Jason and the guys got me in right away...did the work and had my car back to me in less than a week! Also recommended replacing the spark plugs and a few other items while the engine was apart to extend the longevity of my engine since I had 190k miles already. Team diagnosed noise issue as needing a transfer case replacement. They offered a certified used…read morepart to replace, roughly 50% cost of new part and I agreed. After picking up the repaired vehicle 5 days later, the transfer case failed catastrophically within 20 miles of highway driving (left me stranded on highway with drive shaft decoupled from the transfer case). Had the vehicle towed back to Fast Lane. They took 2 weeks to replace the transfer case (they said it was under warranty), but they refused to cover my towing expenses (less than $300). I called them multiple times and was told multiple times that their manager would call me back, but they never called me back. Grungy lobby, disorganized & cluttered shop space, poor customer service. I will not return to this shop and I cannot recommend.

He then wouldn't accept any money for helping me out either. This is one of those businesses that have earned and deserve our business. I can't speak highly enough about them.

He said to replace both sides (rockers, lifters, cylinders etc) it would be $3000, and done next week. Great! Called the next week, not done. Said by the end of THAT week it would be done. Still not done. Called on July 13th and he said he would let me know when they got car in to see what it needed, after he told me on June 26th he had ordered all the parts. He was then inconvenienced at my July 13th call and said "I just walked in the door I have customers here" and was super irritated after lying to me 4 times. My car sat there for 3.5 weeks and they never looked at it. I don't mind waiting for good auto work, but don't waste your time at this shop. Dishonest & rude.
