out with a sharpie, and she finally made copies after he had to threaten to call corporate on her. It's just sad the amount of customer service skills that this world is lacking one day that lady will have a daughter and she will lose an animal, and I hope someone has empathy for her, because she sure didn't for us.

I didn't walk around inside too much because I wanted to go home but from what I saw, the aisles were neatly organized. The employee who helped me was nice and knew exactly what I was talking about. I drove by CF for years and figured there was no way we, as a small non-profit, could afford the swanky furniture there. In fact, CF has attractive, high-quality products at every price point. Our original 2011 order pre-dates me. When we needed to add more desk configurations, I was happy to learn CF continues to carry the same models we bought a decade earlier. What makes this especially great is that the pieces from 2011 still look brand new! They're built like TANKS! I added a stand-up desk component to my set and you can't tell the old pieces from the new. CF's prices are excellent, and they offer installation at a very reasonable price. Delivery time and installation were quick and uneventful. Quick and uneventful was especially helpful for our third purchase, which was replacement of some items that got damaged unexpectedly. Finally, CF's customer service is top-notch. From selection, to ordering, to delivery and installation, communication is always proactive, informative and thorough. They always follow up to make sure delivery/installation went off without a hitch. You won't get that level of service from a big box store. The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.
