Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! Overall, I left there feeling very good. My mom's car was fixed, the mechanic was honest, and the day was saved! Thank you so much Bryant!

Even more important, unlike those other dent removal outfits, he made the car look like new, without resorting to painting. Online reviews informed me this shady practice runs up the price and often the paint doesn't match, necessitating the entire car be painted. Borino told me that painting cars devalues them because then it's assumed the car was in an accident. I will gladly become a regular customer and refer him to friends and relatives.
